I couldn’t get my jeep to start and wasn’t sure what the issue was. I called M&F to have it towed to the dealership. They were courteous & friendly. Response time was less than an hour and they did some investigating before loading my jeep up.. turned out it just needed to be jumped and a new battery. They jumped my jeep and were super cool about the whole thing. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure! Thanks again!!

M&F towing was sent by AAA to tow my broken down vehicle in from the Interstate at around 11:30 on a Friday night. Round trip journey for them was 100 miles. I missed their confirmation phone calls and they still made the journey. The driver who helped us was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He even offered to help push my car into place once it was back in front of my house (after 1 a.m. no less). No way would I call anyone else to assist with my car problems in southeast Wyoming. They handle jump starts, lock-outs, etc. in addition to tows. I cannot recommend them enough.
Highly recommend! Excellent service from my initial phone call to the roadside assistance. Very nice people and timely. My radiator hose popped off and lost my coolant about 15 miles south of Cheyenne. They dispatched Jayden and he contacted me about the type of coolant needed and how much to get. Arrived with the goods and he even helped me out on the side of the road. Jayden was great! I was only down for 1.5 hours, from the time I pulled over to when I was back up and running. M&F is the place to go for recovery or roadside assistance!

Our car broke down in Rawlins, WY, on a city road. We were headed towards I-80 East. Jayden, from M&F Towing and Recovery, came from Cheyenne , WY to tow us to the garage we wanted to use in Laramie, WY. Jayden from M&F Towing came as quickly as posible and took excellent care of us. Since Jayden's required travel time was a bit lengthy, Jayden contacted us a couple of times to let us know his projected arrival time. Upon arrival, at our broken car, Jayden was friendly and very skilled in providiing towing service. We were comfortable traveling in Jayden's tow truck. Late at night, when we arived at the garage we had selected, Jayden made sure our ride arrived to pick us up. Jayden also looked at our battery to give us a small clue on what may have gone wrong with our vehicle. M&F Towing provided excellent service! They have also gone through the necessary protocol to be AAA Approved.
Jayden, showed up within the time window as expected. Loaded my motorcycle with a flat and dead battery up onto the trailer. Nice dude, highly recommend. Pleasant experience!
It was on a Sunday morning and unfortunately our truck started having transition issues outside of Cheyenne. We also happened to be pulling a fishing boat. We had to pull over at the nearest station and unhook the boat and call a tow truck to haul the truck to the transmission shop. M & F towing If I did a job for up north. Jayden was the truck driver and he was very friendly and personal and made us feel comfortable which was nice because we ended up having to tow the truck back down 116 miles to Centennial because the mechanic in Cheyene was not able to complete the repairs for various reasons. He also made an additional stop to pick up and tow our boat behind his truck. We would highly recommend M & F Towing.

The best customer service was offered when the insurance company hired them to tow my vehicle, they reached out to me for coordinating, I was unavailable for 1 hour, they waited the tow until I was able to call back to ensure auto and keys were available without me present. Very professional, prompt, and friendly company!
Absolutely spectacular service! We needed a tow at 6:00pm on a Friday night and Jayden drove over to Laramie to lend us a tow without pause or question. Hope this won’t be a service we’ll require often, but the next time we do we’ll be calling M&F!!

I had the most amazing experience with M&F Towing this week, I was traveling across the country and my car broke down 14 hours from my home. The garage I had it towed to was unable to fix it, and it needed to go to the Kia dealership which was nearly 3 hours away in Cheyenne. Stranded in an unknown small town on the border of Colorado and Nebraska, with no car and no money, they were able to come all the way here and make sure that my car made it to the dealership for warranty repairs and helped me coordinate everything with the dealership because my nerves and anxiety were maxed out. It’s so refreshing and encouraging to be shown such kindness while in such a scary situation. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review because they truly made this scary situation a little bit easier on me and I’m so grateful.
We were just leaving Nebraska after attending a funeral and our transmission gave out about an hour outside of Cheyenne! Minimal cell service but we found M&F towing and were able to reach them! They came out within 2 hours and recommended a shop to tow our car too. We want to thank him and Tara for their kindness and prompt service! 5 stars isn’t enough to give, they truly helped us out!
M&F Towing is absolutely the best out there! They went above and beyond for me and their customer service was impeccable. Every person I spoke to treated me with nothing but kindness. My situation was “different” from most and they were outstanding.
On the night of my accident, the tow truck driver was so kind and gave me all the information I needed to handle my car at a later date. Once I called, they were super friendly, responsive, professional, kind and supportive. We cleaned out my car tonight, and the owner met us at the yard; he was very sweet, helpful and worked us an amazing deal to handle the tow bill.
