Great roadside service. We ran out of fuel on the shoulder and they got to us fast, no waiting around forever like some companies. Driver was professional, knew what he was doing, and had us rolling again in no time. Pricing was very fair too, especially for roadside. Definitely a solid company to call if you’re stuck out there — we’ll use them again anytime we’re in the area.
Great service! Had a dead battery, called them up, and they made it over in under an hour. Jumped the vehicle easily and attendant was very friendly, gave advice for if this happened in the future.

They are very caring for you!! They look out for you and they don't just leave you hanging. They are very compassionate and want nothing but the best for you. They had my back against the insurance company trying to bully me . But thanks to m&f the insurance company backed off. M&f was amazing and went above and beyond for me. I would recommend their service anytime. When I had to clean out my car they took the time to meet me right away and even helped us get our belongings out. I wish more people would treat me the way they have 50⭐across the board.
We called a "800" number to get assistance in connection a blown tire. We attempted to get the lugs off and it was terrible. The operator contacted M&F Towing and the driver was ABSOLUTELY FABALOUS! Come to fined out the wheel was seized to the hub. The young man got a huge sledge hammer and got the tire off. His response to the call was very good and very polite. We now have his card and know who to call now. Thank you M&F Towing, you are the total bomb!!! It is nice to know you also handle motorcycles!

My tow was than ideal as the reason I needed a tow was because of a driver running into to my parked truck causing it to be totaled. M&F towing showed up and we're professional, kind, and very informed of everything I should know concerning the correct process. I recommend them above anybody else.
I wrecked my car up by Lake Marie in the mountains. They got their roll off flatbed down the trail head and successfully recovered my car quickly. Very good communication from the driver.
Had my vehicle towed to the repair shop. M&F towing arrived in a timely manner secured my vehicle for towing and drove it ttothe repair shop. They even called the repair shop owner on a mid sunday to inform him my truck is on the way.

Him and Tara then researched tire shops and informed me of what time they’d be open the following day. I am extremely satisfied with my experience, as they provided me with much needed assistance as I’m making a trip cross country. My car blew a hose and I lost all of my coolant so was stopped at the side of the 80 freeway 20 miles outside of Cheyenne. Jaydenn with M&F Towing was quick to respond and within an hour my car was on the back of his tow truck and we were headed back to Cheyenne. I couldn’t get my jeep to start and wasn’t sure what the issue was. I called M&F to have it towed to the dealership. They were courteous & friendly. Response time was less than an hour and they did some investigating before loading my jeep up.. turned out it just needed to be jumped and a new battery. They jumped my jeep and were super cool about the whole thing. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure! Thanks again!!

M&F towing was sent by AAA to tow my broken down vehicle in from the Interstate at around 11:30 on a Friday night. Round trip journey for them was 100 miles. I missed their confirmation phone calls and they still made the journey. The driver who helped us was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He even offered to help push my car into place once it was back in front of my house (after 1 a.m. no less). No way would I call anyone else to assist with my car problems in southeast Wyoming. They handle jump starts, lock-outs, etc. in addition to tows. I cannot recommend them enough.
Highly recommend! Excellent service from my initial phone call to the roadside assistance. Very nice people and timely. My radiator hose popped off and lost my coolant about 15 miles south of Cheyenne. They dispatched Jayden and he contacted me about the type of coolant needed and how much to get. Arrived with the goods and he even helped me out on the side of the road. Jayden was great! I was only down for 1.5 hours, from the time I pulled over to when I was back up and running. M&F is the place to go for recovery or roadside assistance!

The best customer service was offered when the insurance company hired them to tow my vehicle, they reached out to me for coordinating, I was unavailable for 1 hour, they waited the tow until I was able to call back to ensure auto and keys were available without me present. Very professional, prompt, and friendly company!

On the night of my accident, the tow truck driver was so kind and gave me all the information I needed to handle my car at a later date. Once I called, they were super friendly, responsive, professional, kind and supportive. We cleaned out my car tonight, and the owner met us at the yard; he was very sweet, helpful and worked us an amazing deal to handle the tow bill.
