I am 18 years old and I had gotten in a terrible accident while entering Wyoming, as I am not from Wyoming and I was currently moving from Texas to Montana I had all of my belongings on me and my car was totaled. I was on this trip alone and it was a long hard day. Jerry, came with his tow truck and gave me a ride and made sure I was okay and attended to. He offered to take me to get something to eat, take me to the nearest hotel, and offered a car rental place so I could hopefully get back on the road. I wasn't able to get a rental vehicle, and I was basically stuck in wyoming with nobody. Jerry didn't leave my side, he had let me stay at his shop until I could figure out a game plan, he stuck with me through the whole day and I cant thank him enough. Jerry truly did God's work. Thanks to him I have all of my belongings and I was able to get a ride and back on the road. If I were to recommend any Towing Company it would be this one, you will be taken care of until the end. Again, thank you Jerry!
Jerry was AMAZING! After my car accident Jerry took the time to answer all my questions. He retrieved the possessions out of my car, which was totaled. Great company! Great service!
I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Wreckers Towing. Jerry went above and beyond his job description by answering questions, giving advice and helping me navigate a difficult situation since I am from out of state and needed to have my vehicle towed for repairs. He communicated with me every step of the way and treated me with such kindness.
My experience with Wreckers Towing was absolutely amazing! I was in an accident and they arrived within 15 minutes to help me out. After I had given my information to the police officer, I mentioned to the tow truck driver that it seemed like the officer didn't believe I was driving the speed limit since the other car (that caused the accident) had some axle damage. The tow truck driver said that type of car was basically a p.o.s. and that kind of damage was pretty common when they were involved in accidents. He then went over and explained that to the police officer and told him that I was probably going within the speed limit. He and his guy then got my car loaded onto their truck and let me sit inside to get warm while the police finished up. I had been delivering groceries and told the Wreckers owner I wasn't sure what to do since I still had the groceries in the back of my car. He had his wife meet me at the tow lot location, where she helped me load the groceries into her car so I could return them to the store. After that she gave me a ride home since I had no one else I could call. If that's not going above and beyond for your customer, I don't know what is! Also, I was pretty shook up after the accident and all the way to the tow yard, the owner very calmly talked to me and got me back into a good state of mind. He was incredible! I really can't say enough good words about the owner and his wife. They are both amazing people and I'll never forget their kindness that day. They turned a very bad day into a not so bad day, after all! Thank you to both of them!!

I can not say enough good about Jerry at Wreckers. Without him I would have been up the creek and completely taken advantage of. This man went out of his way over a 4 day period (day, night and after business hours) to ensure I had all of the information I needed to get my car back from a rip off shipping company. He did things he had no need to do because he didn't know me from a can of paint but that didn't stop him from being the stand up guy that he is.
To give you the shortest version I can here goes, my car was being shipped across country when the transport vehicle broke down in Cheyenne. The driver of the transport decided to use my car as his personal taxi to get around for a least 3 days (I'm assuming) until the transport was repaired. He was arrested for DUI while driving MY CAR.
Here's where Jerry comes in.
The car was towed to Wreckers. Jerry contacted me (at which time I was out of the country on vacation) to inform me the car was impounded. Not only did he call but he took pictures of the car to help me identify any damages incurred, provided me a copy of the police report and served as the gatekeeper of my car until I could make contact with all I needed to, to get this catastrophe straightened out. He also provided me with pictures when the new driver was loading my car onto the transport at his lot.
For some this may not sound like a lot but when you have no recourse whatsoever and a guy like this steps in and says literally, I got your back. You can't imagine the sense of relief he provided during that whole ordeal.
As I started out saying, I can't say enough good about this guy and his business.

My family was in a car accident and wreckers towing was the tow truck that assisted us. They were so kind after the accident, took the time to explain things to me and walk me through everything. That meant a lot to me since my family was already upset and had high adrenaline/was out of it after the wreck. They were calm and helpful. After my car was towed, I called the next day to clean it out before insurance picked it up. They checked on how my family was doing after the accident and were so caring! I appreciated them being so helpful and generous during a stressful time. They were easy to work with and had great communication. I highly recommend them!
Called Wreckers Towing on Sunday because my sons trucks turbo went out while he's hauling camper home on the holiday weekend. They got it to the repair shop with a quickness and very affordable. Huge shout out to Wreckers Towing!
So Jerry was hired to transport 2 vehicles, he picked one up at about 3pm and took it to his lot where it stayed(he claims his shop) until after 9pm when he returned it to the place he picked it up from never told it was back there, cause we wanted it delived to where we were at today instead of the next day when no one would be avail for it to be dropped off, waited all afternoon for said truck, mind you he was paid in advance, well after dark and unable to get back to the truck until morning, we do not know if anything is missing from inside or off the truck that he had in his possession for over 6 hrs at his auto repair shop where anything can be done to it, a good shop can remove a whole drivetrain in an hr or so. He cussed at us basically said it's all on his time so deal with it. The conversation was recorded and complaints will be filled with state of wyoming, WHP, already made a report with the Sheriff’s dept, will also let the Cheyenne pd know what this company did so if they use him for police rotation they can be very cautious of people's belongings. Had to leave a star to post should be an option for negative stars. Mind you the owner is Jerry and he is very unprofessional I even asked him if since he thought this was on his time after being paid in full did he extend the same courtesy to people he sells cars to and they are late on payments? Which he cussed at me and hung up on me so guess he feels only he is allowed to do things to and with other people's vehicles but they can't do the same to him.
Jerry came to the rescue with help getting a broken trailer all the way to Torrington. He arrived as planned and was patient while we unloaded it so that we could get the trailer back to U-Haul in Cheyenne. Honest man who cares. We are lucky to have Wreckers Towing here to help all of us. Highly recommend.

My husband, dog and I were recently in a roll over accident outside of Cheyenne. Jerry and his staff at Wreckers went above and beyond to help us during this scary and confusing time!! Since our insurance company was unable to get us a rental vehicle that day we had nowhere to go in a town where we knew no one. Jerry made it his mission to find us a hotel room that allowed dogs and had an opening during the very busy time of Cheyenne frontier days. Jerry then drove us to the hotel himself while one of his coworkers drove our dog in his own vehicle. Jerry has been in contact with us since our accident and has continued to reassure us that the belongings in our camper and truck are safe and secure in his wrecking yard until we are able to get back to Cheyenne and see what we can salvage from the wreck. I have never known any business to put themselves out for their clients like Wreckers towing has done for our family!! You have to give this business a star to submit a rating otherwise they wouldn't get any at all. We've called the shop multiple times and each time the information on how and when to get an impounded car back has been different. Finally we head over to get the car and of course after being told it could be picked up at said time, the only employee that can "release" the vehicle isn't at the shop and won't be back for at least an hour. Extremely poor communication with unconcerned, filthy staff.
Very good people i had unfortunately wrecked my truck and camper in the high wind and ice i was traveling from tx to Montana for a job when jerry arived his men had there hands full my truck was loaded with tools they picked every thing up put it in my truck. Also i was traveling with my cat Jerry put her in his wrecker and looked to see that she was ok . Then they towed my camper and my truck to the yard where i went and got some clothes and jerry gave me a ride to motel 8 and i was still shook up he told me just to sit down and he would go get my clothes and my cat ...i know they was very busy because the road was bad but he made sure i was safe ..
