Jerry and all the guys at Express Towing have always been wonderful. I recently was in an accident on icy I25. The back of my pickup was struck by a Semi. It was a blessing I was not injured. Express Towing showed up within minutes, it seemed, after the highway patrolman called them. Not only did they tow my truck, but they all were very thoughtful and showed compassion. They even gave me a ride to my house when I couldn't get ahold of anyone to pick me up from their lot. They advised me on what to do with my truck. I can't brag enough on these guys. I spun out in my truck on I-25 in Cheyenne on an icy bridge, bounced the truck off the guard rails in the median, and bent my bumper into the wheel well. Not only did Express Towing and Recovery quickly and affordably towed my vehicle, they also hauled my truck to their lot and started up a second tow truck and pulled my bumper out of the wheel well. The bumper looks even better than it did before the accident. They saved me a lot of money by fixing my bumper for me, and barely charged me anything for the additional help. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need around Cheyenne.
I had hit some black ice exiting at College Dr north bound I-25 and went on a WILD ride through the fence and over the pasture, stopping @ 50 yards off the road over by the billboard. Its @ 5:30 AM but got an immediate response on the phone, since it wasn't in the roadway we decided that the priority level was low due to safety concerns. Jerry got my car out of the field and returned it to my house promptly and professionally. Wouldn't use ANY other tow company in Cheyenne. Thanks Buddy!!!
So I don't normally write reviews; however these men get a review! I found myself at the I-25 Cheyenne POE, Bringing an OD load across WY into UT when the Jackass inspector says I have to leave my spreader bar behind due to the load being "non-divisable" as I inform him that said "spreader bar" isn't part of the load. Keep in mind that the spreader bar was pinned onto the neck "from the factory"; because that's my storage "rack".
Long story short, I called these guys they came out and lifted my spreader bar onto their flat-rack truck and took it back to their yard to store it for a week. Oh I left out they showed up in about an hour time-frame(pretty damn quick).
In closing, if ANY HEAVY HAUL GUYS need an axle flipped, spreader bar or axles, flip neck reconfiguration; these guys are flexible and cool. I'm not being paid to write this review, I paid the gentleman up front for services rendered. If I come through the Cheyenne POE and need help, I'm calling them first for options.
Remember the old A-Team tv show, at the end Hannibal would chomp on his cigar and say something like, “I love it when a plan comes together”? That’s what these guys made me feel like. Had a dead foreign car in my garage that needed a tow down to Ft. Collins on a specific day and time. It only took a couple minutes of planning with Jerry to get the arrangements made. On tow day, they were communicative, on time, very professional, and very courteous as well. Thanks so much guys! 5 stars!

I called this company for a tow the said they would go pick it up and had me leave my keys in my very expensive f350 diesel 2017. To find out 4 days later my truck is still there. No phone call nothing. Now I must drive back 64 miles and try and find my truck. I will not advise using this company if you want you vehicle safely removed from the highway.

Really stand up guys, picked me up and brought me to the dealership. They even introduced me the service guy at the dealership. So friendly and price was standard for tows.

Experienced, thorough, friendly, fair priced, great conversation on the 38 mile trip to the mechanic. Next day I broke down again in Nevada and it was also 38 miles (what gives truck?) and it was almost double the price. If you are going to break down, do it here and call Express!
