We come here almost every week for Singo. We love the waitstaff, the $10 burger specials AND happy hour. Highly recommend!

I only come here to play singo now because whenever I order food, it's usually burnt. And if I just go there and order a drink the waitress's absolutely ignor my table or the group table. I'm at. I have to bring my cup up to the counter to get it refilled. As waitresses will just walk by the table and notice it empty. So this is definitely one place. I will never tip at, but with that said singo's fun.That's the only reason I still come here

We went to trivia here and ordered some food. The service was very good. We got spinach and artichoke dip and it was a big plate of chips with a tiny dish of dip in the corner. Not worth the money at all. I also got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The entire sandwich was very bland. The best thing on my plate was the side of cole slaw. I dont think I will eat here again. It just wasn't very good. Well we came here again to see the sturgeon and it was better. Dakota was wonderful. The nicest server we have ever had here. The farmer flatbread pizza was delicious. Drinks are still crazy expensive. $5.25 for a bottle of beer. Way more for a cocktail.

**edit because I can't reply to their response** So much for them reaching out. I sent an email describing what happened in detail and couldn't get a reply. Obviously they don't care, and their response was just a canned reply to make it "look" like they were concerned. Sat at the bar with money out for over 20 minutes while the bartender served everyone on either side of me multiple times, along with people the just walked up. She lost out on a good tip for ignoring me. Finally gave up and went to the bar downstairs where the band was playing to get a drink. The bartenders down there were on point and definitely earned their wage x10000. Whoever was working the main bar needs to pay attention.

Been to this place a few times and was happy until the last time I was there. I was served a cider I ordered and got to the last sip to thankfully notice a half dollar size piece of glass and many small shards in the bottom of my glass. I was shaken thinking of what could have happened had I not looked at my drink on the last sip. My fiancé took my drink to the bartender to show him and get an apology and have them dump all ice bins or find the glass the broke. The bartender simply offered a new drink. No apology. No dumping of ice. No concern at all. This situation was not handled appropriately at all.

We didn't eat. No one came to see if we needed anything. Very disappointed Had to ask for menus by going to the staff. No drink orders were taken. There were 3 staff sitting at a table, doing nothing. Wonder if they had any training at all? Not going back. We were there in October and the same thing happened.

The location/views definitely save this place from going under. Everything else is terrible. Service is non-existent, seriously. My friend and I sat at the bar for almost 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The bartender didn’t even know how to pour a beer properly, half a glass of straight foam. Nice! At almost $9/beer I asked for a new one and got a giant side of attitude with it. And then she charged me for both! We were then told we could sit wherever we wanted as it wasn’t busy. Another 25 minutes goes by before a waitress even notices we are sitting there. At this point, we debate even ordering food, but give it a go. It’s just cheeseburgers so how bad could it be? Let me tell you, this was the worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Wayyyyy overcooked and dry like beef jerky. Meanwhile, the other burger in our party was straight pink and looked like it was cooked for 30 seconds and flopped on a bun. Then comes the best part…The bill. Almost $90 w/tip for some burgers and beer…Never will be back.

My husband and I went to Waverly Beach Bar & Grille for dinner and drinks last night, and we ended up leaving without ever getting dinner or drinks. We arrived around 7 to listen to the band. The sign at the hostess stand said, “Pick a seat and someone will be with you shortly.” The place wasn’t busy, so we sat down and waited. We sat for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us—meanwhile, several staff members walked by, chatted in the corner, served nearby tables, and even pointed in our direction. When a waitress finally came over, she handed us menus and said she’d be right back to take our order. She returned about 30 seconds later to ask if we were ready or needed a minute. We asked for a minute to look over the menu… and then waited another 20 minutes, with no sign of her again. By that point, we couldn’t even find our waitress to flag her down. After 40 minutes total, we gave up and left. It’s really disappointing because the place itself has a nice vibe, and we were looking forward to enjoying the live music. Unfortunately, the service was so inattentive that we won’t be trying again—especially after seeing that other reviews mention the same issue.

We had a large (~85 people) baby shower here today and it couldn’t have gone more perfectly! Josh and Dion took the best care of us, were great communicators, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. They accommodated all of our requests and were super attentive to all of our needs. Everybody loved the food! We couldn’t have asked for a better party!

14 cheese curds for 13.99....so pretty much $1.00/curd. They were okay definitely not worth a dollar a piece. Place is pretty. Our server was nice;)

Came here about a month ago and sat for over 15 minutes without a server even looking at us (same for the entire section we sat in). We had to track down someone to even get our drink order. The only person we could even find was the bartender. Came again today and sat outside (near other people) for 15 minutes without a single worker acknowledging we were there. Went inside to sit at the main bar and try and order food and drinks. Three workers talking in the corner and no one behind the bar. Again, sat for 10 minutes with no one even making eye contact. I’ve honestly never had such consistently horrible service. When you get your food, it’s actually good, but good luck getting to that point. Unfortunately this is the last time we’ll give Waverly a chance.

I was there a couple weeks ago. Hadn't been there since new owners. We just stopped in to have a Virgin Mary. It was without a doubt the worst one we've ever had and I'm pretty positive a Bloody Mary would be just as bad. IF YOU LIKE THIS DRINK GO ELSEWHERE! There is no taste to it whatsoever! It was like drinking ice water with a tiny splash of tomato juice. And no spice to it at all. So basically like drinking tinted ice water. AWFUL. They need to invest in a decent quality mix or teach the bar how to make decent from scratch. But really there are some excellent mixes to buy. With the prices you're charging out there please give quality. We always enjoyed the view there. But not attracted by your drinks or food prices. We left without eating to go to a place that may not have the view- but to have great food for more reasonable prices for what you actually get.

We were one of the first groups to get try there at 11:45 am. Only two other groups were seated and one was eating. It took 20 minutes for some to ask what we wanted to drink and then took 15-20 minutes to get the drinks and she forgot one which took another 10 minutes to get that and place our orders. The food came out relatively fast and was hot. When we were done, we had to find her to pay our bill. This wasn't all her fault. They only had one server for all the groups, but we were at try he bottom for service.

Kudos to Emily, she was awesome in coordinating our kids wedding rehearsal 9/4/25. From our initial meeting to being there that evening. Her staff also was very accommodating throughout the evening! Did I mention the food was wonderful! Thanks!

I am extremely pleased to have found this restaurant on a Friday evening. I was super excited to try the Beer battered cod supper. This venue is so pleasing and offers numerous amenities, such as live music daily, cornhole, an outdoor bar area, a spacious patio, and two large bars indoors. Located on Lake Winnebago, it has a beautiful waterfront area. The bartender was enjoyable. The food was very tasty! Fun place to bring the entire family!

Great place to come chill with some cocktails and food on a weekend. Food is decent, service good and it’s a great setting on the patio in the summer months. Large parking lot and clean bathrooms.

With a beautiful view from the north shore of Lake Winnebego, this very large complex combines sports bar, wedding hall, and restaurant, and could be a destination restaurant were it not for rather bland food and the non-cosy dining area. It is best used for reunions of 200+ people, which it could easily handle. The service was good and prompt, and maintenance and cleanliness excellent.

The facility is really nice and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have 4 bars. Live music and a banquet room. Singo bingo on Wednesday nights. Muti tv mounted everywhere to get a little bit of everything. They have a smaller area for gambling right by the Atm.They also have a play area outside for the kiddos by a beautiful view by the water.I liked that there are notifications on the menu for vegetarian, gluten-free, and sea food allergy risk. The food was great. But it's a little pricey but worth it for the portion size. So, no complaints. I got the sea food pasta, very happy with portion size and the jumbo shrimp. It was delicious.

Great outdoor venue for watching the lake. The food menu is wide and varied. Service was good and food was delicious. Newly remodeled bar area (2021-ish) updated the style and vibe. Large free parking lot. Outdoor seating and tiki bar features occasional live music.

Excellent all the way around. Heather, our waitress, was awesome. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one. The food was excellent. My daughter thinks of herself as a "French Fry Connoisseur" and she said they have some of the best fries that she's had in a while. I had the Sicilian Chicken Sandwich, and of my gosh, it was absolutely amazing. Such a great flavor combination. So delicious! The atmosphere is awesome. Being right by the water is great, and they have an amazing facility. Lots of space, indoor and outdoor bar, and great green space.

It is a beautiful facility and the staff is very friendly. I liked that there are notifications on the menue for vegetarian, gluten free, and allergy risk. If you are gluten free I was notified that the fryer oil is not different so there is a chance of contamination. The service was just a bit slow, bit we had a descent sized group. Definitely not a complaint. Just a mention. The food was great. We had a variety of things and appetizers. Everyone was very pleased. The drunks and the variety was also great. Lots of mixed drink and beer options. I think it would be a great place for banquets and events too. It was a beautiful day and the patio with the lake view just added to the awesome experience. If you've never been, I recommend checking it out!

Date day disappointment! Pretty much my worst restaurant experience ever, and I'm so disappointed because this used to be a great place! The prices are twice as much as what other places in the area charge, and the food quality was awful. I ordered the salmon sandwich, and it was served dripping in a runny sauce. I couldn't pick it up without getting the sauce on my hands, and it dripped everywhere when I tried to take a bite. There was so much excessive sauce that the bun disintegrated because it was so soggy! At that point, it was completely inedible. The menu offered natural cut fries, which we ordered, but we got beer battered instead. How do you ever run out of natural cut fries when all you need to do is cut fresh potatoes into strips and fry them? Especially when they sell fresh potatoes directly across the street at Kwik Trip! Also, don't be fooled by the name. There is no beach at Waverly Beach. They are located on the shore of Lake Winnebago, but the shoreline is nothing but jagged rocks and algae. The water is such a murky greenish-brown that it nearly makes you itch just standing next to it. And to top it off, they somehow managed to purchase the land between the public road and the public boat launch and have barred access, which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin. Waterways are public property, and it is illegal to prevent people from crossing your property to access public property if there is not a clearly defined and reasonable alternate route. They gave us sticks for free drinks during happy hour the last time we were they because they failed that time too. We couldn't use them today because their happy hour starts at 9:30 pm in the summer. We won't be using them because we won't be going back.

I have been here multiple times and always had a great experience every time. Most recently I was there a couple of weeks ago with a friend and we had Heather and Ella as our servers and they were fun and professional and did a great job and the food was absolutely amazing. I tell everybody to go here because this place is one of my favorites and you can't beat the view.

Loved stopping here for lunch! It was late lunch and the service was spotty, but he was really busy and apologized many times. We were not in a rush, so it did not matter! Food was excellent! The Smoked salmon BLT was a HIT! It was incredible! Shrimp tacos and Po boy wrap were also a hit at our table. Would recommend!!

First time here for the Old Salts Company Marine Corps Birthday dinner, our previous location closed down since last year. The staff was very friendly, great service and food. I wouldn't have minded a wider variety of beer selections to choose from, but I'm also very picky about my beer! It was a great night overall, I'm looking forward to next year!
