Went today to get new headlight bulbs and hopefully get them replaced on-site. The guy working, I think his name was Matt, went above and beyond. The store was busy and he could have told me no and I would have completely understood, but he replaced my bulbs even though they were a hassle and a little difficult. It saved me time and money versus finding somewhere else to replace them, so I appreciated it!
Love these guys. Always great service from them. Talk to me like im human not stupid girl. Very helpful. Even tested my battery on one of the coldest days sofar this winter. Was great customer service. Highly recommend Oriellys ive NEVER had bad service at any. Only know of 4 around me... O'Reilly's is still my favorite auto store. Only 2 places I go to for things to be explained and so helpful, polite and open till 9pm.
Came in to see why my check engine light was on. The guy took time to explain how check engine codes are stored, which helped me better understand my specific situation. He was well informed and personable. I didn't catch his name, but give a raise to the guy who sells ice cream as a side gig, he seems chill.
Also grateful to O'Reilly's for selling key fob batteries that Walmart doesn't stock.
Worst online store every. Cancelled my order twice because the website shows parts in stock when they are not. Should have gotten free shipping and 15% off but since part of my order was cancelled I have to reorder so now the total isn't high enough for the discount. Also bought oil that says you get a $15 MasterCard but there is no such rebate! It's actually for a gift card only for O'Reilly's store. Fine if you go there a lot, I don't. Very rude customer service.
I am a disabled Veteran and Eric was a great help I was having battery issues, and he took the time to help me, went out and changed the old battery and installed the new one and made sure all was good before I left, he also gave me a 10% discount for being a Veteran thank you Eric you're a good man
Such an awesome team here! I know next to nothing about cars and was having some trouble starting it. It was freezing outside but they still took the time to check my battery and change it that same day. They explained to me about what warranty would be best for me and are very honest there. Staff was so full of knowledge and I would highly recommend anyone in need of anything with cars to come here.
Leigha has the worst customer service ever, if you don't like to work with auto parts, then that's fine. At least act like you have good customer service., and like people. Extremely rude we will just leave it at that.

Went to O'Reilly to get a couple parts... spend money... not a lot... but enough... "helped" by Leigha... who seemed like she could not be bothered to help... if you don't like customer service, get it off it. Went across the street to auto zone. They were pleasant, helpful, and had the exact same part for cheaper anyway. Won't be back if she is there... Likely just make auto zone my new normal. Thank you Leigha!
Somewhat helpful but disappointed about how little bit of employees actually go above and beyond to help customers(taking little time). It shouldnt make the customer feel like its alot to ask to have a check engine light checked. And dont just give the customer the codes without explanation of what they are and if you dont know THEN ASK!!
Your Average auto parts store. Gpod prices. Good selection. Helpful staff. A lot better than their rival auto zone across the street though. They even give out free "Next service" stickers for your oil changes.
I walked in and immediately the two guys behind the counter were talking about me. I asked help just to reach the oil I needed from the top shelf and they kept questioning if I was sure what oil I needed. I grabbed the rest of my stuff as they talked down to me as if I couldn't hear them and then when I took it all to the counter they asked if I was sure again. Then, they didn't ask if I had a rewards card and I had to bring it up. When I brought it up, he was very rude about it that he can't look it up for me.
I've been in this same location with my husband and they've never treated him like that.
I give O'Reilly's a five-star because they've always help me out. Right now I'm having a problem with oxygen sensor that I just bought recently from there. I get great service there from Todd, Ant and others.
We had Riley do our work, he was able to come to where we broke down nearby and give us assistance in an emergency. The other shops we called in the area wouldnt even consider delivering us parts, let alone go as far as fixing our problem but this shop did.
Great experience at this store. Needed an injector coil and spark plugs. The young man working really knew his stuff and didn't ask me any stupid questions like if my car is 4wd
Changed my alternator in their parking with their tools, alt had a lifetime warranty as well. I always go to O'Reilly because they always have what I need and go the extra mile!
I needed help fixing my car and an employee named Tyler was there to help me right as I walked in the front door. He was extremely polite and helpful. I couldn't be happier with his service.
Ended up with the wrong parts, but the guys found what I needed, and had it right away the next morning. Mich better experience than at advance auto parts, where they cop attitudes. Highly recommend oreilly.
Horrible to work with from another business standpoint. Please do yourself a favor business owners and get setup with Autozone exclusively. I don't know what else to do with our shop situation. They owe me 1000s for warranty repair and keep dodging us. Very very unprofessional.
