I was a bit frazzled and had a long day. Montana went above and beyond when I purchased a head light. He saved me money and time by determining exactly what I needed and even put it in for me! This really made my day. Way to go and thank you!

Assistance to this llady that went off the road!!

I was served by a wonderful young man by the name of Montana today. He helped me enormously and was a polite and respectful employee. I asked if he would fit the windshield wipers for me and he agreed without hesitation. While he was fixing them to my car he asked if I wanted him to replace the headlight bulb I had also purchased. I said it wasn't an easy job but he said it was OK and so I let him try. He fixed it in place with no problem to my amazement because in the past I and others had always found it a long, laborious problem. What a guy! I hope he gets some kind of recognition and perhaps reward for being the kind of employee you always want to encounter but rarely do. I hope he's there the next time I have to visit.

I just left the Menasha Autozone, Andy and Josh were both extremely helpful and informative!! Josh especially went above and beyond!! These 2 men saved me from a dad lecture, thank you Josh and Andy! Give them a raise!!!

I would really recommend this store. They help me change my brake light. Customer service was really good. Andi helped me out and was very helpful.

Went to AutoZone, Menasha, had a bad battery, Brandon and an associate helped me pick out a quality replacement, and installed the battery all within 10-15 minutes, very helpful, and both had a great attitude!! Really appreciated their attentive service, Thank you both!

Sadly disappointed. What happened to good customer service? I thought they were supposed to be helpful. The 2 men that were there between 2 and 3 o'clock on 10/15/24 were just putting in their time. The younger man was trying his best to avoid replacing the bulb. When asked if he would replace the other one, he said I didn't need it. Bulbs are sold in a 2 pack. I asked if he would check my battery, which was full of corrosion, and about six years old, he said it looked fine to him. He said he was not from around here. It was too cold to be out here. I'm a sixty eight year old senior and I figured it out myself.

My rear view mirror broke off while I was cleaning the inside of my windshield. Upon entering the store hoping to fix my dilemma I was greeted very cordially by Brandon (Manager). I explained the problem to him and he took the next half hour to do everything necessary to solve my problem including scraping off the old glue, applying new glue and affixing the metal piece back onto the windshield! Total cost = $7.00! He would not accept a tip explaining “this is what we do.” I highly recommend this business and very much appreciate the excellent service, expertise and experience! Was recently in the store and spent almost a half hour having to search the isles of the store without any help of the 3 employees who continued to sit at the counter talking about future plans for project cars they most likely don’t have the skills to build instead of doing their job and assisting me, THE ONLY customer in the entire store. Would rather go to the automotive department at Walmart than return to this store again. I would have left a zero star review but it won’t let me post this review unless I give them their undeserved star.

Customer service was great. An explanation of my options was given with no pressure to purchase most expensive. Headlights were installed by staff quickly and efficiently. When I needed a starter, 4 minutes from entering to leaving the store.

Juan! That guy is the absolute best! I tried to be a big girl and take my oil cap off myself but I ended up breaking all my nails, but Juan came to my rescue and even checked my oil and put the oil in for me. Great customer service!

Juan and Steven are the best! I stopped for battery testing, and hoping it wasn't a bad starter or alternator... it was a bad battery. They were so nice and switched out batteries lickity split at a decent price. They were very helpful and I appreciate it.

I love Auto Zone. They're always so helpful and knowledgeable. If it's something they can fix, they do it on the spot. If not, they let you know how urgent it is to get fixed and what precautions to take. They're patient and friendly and I greatly appreciate their service!

Tyler was a very sweet to come out in the cold to check my oil and help me loosen the oil cap to add oil. I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it, said it is his job to help. I really appreciated that he helped me cause it was freezing cold and I didn’t know what to do. Thank you Tyler

I went in to get a new battery for my van. I had know idea what I was doing and the guy who helped me was very helpful in finding me the best deal and even put in the battery for me. Great service highly recommend this place for sure.

Excellent service. Went for help on an issue and Andrew busted his a$$ to help us out. Took over 30 minutes without complaining and went way above and beyond what you would expect. We were just blown away. Not only that he was very knowledgeable and did everything with a smile on his face. Thank you!!

I just bought a car jack like 30 minutes ago. When I purchased it no manager told me that I could not return it if it is not working. I went back to switch to a better one then the manager Emily told me they do not do rent out. I bought a defective product in the store and she refused to exchange it. All she said is that we do not do rent out while I purchased it.

Great help and very knowledgeable in their field. They show you where the product is that you are looking for; help you figure out what could be wrong with your vehicle; and have a machine that checks the computer in the car to see what is wrong. Autozone is clean and well organized. Great location for me. If I had to say what their downfalls are, it would be that they need another station for helping people, and a person that their only job is a cashier.

AMAZING!!! And ABSOLUTELY Affordable for very high quality items!!! This is now my to go place if I ever need anything for my car. I went there one day to buy some coolant and only less than 10 dollars! Also this guy recommended me this product that helps clean your fuel and make your car better! He was not wrong! My car runs so much better and starts up nicely! I'd definitely recommend this place

Andrew was fantastic. Needed to get my headlight replaced. Turned out that the headlight had just wiggled loose. Andrew went above and beyond and helped me with the quick fix even though it would not end in a sale. Will 100% be going back to this location for any needs that may arise. Strongly recommend.

My car died in a parking lot and tried to jump it. Nothing was working and I was ready to take the battery out. I went to Auto Zone to get some tools and advice. They were so helpful and nice. They even suggested I try one more thing before fully removing the battery. It worked. I brought my car to Auto Zone and they tested the battery and alternator for free. They saved me $100s because I didn’t have to get a tow truck and it was an easy fix. I am so grateful for their help and I will go to them for every car question here on out!

They didn't try to sell me any unnecessary stuff. The helped me narrow down my problem and ordered the part for me with free next day delivery to the store. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help if they can.

The reason they have my loyalty for car items is the consistency of the customer service, the quality of help they offer, and the inventory selection. If they don't have it, they offer to get it. Good price match programme along with recommendations for import vehicles. Every since I have owned a car, I shop there and will continue to do so because they excel at their mission statement and hold true to their word.
