Walked in there with a pocket full of money to buy some accessories for my truck . I stood there for at least 15 minutes at the counter and I didn't get a single " Hello " .... " Welcome In " .... Not a " I'll be with you in just a minute " . As if I was invisible ....
I bought custom seat covers for truck I bought this summer. Seat covers were almost 1k. I paid to have them install them.
The seat covers we had previously were installed and did not come off the entire entire time we own the truck ( 20 years)
The seats covers on the seats kept slipping off, and when my husband looked, they had only used one hook instead of the four that were required.
If I would’ve known, they wouldn’t have done a quality job. I would’ve just spent the time to put them on myself. I was expecting better attention to detail than what I would do and I got way way less.. before you have them install some thing or even if they install something check to make sure all of the components are included and installed correctly.
Brought my vehicle in today Because my hitch was rusted on and I could not get it off and they younger gentleman working was able to get it off. Excellent service

I got my 5 in lift for my 2011 Ranger and the tires and rims ordered man I could spend a lot more if I had it my truck is going to be set up and looking great had a great experience with Toys For Trucks

I took my Ford F150 pickup truck here and absolutely love the work they did. I got the ReadyLift Lift Kit with Bilstein shocks installed. Plus I upgraded my tonneau cover to a Bak Industries BakFlip. Couldn't be happier. And the whole experience went smoother/quicker than expected. Awesome Job!
I needed a part for a cargo rack for the work truck. Although the new parts were on back order, the staff was able to locate a part in stock, a bit scuffed but had it on the truck in less than a week.
The staff are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help their customers. The products they sell are displayed in their clean showroom so you can get a good look at things you are looking for. If they don't have what you need they are happy to order it for you.
Will NEVER go here again! We rarely ever leave reviews but we were extremely disgusted and angry that they charged us almost $300 to install a hitch/wiring on the back of our van(we supplied the hitch) that took less than an hour to do. Plus, they put it on wrong and we had to redo it the correct way.
I stopped in to see if Toys For Trucks had Pickup Truck Cranes. They said that they had never heard of them! Hmm, I guess they don't know more than I do about pickup trucks do they!!
