Took my wife car in for an ac recharge dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by 11, they are very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend taking you vehicle there
I was uncomfortable driving my car when I suspected I had a seized caliper. They found time to fit me into their busy schedule and got the job done fast and for a reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for timely, reliable, and friendly service.
Said on there sight it was open got there all locked up calls # no answer just needed an oil change. 20 minute job so I did it myself. Cant believe other places are turning away paling customers. Need an oil change go to Wisconsin Rapids. Wild rose an wautoma are backed up 2weeks out
At one time we really trusted this place, well not anymore we have had our truck in 3 times in less the 100 miles putting 1 coil in each time n now the last one someone cracked n broke when we called we got a nasty attitude
I went to Mike's Auto to get my Struts and Shocks changed, and the team did a great job. I called on a Monday and was able to get in that Friday. Because it was a job that would take the whole work day, the woman who worked at the front desk offered to drive me to and from work. I also mentioned to Mike that my power-steering was a bit off. For some reason, the longer I drive my car, the harder it gets to turn the wheel. When I mentioned this, Mike said that he would take some time to drive my car and inspect the belt to see what the issue was, free of charge. The attitude of the people at Mike's is polite and positive. As a young woman, I am often treated like I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to my car, but this wasn't the case at Mike's. He knew I had an issue with my car, and he wanted to help me solve the problem. I was super impressed, and I know that I will be returning to Mike's in the future.
My wife called for pricing on a needed pre-trip oil change and rotation. First call at 11:33A went to voice. Second call answered "hello". Is this Mike's Auto? "Yes". Can you please tell me the cost of an oil change and tire rotation. "I'm on the phone, I'll call you back. What kind of car? What is your phone number?" (I guess she had time to question me but not to verbalize a price.) The call back to me never came. Called back again twice at 11:50A, immediately straight to voice mail. I guess screening phone numbers is their real business.
Been looking for a good mechanic for 2 years, brought my truck here and they were friendly and very responsive. Got an estimate and scheduled the work, only to find out that they were able to fix for a fraction of what they estimated. I even questioned the low cost for fixing a major problem with alognment and tracking! They now get all my business and every referral I can give out.
