I needed a new break caliper, they had what I needed and they were open on SUNDAY!
Turns out the caliper I got had a flaw so it didn't seal to the break line. See pic. Returned and they replaced it and completely inspected it to make sure it was perfect. Great bunch of people ?
The young man behind the counter just as I walked in said you want your battery checked right I said absolutely and he did great service and very friendly and helpful!
Upon arriving in Wautoma from out of town, my battery light came on. I stopped in at O'Reilly's to have the issue checked. Gage not only determined that my battery was bad, but helped install a new one in a snow storm and checked my electrical system to insure nothing else was wrong. Everything else checked out and I was on my way in a short amount of time. Gage provided excellent service, a great option for a new battery, and peace of mind on my drive home from Wautoma. He saved the day!
I had both dim light bulbs go bad within 4 months period on my 2020 Grand Cherikee. Not easy to change! Blaine offered to change them for me.He was very knowledgeable and fast.And has a very friendly super personality.Can't say enough about this place.Love the service and the Rewards cards I get on my phone.Thanks again Blaine
The lady that works 2nd shift was very rude and lied and told me she doesn't price match when clearly it's wrong. VERY RUDE. Honestly I had been going to a different store bc of her but I thought bc I was in the area but NO WAS Worse!!!
Oriellys is Oriellys u need parts they most likely have them but some things u have to go in and search each isle urself until u find what ur looking for cause they say they don't have it when u call and ask them but when u go into 3 different Oriellys and find a couple different options of what u was looking for makes u wonder what they looked up and why u didn't go in and look urself
Love going here and getting what we need the worker eric is really nice helps you get what u need and i got some dry mix 50lb bags he carried them to my car for me and made sure we were all set and got what we needed
The staff for the most part is unhelpful and rude a lot of the times. I have also gotten more wrong parts from here than correct ones for my car since the workers love to tell me what I drive and what I need for it. Mind you I'm an account holder there and prefer to drive to a different location farther away from my house than this one that is literally three blocks away because of this.
Never shop there again, had van on jacks for 3 days. They know nothing about parts. Gave us the wrong parts 3 times. Never ordered one part we needed. Had to go to Auto Zone, O'Reilly you lost a customer.
Most times everything from the products, to the customer service is great, but there was a time where a close friend and myself were treated poorly, by a condescending sales associate. We continued to be polite, while the salesman continued to treat us like we were ignorant. We made purchases here, but it turned us off from coming back for months.
I was with my 82 year old mother, with her car. The car hadn't been started in a while, and after having it jumped by AAA, we drove into town to check the tire pressure. It died as soon as I put it into park. I assumed a new battery was in order. Not knowing a thing about batteries - we walked to O'Reilly's and Cody helped us with a battery. We didn't have any tools and so no way to install the battery - additionally the battery was sooo heavy - wasn't sure how I would carry for 2-3 blocks to where the car had died. Cody loaned us a little cart and the tools needed to change the battery. it was super easy - the car started and we returned the cart and tools. since then I've told many about my experience. Cody made a terribly frustrating time much less frustrating. Thanks Cody!!!!
Helpful & friendly employees helped me to locate what I needed & even installed some of the items on my car without charging me a fee. They also offer a military discount. Which is great!
Stopped because our Subaru Outback was throwing codes, with their awesome service we were back on the road with the problem fixed. We would like to thank the people at the Wautoma store for their excellent service.
Good selection. Store brand products some times are less than satisfactory. Please check your boxes for proper items as I've been given the wrong box of parts multiple times.
Employees don’t know what they’re talking about in terms of what are the correct parts for make and model. Also employees have a bad attitude when come to helping an customer. Overall bad experience and would recommend going somewhere else.
The store manager helped me. He also tried to sell me on motorcraft brand parts with a price match guarantee. I was very impressed that was a first for me. I will return to the Wautoma O'Reilly auto parts store in the future!
They stink the store is croked and have there employees be dishonest and put money under the table and give me cheap parts that don't last and match the same brad. Their ja janarick..they also don't have have of the parts to fit the veichel that I have..
Nice location. Tim was very helpful and respectful and actually reminded me about military discounts...and I actually learn something about my SUV's AC....can't complain about that at all.
