In town from upstate NY on vacation visiting family and our truck left us stranded. Called them and within 30 min they were there to tow us in. Having a backlog of customers they got us right in and in less than 24 hours we had our vehicle back. They were very informative, kept us posted at all times and were very professional. Thanks to Trent the mechanic and his expertise he was able to diagnose and fix it in a jiffy. The price was more than fair and I highly recommend them to anyone. THANKS AGAIN WENNINGERS FOR ALL YOU DID!!!

Great people to work with, you call for a tow & they get right out to you. They even towed a car back to Chicago for me.

They were awesome. Very nice. Got the job done quickly. And the office lady is on her STUFFFFFF. That phone was hotline bling the whole time- idk how she does it, but might be a super power. Probably the best price out of the area and got what we needed very quickly to fix my car . Buy some cute bracelets on your way out!

I was in Wautoma and had a sudden clunk an hour away from home. Wenninger Auto sent out a truck immediately and got me fixed up and back on the road. I highly recommend them!

Very Unprofessional. Do not reccomend for transportation or towing services. The driver was an absolute jerk and totally incompetent. Horrible company.

Towed my harley on Friday night. Bill was 563 dollars to take it 10 miles to their shop in wautoma. These guys are absolutely a rip off. Then the cashier told me they cut me a break on the price and that they should have charged me more. Wow

Cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service i received today when i had a flat tire. I am not from the Wautoma area but I was referred to them from a local resident. The woman at the counter showed sincere concern for my situation (was from so far away and had children with me). A young man ended his lunch early and came back to the shop to help. He never acted like I was an inconvenience. There was also another gentleman (husband of the woman at the counter?) who was just as kind and helpful. I can imagine they run into situations like this all the time dealing with vehicles but they treated me with such kindness and decency. Thank you so much and I will be sure to pay the kindness forward!

Although our car was just towed here (repaired at the dealership), the gentleman and his son that towed our car were wonderful. We were traveling with our baby and my husband recently had ankle surgery, so he was using a scooter to move around. The gentleman towed the car and his scooter to make room for our baby’s car seat in the truck. Once we arrived at the shop, he gifted our baby girl a pink tow truck to occupy her while we figured out what was going on with the car. The staff was very welcoming and sweet to her, making the process 10x smoother. Thank you!

This place has the best service. They care about their customers and it shows in their work. I'm very thankful they went above and beyond for me to fix my car. I'm forever grateful.

Car broke down & needed a tow. Christie was quick to dispatch a tow truck. Tow truck driver Chuck showed up and worked diligently to load car quickly. Back at their shop, Randy coordinated the necessary repair work. Car repaired quickly, and Michelle wrapped it up with the billing the next day!

On the night of January 4 2024 I hit a deer on the Westside of wautoma with my semi truck. I broke an air valve off my tank and lost all my air in that tank. I called the shop at 5:30pm and was told to bring it by. In no time they had me up to the door and repaired and on my way. I wish more shops were like this to an out of state trucker. Great service!!!

I was coming into town from over three hours away, and noticed I had two broken lug nuts on Labor Day Friday afternoon. They went out of their way and stayed late to get my car done so my family and I could get back home before the weekend was over. They could have charged me a ton and I wouldn’t have had a choice but to pay it, but I got quality work at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend them more.

After my last experience , never again! Attorney General and Consumer Protection to be notified of fraud, lying, (parking my truck in smashed glass next to your building, quotes for parts not needed, the unprofessional comments made, ended up 5wks without my vehicle...missed work!) Sec. Officer Stauber , only going public to protect others, its my job to do so!!

I found myself in not one, but TWO situations that required the assistance of a tow truck, within a month's time. Both of these situations were not ideal circumstances for multiple reasons, but one of them was a financial concern. I forgot their names, but I think it may have been Chuck and his wife - they ensured I was able to leave with my vehicle, working with me regarding payment. And thank God, because I had my children with me both times. They were kind, and undoubtedly good at their jobs.

Bought a used vehicle in Milwaukee, and on the way home it started to overheat. Stopped in and they were able to diagnose and squeeze me in to get it repaired. We are new to the Wautoma area, but have had the best service from this team. Will recommend then to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price

These guys were great at first, but not very precise in dealing with my car, they were unable to diagnose the problem, which lead to bigger problems, it was a waste of time and money to constantly bring it in when they couldn't even fix it. I took it to a dealer and after getting a laundry list of things wrong I knew that wasn't fair. So I tried to go back to wennigers to see about having them actually fix it this time, but now they said they wouldn't do it. Good bye forever?

Had a Camaro in for exhaust work and thought I was pretty specific in what needed to be done. They used an incorrect exhaust clamp, not the one I requested, they didn't reinstall an exhaust hanger, and there is a pretty decent leak from it. They did do pretty well fixing up and making the back end of the exhaust look good.

I had an alignment done. I don't normally use this business, but other area shops didn't have openings until later in the week. I drove the truck 3 miles home. Based on past experiences with wennigers, I decided I had better check out the work. I had to turn the nuts on the tierod adjusting sleeves 3 full turns before I could finally torque them to manufacture specifications of only 14 ft./lbs. Very disappointed because these are the only 4 bolts and nuts that needed to be loosened to do the alignment in the first place. This experience was not unlike my other previous experiences with wennigers. I will either go to Dave's, Mike's, or find another shop in the area next time I need any work done, or even for an oil change. Thanks.

Best auto repair. Outstanding customer service. I was in an urgent situation for a repair and they got me in immediately!! I can't say enough about how great they are. Thank you. I tell everyone I know how pleased I am. Keep up the outstanding service!!

Do awesome work. We were working and I've truck broke down. Far from Texas but the workers help us by giving us a car to drive while the truck was being repaired so we wouldn't be stuck in the room waiting.Thanks guys for everything thing Two Thumbs Up ?

The owner not only made a service call to the Gas station we were broke down at he also spent an hour trying to help us out in the lot. When determined it was a bad start he towed us to his shop and fixed out vehicle before 24 hours was up as we needed the vehicle to get to work. He was professional, courteous and friendly helping us out of a sticky situation and was 1/2 the price other in the are quoted us and told is they couldn't get to it for 3-5 days the Weasel was professional and caring to our needs and was one hell of a deal thank you Sir for fixing out Saturn Vue in record time. You sir are a blessing in these tough times.

Appointment was for battery replacement. I called them mid morning and was given an appointment before noon. Because I am self isolating from Covid, I asked whether I could remain in car. After a brief wait battery was replaced. On my way to the shop, my tire light came on. They also checked all tires and added necessary air. When I called the desk to ask them to take my credit card number by phone, request was denied, but cashier offered to come out for the card and return it to me--service with a smile. I have consistently received excellent service from Wenningers at a very reasonable price, and don't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.

I've been going here since I've started driving about 5ish years ago, and every experience has been incredible. They're always willing to jump through hoops and go the extra mile just to make sure everything is good with my car, and get me on the road again asap. I live in Stevens Point and make the drive here whenever I need anything for my car because the service is wonderful. HIGHLY recommend Wenninger Auto Repair.

Was treated like a complete idiot while going in for an alignment, then got to listen to the receptionist mock and ridicule the next two customers. After waiting forty minutes, was told that tie rods needed to be done and that parts could be there in 15 minutes. That was great, until they quoted a ridiculous price for the tie rods. I was then treated rather rudely because I said I'd just do the tie rods myself and schedule an alignment at another time. This was followed by a 5 minute lecture by the mechanic on what tie rods do and why they are so important, and how I was a fool for not having them done there. I've been going here off and on since they've opened, and have had John as a mechanic prior to wennigers even being a business. This place has definitely fallen off. Piss poor customer service and ridiculous prices

3 times in the shop less then 200 miles on their rebuilt transmission and left us stranded with a newborn and a 3 year old. They claim to have a expert transmission mechanic... Good luck folks stay clear... Stopping my 2000$ payment and taking my 06 sierra elsewhere thanks guys ?
