My trip to get code checked was horrific handed me the code machine told me to go follow direction bring it back in they will read it. Go get codes come back in the girl claims it didn’t read anything as she just keeps hitting the mouse button …. Needless to say to say when the customer has more of a clue then the employee you have nothing more than wal mart.

Went to dispose of old oil. Container I had leaked pretty bad durring transit. I felt awful about it but Kalen was super understanding and beyond helpul. Excellent customer service.

( Oconomowoc location) Bought a Bed liner was told they’d deliver it. when it came in , I was told they couldn’t cause it wouldn’t fit in they’re truck. went up there with a van it wouldn’t fit in that (Paul) said they would rent a U-Haul trailer and deliver it to me next day called a few days later to see why it hasn’t been delivered yet (manny store manager) said “ he shouldn’t of told me that and they won’t be doing that” ok I was cool about that no problem. Went and got a trailer to pick it up when I got there bed liner was all messed up , corners bent , big buckles everywhere I asked for them to exchange this they told me no there’s nothing they can do so now I’m stuck with that and I been going to o Reilly for 10+ years and have a business account with them for 5 years now, they would always deliver everything to me no questions asked. Now since all this happened and I was very unhappy about the bed liner and that hole issue. (manny store manager) says they won’t be delivering to my business anymore cause they feel unsafe Yet he’s be doing all my deliveries for a while now has been here numerous times.. called jon Gomez he’s above manny to fix this and he said there’s nothing he can do cause employees feel unsafe now. (Which I haven’t done anything to deserve any of this) But for 5 years delivering to the same address none of them ever felt that way??? Loyal customers like me spending thousands and thousands of dollars to y’all is what keep that business thriving. And how you treated one is why Y’all just lost a very loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars every year and sends multiple people to your store every single day.. without loyal customers y’all wouldn’t make it same goes for every other business in this world and those loyal customers who haven’t done anything to deserve this and spend thousands to your store should be getting top notch service , making it right and fixing the problem instead of causing new ones. But guess that’s just me.

I was overcharged but I caught it and they fixed it. However, that was negligence on their part and not sure if it was intentional or a result of not being knowledgeable.

Staff full of men acted like they didn’t want to help me out. Find a new job then. All I was asking about was oil. Shouldn’t of been a hassle. Or an attitude. Be happy at work because negative energy is felt and can rub the customer the wrong way even if they aren’t the root of the cause

Tamara was so helpful in finding the best quality and type of brake lights for my vehicle. Immediately after purchasing, Steve replaced it in minutes. Whole transaction took less than 15 minutes; couldn't be more impressed.

They seem to have the edge on competitors such as getting parts extremely fast, supplying OE parts identical to dealerships just a different box and lower price. Trust be I been working on cars for 20 plus years

This store should be embarrassed to have "Auto Parts" used in their name. I called with a question in regards to a battery. The lady who answered the phone told me she would be able to help... after my question, she deferred to another co-worker who said (keep in mind I could hear them speaking) I don't know anything about batteries!!! Then it came out that the lady I spoke to 1st had only worked there for 2 weeks. They were just plain lazy! I then went to Advanced Auto and my question was answered, they even came out to help me and the problem was fixed in 10 minutes. ENTER THIS SORE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Anyone noticing a BATTERY theme?

The employee wouldn't swap out my car battery because she would "get cold." Advanced auto had no problem with it.

Open SUNDAYS until 7 pm. My son replaced my Toyota's O2 sensors, a very common occurrence, apparently with Toyota sensors purchased on-line. I complained about the odor in my car, so he checked the CABIN AIR FILTER. Filthy. He called O'Reilly to check on availability. We took his car and he was in and out in minutes. The filter was in stock at O'Reilly, Oconomowoc!!! You shouldn't drive a car without an air filter and mine was becoming unbearable to drive! THANKS O'REILLY!!

I had an incredibly helpful and positive experience with this shop. Was having some car trouble and came here to have my battery tested. Was met with care and generosity by those who work at this location. I highly recommend coming here for any car service needs you have.

Went to buy a new battery and have them put it in was told they don’t do that for the yr and make and model for my car. Lost my business. Went to Auto Zone and a man with one good arm put it in for me.

Dave, the assistant manager, spent 20 mins outside with me, sitting on the concrete in 40 degree weather, helping to remove a couple rusted license plate screws. He also helped me find some clips and then lent me a few tools to get my plate installed. I'll definitely be shopping there again. Thx again Dave!

Staff seemed to begrudgingly help customers. No masks for the workers, and they didn't enforce their own mask requirements when a gaggle of people walked in.

There's a mask mandate in my state and signs posted all over the store about being required to wear a mask while inside, and yet none of the workers were wearing masks. And the only customers that were wearing masks in the store were myself and my fiancé.

I can't say enough about the AWESOME people who work at O'Reillys in Oconomowoc! Rebecca really helped me out Sunday morning when I stopped in to buy oil for my Kia Soul. I told her what I was experiencing and she arranged for Bryan at Valvoline Oil Center in Oconomowoc to check it out for me 5 mins later!!! Everyone there take pride in the services and knowledge they share to help the community. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Always really great customer service. Everyone is really helpful and available. Always promptly answer their phones and answer any questions you may have over the phone or in store. Really well organized and clean store. Have lots to offer for everything auto related. Great store with great staff!

Went in to buy a special part ask the guy in the front for some help I said can you help me please and he said what do you want? Was very rude and then he followed me all through the stores and Keen I was going to steal something which I was only there to give you business so after all that I just left my stuff on the counter I don't want to deal with anyone who doesn't want my business I won't be going back there!!!!!! Absolutely the best service I could ask for. Patrick was so helpful and very kind. He treated me as a person and not a "dumb woman in an auto parts store" like I typically am. I really appriciated this. I will definitely be back for more of my automotive needs in the future. Thank you for being a company that respects everyone that walks through your door.

I have to say this parts store especially on the commerical end, has become a solid entity in the community. Since Rob the manager has taken over my service and part purchasing has trippled monthly. Guys like Dave and Paul, along with Mike has made my purchasing easy and I am confident buying from them. I make my orders by phone and am very happy with the excellent service and the swift delivery I receive. I can't say enough positive comments about the way this store has come together. We purchased a battery from these guys and we had them try to change the battery for us. The employee then obviously didn't know what he was doing and proceed to break the terminal so our vehicle wouldn't start. We had to rig it to get it started and take it to a mechanic and had to pay someone to fix it...I'm now out $200 and late for our trip out of town. I will never shop there again. On top of that our mechanic called and the employee told him they didn't buy it from us.... I have a receipt that says otherwise.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Don't bother going to that other place down the street (AHEM, Advance Auto) because they treated me like a brainless yutz, probably due to my gender.) O'Reilly helped this girl keep her Mustang healthy and happy! ?
