Highly recommend Tim's Auto. I went to start my car only to find my battery died. AAA jumped it and recommended Tim's for a new one and they called and Tim's got me in right away. Also, 2 neighbors recommended them. I was so impressed with the cost and service I received. I and my family will be customers for life. They really know how to take care of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. Super friendly staff.
Love supporting local and locally owned businesses. Tim and staff are great. Always a smile welcoming you in, a plethora of knowledge and very helpful. They will install batteries, wipers and assorted items on request.

Was having issues with my Honda Pilot. They took their time and helped me figure out what was going on. They also helped me swap my battery. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Stopped in last minute for my co workers dead battery. Determined that it was definitely time for a new battery. It was almost closing time and he was the only one on staff, but he helped her with the sale and install of her new battery!

Very knowledgeable staff. It is amazing what they stock for how small the place is. Their prices are always fair and I never felt like they were trying to gouge me. I first started going there because they had parts I was looking for that the big stores did not have in stock. All I can say is after going there a few times I will use Tim's for parts as much as possible. If you think customer service is dead you have not been to Tim's.
The guys at Tim's are The Real Deal! More than once, when a quick oil. change place said I needed a new battery, I went to Tim's & they said, "No, you should be good for another year or so." Yesterday, my daughter from Madison needed a new battery. 3 year guaranteed. They installed it for $111. She just texted me. The battery Tim's replaced, cost $182 three years ago from Adavanced Auto Parts. She just found That receipt.
Absolute best place for batteries. Saved the day from a terrible Advanced Auto Parts store experience. Will only be going here from now on. Thank you Tim and employees for caring about your customers. ??
I have been going to Tim's for 20+ years for good reason. He is by far the best resource for Auto parts. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to get you back on the road. The level of service compared to other big box stores isn't even close. If you want to make one trip and get what you need the first time, go to Tim's!!
Tim's Auto is the best! Tim helped me get a car going 27 years ago and I've been going back ever since. Tim and his staff are dedicated to customer satisfaction and they're skilled at helping a guy, or gal, figure what they need and how to fix it! Tim's is a wonderful place to go for all you car parts and tool needs. They are very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. If you need help figuring out what is wrong with your vehicle, thier knowledge and experience I top notch.

Not sure what's going on over there....returned $330 worth of LED's that Tim's Auto guaranteed would fit. Long story short these LED's would NOT fit unless I where to MODIFY the plastic housings (again sales rep could have been more formative) I returned the LED's 4 days ago and still have not had my refund credited...! Not my banks fault, went to my back after calling Tim's auto 4 days later and there was NO PENDING REFUNDS!
AMSOIL Dealer with great prices. Has tons of hard to find products on the sales floor. Not much room to move around, but you can appreciate how much they have crammed into such a tiny location. Tim is a great person that has been a staple in the community for a long time. Keep small business alive and spend your money locally.
The ONLY place to buy car parts to keep the ride alive. Not a "Me Too" parts supplier but Tim and his team KNOW the right people to call to get the right answers. He is competitive in pricing to the mailorder places and has faster service. I am a "shade tree" mechanic but always trust "Tim's" to help me out.
I have been going there for a few years and they are a very friendly staff. they are not not like your typical parts store that just throws parts at you and want takes your money. they are fair and honest and do not up sell you just to make a profit. they ensure that the part you get is the part you need and are very knowledgeable of what they are selling. It is very rare that i have had to wait more than a day or more for parts. for great service, advice and quick parts turn around, I can not recommend anyone better then Tims bumper to bumper!!!
Over the top service and value, check here first for what you need. They haven't let me down , even if they don't have a strange crazy part i'm looking for..... but of course the other 99.9% of the time they do have it or can get it quickly! The best parts store in Oconomowoc! The staff at Tim's are always helpful and knowledgeable. This is a local family owned store which is another reason I love visiting, there's a higher level of quality and they always go an extra step for their customers.
Love this place, they normally have everything you need in stock, and if not its the next day. Professional crew that know parts and can answer most repair questions. I have an extensive background in the aftermarket auto parts business, and in my opinion, these guys rank number one. No gimmicks with first class service.
