Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered brake parts online and sent my 17-year-old daughter to pick them up for her car. Because my name was on the order confirmation, the employee behind the counter became incredibly rude, nasty, and snooty with her. Even after she offered to show her ID and the email clearly proving she was authorized to pick it up, he continued to treat her poorly. There is zero excuse for talking down to a young customer who is just trying to pick up an order. We will be taking our business elsewhere
Awesome guys in there. Especially Tim. Retired marine, decent guy and was totally committed to see that my problem was taken care of and have me on my way. He went out of his way to help me out. More blessings to you my brother
Had part by 4PM, good news. Bad news, 3 times more expensive than rockauto. Maybe napa treats contract mechanics well but not so much regular Joe. Another brick and mortar that will struggle to survive.....
Oconomowoc store has very poor Customer Service. Late 40s early 50s. Acted as if he was annoyed I was even there, seemed cocky, not helpful at all. He even seemed annoyed when I wanted to buy more product. I finally left the store and went to the Pewaukee store...great Customer Service there.
Ordered an item online for store pickup and found it to be a bad experience. They seemed bothered by handling it and the guy was unfriendly and oddly distrustful requiring much proof and acting like was scamming the store. I will just get stuff online somewhere else next time.
Make sure you keep your receipt of a car battery that you may purchase at NAPA. The car battery that I bought from the Oconomowoc NAPA would not consider a refund or a pro rate even though the car battery lasted only a year, had the Oconomowoc store sticker and date of purchase sticker on the battery. The clerk seemed annoyed with me. Why have the stickers?
Customer service was terrible. Took a few minutes for somebody to even come out and acknowledge my presence. And once the guy was out, he had zero interest in even being there, let alone helping me. And I didn't even have the product I needed in stock. It's okay though, Advance Auto Parts was able to help.
Worker in his late 40s couldn’t help me. Needed a brake light for a suburban. Was rude and had no clue who could sell me a brake light. Maybe I interrupted his lunch?
Didn't have my obscure part for my old car, but the man at the counter looked it up and found it at the Pewaukee store. He sent me over there when I said I needed it that day, even gave me the part number. Thank you.
Trying to get 5 out of 5 stars but it will only select two? last place of five to find a bonnet for a polishing waxing machine for my truck they had the part with the last five did not common simple do-it-yourself bonnet guy came over explained it very patient clean store guy took time out to explain every question I had and into some detail on waxing information I needed would go back again 505 give them a 10 extremely helpful parts were I was there with a smile and great service keep up the good work guys
