Hit a deer on my way to work early this morning. Before I knew it or even called anyone, a tow truck pulled up behind me and a man named Rob from Silver Lake Auto and Tire came out to check on me. I was trying to get a hold of my insurance and asked if he would wait before towing me. He ended up waiting probably over 20 minutes before I got the green light for him to tow my truck. He was fast, super kind, and went out of his way to help me this morning. Top notch guy and if he is a representation of this business as a whole, you will be taken care of! Thanks, Rob!

My wife and I just moved to Oconomowoc and had no heat in the car. Didn’t know who to take the car to get fixed. She looked up Silver Lake Auto & Tire Center. So I called and spoke to Tyler and told him the issues. Took the car the next day called me and told me exactly what the car needs..The part for the heat was warranted by the dealer. The car was repaired the next day. Can’t say enough about Tyler and the crew at Silver Lake Auto.Very professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with the repairs. I have had numerous great experiences with Silver Lake Auto. They have been exceptional in diagnosing and repairing all of my vehicles. They provide photos of issues, competently repair the defects and charge a fair price. Very friendly staff and I have taken advantage of their free ride to and from the shop. I would recommend them for any vehicle repairs you may need.
Jennifer was great to work with at Silver Lake Tire. I went there for a tire replacement and she walked me through the different tire options based on my vehicle and budget. All 4 tires were replaced and the job was done the same day I dropped it off.
Silver Lake Auto has been amazing to work with! They towed my husband’s truck and were kind and friendly. Because of this, I then took my car to get fixed when my engine light was on. They were up front with the price and what needed to be done. All employees were very helpful!
Great thorough report on entire vehicle with priority items addressed and did not opt to just do something with the pre-approval but rather were honest and advised why and how makes sense to wait and not spend extra at the time of work being done. Thank you for the honesty and would consider coming from 4 hours away to make my home garage if I didn’t have a trusted local shop in my hometown.

Great place to bring your vehicle. Very helpful and got me in the same day to replace all 4 tires after I got a flat that couldn't be repaired. They treat you very well and respond quickly by phone calls with any issues. I would give you more stars if I could.

This team in Oconomowoc is incredible! I was on my way to a job interview when I got a flat tire and ended up getting towed to this location. This team was so kind, informative, efficient, everything I needed to not go crazy after missing my interview! Jennifer even was kind enough to provide me with lunch. After tires were delivered to the shop, my interview ended up being rescheduled - this team worked nonstop and was determined to make sure I was out of there in time to make it to the second interview. I cannot say enough to thank this team for making that day calmer and stress-free. They are truly amazing. The car still runs great and my family will now be using Silver Lake in the future!!
The service at Silver Lake Auto is excellent! Everyone is very easy to talk to you, questions or answered with E and professionalism. There is a loaner car available if your car is in the shop. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to get this done while I was working. They brought the loaner car to my work and took my car, brought it back when it was done. Very easy to pay my bills via electronic mean. I would recommend this auto service company 100%.
We have been coming to Silver Lake Auto for years, and will continue. Most recently, the day of a 5 hour road trip, I woke up to a semi-flat tire. I called in first thing, and Tyler was kind enough to do a quick check while I waited to see if it could be repaired vs. replaced. When it needed to be replaced, they got it done within a matter of hours to get us on the way safely. I rarely need the quick response, and for those times I appreciate the drop off and loaner vehicles, but knowing they are willing to help in a near emergency situation is also amazing.
Brought my car in for a quick tires assessment. Team was exceptionally quick with taking a look, finding me new tires and working with my schedule to get them on same day. Facility is accommodating if you need to wait and the cost represents the service quality. Warranty and side benefits buying from SLA was solid.
Always great service here. Picked up my car for an oil change so I didn’t have to worry about a ride. As hassle free as it gets. Have also used them for detailing. Great communication, awesome service, friendly staff. May be a little more expensive at times but it’s worth every penny to avoid the headaches of other shops. Highly recommend
I recently took my partner's vehicle in for a brake system inspection and brake work. Overall experience was excellent. Mike was an incredibly friendly and energetic service advisor. It was very convenient that they let us use a courtesy car, which was clean and well maintained, during service. My absolute favorite part about silver lake is how they allow customers to view pictures of areas of the car which need work. This is a fabulous business practice as it emphasizes transparency and helps the customer make decisions on whether they need a certain repair or not. Overall a great experience!
Zac and Silver lake motors had opportunities to worked on my mothers first car she ever bought with her own money…and try to take advantage of a family heirloom by charging us a whole lot of work to which they didn’t perform with along tow almost $1000 for something which cost with labor no more than $4-$500 . And the right after the came back with the same problem. Even if you have the money to spend please be advice the inappropriate behavior of taking advantage of customers is not acceptable. To show how much they respect the community.
