LJ and his colleague on Saturday Night 11/8 were an enormous help. We had a dead battery across the street. AAA did come with a battery but LJ would have helped us if they didn't. Very grateful.
I have been a long time customer and have had great service for years. Tonight, I needed my 4runner battery replaced. Called at 7pm, Steve confirmed the battery and said come on over. Arrived at 7:10, battery installed by 7:30. On my way. Wow! It just keeps getting better. Thank you Steve! Great job and very professional.
Great experience at Advanced Auto Parts, West Bend today! Steve assisted me in finding rivets for my front wheel well shields. He was patient and very informative in answering my many questions. These rivets were different than the previous ones that came with the car. Steve applied a few of the rivets to make sure they fit and to demonstrate how to apply them. After I was finished checking out, he offered to apply the remaining rivets - he was very efficient in doing this. I feel Steve definitely went above and beyond; he was professional, outgoing, helpful and informative. We’ll definitely continue visiting this location for our automotive needs!

I can't recommend this Advance Auto Parts location enough. On Saturday, July 26, 2025, I was in a difficult situation. My SUV, which I was driving from out of state, was being repaired, and we were missing a crucial part. We had been to four other stores without any luck, and this was our last stop.
The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly patient and took the time to ensure we found the exact right part for my specific vehicle. They were kind, accommodating, and paid great attention to detail. This level of customer service is a perfect 10 out of 10. They truly saved the day. If you need auto parts, this is the place to go!
The staff here went above and beyond typical customer service! Several months ago, I drove to Advanced Auto Parts for a new car battery. I parked and went to the door, but unfortunately they were closed because they were out of power. I was stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery and a sleeping toddler in the backseat, trying to figure out what to do next. I didn't realize there were workers in the store, until they came out to check on me. After I explained my situation, the employee helped change my battery and, since their computers were down, trusted me to come back the next day to pay the bill. I am so thankful for his kindness and will be sure to give them my business in the future!
David (the GM) was super personable and helped me when UPS dropped off my new work laptop. I’ve seen some of these negative reviews in reference to UPS pick ups and I didn’t have a bad experience at all. People have to understand this is still a business on top of having this as added service for the community. Any time I have an auto parts need, I’m coming here just because of the service that I had.
Needed a new battery for my Canyon. Long story short, Dave and his team did a fantastic job. Many other places would have had excuses on why they couldn’t help me out. They just took care of it. Refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Hope you have the same experience. I will be shopping here.
Terrible experience, the Manager is extremely arrogant. They are a drop off point for UPS, he decides what packages he takes and which ones he tells you to go elsewhere. 3 weeks prior I dropped off the same package where the female there was more than accommodating. Steer clear of Don, very rude.
The crew did an amazing job helping me find the right stuff for restoration on my truck! Dustin recommended a polish that by far did an amazing job. He recommended a product called mothers. I totally recommend them!!! Great job Dustin and crew you rock!!!!
I walked in, asked a man at the counter a question. He answered, before I even finished the question, and was short and rude. He just stood there. Never got what I needed.
Man was older, shorter, bald and heavyset. I won't go back.

In West Bend Advance and O'Reilly are a horse a piece as far as the numerous fixes and helps in my garage setting these stores have provided they have HAVE your parts. 5 stars for Advance of West Bend there tied as best parts store in town...Greace monkeys forever....
I went to get my battery checked. I did need a new one. Reilly in the West Bend location was real nice and professional. Real nice guy and had a good talk about sports while he was installing the new battery
Service was great, and they had everything I needed in stock. It would be 5 stars only because if I had waited 2 days I could have saved 30$. I wasn't interested in coming back with some printout of o'reilly or AutoZone. BUT, they did have everything I needed in stock.
On a cold winters day being stuck with a dead battery is not fun! I’m so impressed by the customer service and expertise of Don and the other employees. They turned a stressful situation into a blessing. I’m so appreciative. You guys ROCK!
First used the website to research my automotive part replacement. Website for Advanced Auto is very intuitive and very time efficient. You do have the option to pay online and pick up at the store. I choose to go to the West Bend Store. As I was comparing a few parts and was unsure on what direction I wanted to go. The store was not busy and if I needed assistance it was there. Prices are very competitive with a great selection. Very easy to do business with.
The store is amazing they took over in the storm because another store had a broken pipe and just went to town. They took care of everyone their service team is great management is awesome and it's a definite place to stop & shop

love this place, they helped me get a battery picked our in the freezing cold and they also put the battery in my car for me in the freezing cold. They were also women that did this. No men were there. I think that is amazing...
