Bryce was helpful and prompt in rendering service to my Hyndai Santa Fe. Arrived quickly and well before scheduled time. He even filled air in my tires as they were low on pressure. Great service.

I was in Fox Lake needing a tow to Manitowoc. Even though I almost choked when I heard the cost of the tow, the service was exceptional. Your driver Joe was amazing. Very hard working, knowledgeable and an absolute joy to be in his presence. Employees such as him should not go unappreciated or unnoticed . He made my bad situation a little less painful.

Dave came very fast to our location. He was very polite and had the spare on in a few minutes. I highly recommend Dave and their company for roadside service.

Jason was great in getting my RAV4 towed out of my garage to Russ Darrow Toyota. Requested the service thru AAA and everything went smoothly & was kept up to date on arrival time. Only issue and it was not on Jason is that the truck was leaking oil on our driveway. Just a heads up for you to get it checked out. Thanks for the great service

I scheduled the service the prior day and they came at the start of the 2 hour service window. Ran a battery diagnostic which showed the engine components(alternator, etc) were fine and the issue was the battery. He had a battery my non-standard battery on the truck and was able to quickly replace it. Driver put my battery and the replacement side by side so I could see he was installing the exact same type. I’m on my way

I was very happy with the service I received today from JP of Bob's Main Street Auto. The response to my call for service handled by JP was quick and professional. He was very pleasant and even fun to work with. JP made the whole experience of me accidentally locking my keys in my car much less painful. Thank you!

I locked myself out of my car and Joe G. came to the rescue! I called AAA and Joe arrived so fast. He was super friendly and helpful. He appreciated the info I was able to give him about where exactly the “unlock” button is in my car. After several tries, he realized he could pull the key right off the front seat where I had left it! He was so kind, and the type of person you want to help you when things go wrong!

My son was stuck with a transmission issue. Jacob was quick to the rescue. Though a bit pricy due to the weather but we are very grateful for his courtesy and fast rescue: very timely to save us from the frigid cold of 1/23/26 @8pm. Thanks Jacob, the price wasn't your fault. You were awesome and knew exactly what to do. Thans again

Jacob, my man!!! Hands down the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. He was speedy; he checked with us first to see if he needed to bring any extra tools, and we had a pleasant ride back chatting with Jacob in the truck! He knew how to do his job and did a fantastic job. Great customer service isn’t something you always see with tow truck drivers, but Jacob changed our minds about that! I’d give more than 5 stars if possible.

Bryce pretty much saved my life. I had been waiting for another company for 3 hours to change a flat tire with my two young kids; Bryce was there within 10 minutes, great communication with him as well as dispatch. He actually patched my tire for me, as I was still 1.5 hours away from my destination. He was SO SWEET, so nice, and SO FAST. I am so appreciative of him. I would call Bob’s 12 out of 10 times. On Jan 14th, I used AAA and Evan from Bob’s towing assisted me with Battery issues. He was very polite and showed me what i needed to do to fix the issue. Thank you for your quick response and pleasant demeanor.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to use AAA. My truck didn’t want to start. AAA sent Bob’s Main Street Towing to offer assistance. The driver was very professional and helpful. He tried everything possible to get the truck started. Nothing worked. He used extreme care loading the truck onto the tow truck and brought it to the dealership. Through the process the team keep me updated with at least 6 phone calls. If I ever need, or know someone that needs a tow or roadside assistance I will highly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience during a time of need.

JP was wonderful! He kept us updated on his arrival time and had our rented vehicle up and running in no time. He was professional and courteous, would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Evan, his assessment of the situation, and his explanation of the best possible solution. He installed a new battery and provided instructions about driving the car on a more consistent timetable rather than avoiding outings during frigid weather conditions. Bryce was great! Arrived earlier than expected, communicated the whole time. Excellent customer service! As soon as he arrived, he took the keys and sent me home so I didn't have to wait in the cold for him to hook my car up. Will definitely use them again.

JP came to open the car because the keys were locked in the trunk. It was cold and the door seals were very tight. He was cheerful and polite and worked about 10 minutes to get the car open. He was careful not to damage anything. He came within fifteen minutes of my call. It was good experience. Thank JP

Called in on a Sunday and the person on the phone was great. Driver (Aaron) showed up in less than a half hour and had a great personality. Towed the truck to my house and placed it perfectly where I needed it put. Excellent experience, great price and awesome staff dealt with. I will recommend Bob’s to everyone going forward. Thank you

Dave came to the rescue after my son's car died on way home from work. He expertly backed into a difficult hilly driveway on busy road. Thanks so much ! Was serviced thru AAA, so not sure about pricing. But very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Thank you for not giving up on getting us into our rental car! We put the tote bag with the key in it, in the hatchback trunk and it locked when we shut it! Lesson to keep your key on your person. We appreciate the fast and efficient service!
