Bob's auto is great! They know me by name which isn't important but is a nice bonus. I have had a few things done by them and they take care of me well. They have good staff and are timely with everything they do. I would recommend them over the local car dealership any day. I don't want to specify what brand I have, however I have not had a good experience with the dealership. Not to mention bob's is much more pocket friendly and they are honest about your vehicle, instead of trying to scare you on replacements that aren't as important.

Swaps parts based on symptoms, rather than completely identifying the problem at hand. Brought my car to another mechanic after settling up with Bob's, and he stated that the shop should be ashamed of how things were put back together.

This review is over a month overdue, but I promised I’d do it. JP towed a vehicle for us back at the start of December to a storage unit — super nice guy, went above and beyond what he needed to, and the world needs more people like him, twas a interaction I’ll never forget! I would give 5 stars, but one of y’all’s drivers almost hit my wife a few years ago by not yielding the right of way, then honked and flipped her off — which was messed up considering y’all didn’t have the right of way and shouldn’t have pulled out. This was years ago, but I’ll never forget it, because every time we saw that guy driving around she’d bring it up. Based on that alone, it’d be a 1-star review. But JP earned y’all some credit back — enough to bump this to a 4-star review. Good stuff, man. Also, I loved the mental health awareness decal you had (which I believe is now Alzheimer’s awareness). Love to see that. There was another driver who helped us get into our car with the keys locked inside as well super nice guy! And y’all’s response times have always been fantastic! And we’re on time with the scheduled pickups! Love the communication y’all have as well!

JP came to pick up my Mom’s vehicle when it was freezing outside. He was prompt and helpful throughout the entire process and extremely patient and very polite. He was able to get her vehicle loaded onto the flatbed without any trouble even though the vehicle had no power. I was impressed with his professional ability and willingness to adapt to unexpected circumstances. Thank you, JP! You are appreciated. ❤️

Tow driver was rude about asking me to move my vehicle. I understand and respect that he has a job to do, but you don't need to be a jerk about it, either.

My daughter’s car had an issue with her windshield wipers. I called Bob’s and they were super friendly and easy to schedule an appt with. We dropped it off, and a few hours later they sent us a very detailed report from the diagnostic. Someone then called me to walk through. There were a few things that came up, outside of the wipers which were just loose. We were given a price for each issue, and the timeframe in which it was able to be completed, which was the next day. The car looks and runs fantastic, and we had wonderful service! We talked to a few different guys over the few days, and each was great. We will certainly be back for things as needed. Thanks guys!

Too many good things to say. Punctual, kept promise to replace a broken battery support post that occurred while trying to remove support. Problem was age and extreme cold weather not the service man. Best before, during, and after service I have had in years. Definitely are aware of customers service for their customers. Recommend them 1,000 per cent

I ended up in the ditch and Progressive send Bob's Main Street and Auto and Towing and they sent out Bryce and he was very knowledgeable and very professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Ryan and George always do a great job of listening to what is going wrong and explaining what needs to be done. We have all of our cars serviced at Bobs and wouldn’t trust anyone else.

My car slid off of the driveway in a snowstorm and ended up being halfway on the driveway and halfway in the ditch. Jason and Dave went above and beyond to help protect the bottom of my car from scraping on the concrete. They were also extremely kind and hard working. They seemed very passionate about their jobs and they’re great at them!

I've used Bob's towing four times in the past several years. They are fantastic. Arrive quickly and care about you and your vehicle. Service department is honest and thorough. They are a little more expensive, but they give a full report on service your car may need. I definitely recommend.

Bought my car from Carvana. That was a mistake. Thankfully Ryan at Bobs helped me out and eventually got my car up & running. Carvana & Silver Rock were a total pain to work with but Everyone at Bobs was fantastic!Really great people!

The guys at Bob's are always super nice and explain everything to me. We've taken all our cars there for regular service to big repairs. They provide great service and customer service. All our family in the area go to them too.

I called to have my suv picked up at my home and taken to a dealer for repairs this morning.The flat bed driver arrived at my home within 15 minutes of my call.Wow what great service.The driver was polite and professional. We had an another great experience at Bob’s. I feel their pricing is very reasonable and they keep to their estimated time they need the vehicle. Not knowing much about cars I feel they are patient with my questions and do not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I can’t thank Ryan and George enough for their customer service, professionalism, and most importantly quality work.

Dave from Bob's towing was fantastic. He went above and beyond! Our radiator or something started leaking and he come out at 3 am to tow us. Even dropped us off at home after dropping the van off at the repair shop!

Dave from Bobs’s towing in West Bend was absolutely excellent! Starting from the first phone call he made to verify my location and let me know he was on his way and provide an eta, Dave was completely attentive to my needs as a customer on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. Dave was SO incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and determined to help get myself, dog, trailer, and broken down car off the side of the road and back to safety in a timely manner- he absolutely turned what was an exhaustingly difficult situation for me into a genuinely enjoyable and valuable experience. I have had quite a few experiences with having to have my car towed and I have never received such genuinely amazing, thorough, and thoughtful customer service as I did this evening a dearly morning with Dave. Thank You, Dave for being accommodating, professional, honest, and genuinely kind. Flower and I will never forget you helping us; and the fact that through your outstanding customer service, you may well have actually helped save the life of my car as well! Bobs Towing has been a great service for our family. We call AAA and they come out . This time they brought my wife’s Ram 2500 in to Bobs repair on Main St. No complaints from me. They fixed a shifting problem. Replaced the muffler and replaced a PSI sensor in a tire. Was able to have it all completed the next day. Price is consistent with today’s rates. Also they are a pleasure to work with !

We had a great experience with Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing! I brought my car in and they did a very thorough inspection and took care of my car problem efficiently and at a fair price. I feel that they are honest, great to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

Love this place! Needed a tow one time and called Bob's. I was delivering papers in a van an as I was backing out of a driveway I drove over a boulder...this was way out in the boonies and it was snowing! They sent a 1 armed man and I thought...omg...how is he going to get my loaded heavy van off that boulder...but he did and he did it fast!! So impressed, relieved and ecstatic! My son and I were back in business!! Wonderful service from start to finish and I'm elated to see that they're still in business!! Love it!

Bob's was fantastic! My issue showed up when they were closed on a Sunday. I went to Bob's website and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, it was incredibly easy. I dropped off my car the night before. I got a call the next morning and discussed the issues. 2 hours after my appointment I received a detailed report. I've never received a report like this before. It was very detailed and outlined everything that was going on. I spoke with gentleman at Bob's to go over what my options were and the price associated with it. After ordering some parts they were able to get everything fixed the very next day. I wasn't able to pick up my car the next day and they were more than happy to let it sit until I could make arrangements to come get it. Though I live 40 minutes away from Bob's, I highly recommend using them regardless if you live near or far.

I am compelled to express my sincere appreciation to Bob's Towing on Main Street in West Bend for their outstanding service. Last week, while commuting to work, my vehicle experienced mechanical failure, rendering me stranded. Nonetheless, they rapidly towed my car to their repair shop within minutes. Additionally, they efficiently repaired my vehicle within 24 hours at a reasonable cost, waived the towing fee, and even provided me with transportation home. Fast service. Very helpful.Employees with positive attitudes. I may have spent a lot of money. If you're willing to be lazy enough to not learn about or even try to work on your vehicle. Then you should understand that choice comes at a price. So if you understand that then you, I understand what I mean, when I say I don't feel slighted. I don't feel misdirectedude. I don't feel upset. Rather I feel positive about my whole Bob's Auto experience... right down to the tow service.

JP was awesome! I had a low profile car that couldn’t move and he helped push it out of the driveway and into a good position to get it on the flat bed with no issues. Setup low profile ramps and sent her off.
