My vehicle slowed down, installed between an on-ramp and the highway. I was able to utilize the services of this business through AAA not only did they elevate my request for a tow, but upon delivery recognized the possibility, my vehicle needed more fuel and provided extra fuel at no cost. Nick exemplary customer service. When I thought it was the alternator and it was just a matter of more fuel, he delivered the message with compassion and was not judgmental. I would highly recommend working with Nick if you are in need of a tow.

DO NOT USE! My tow driver came and performed what the owner Josh is calling an unauthorized service to my car. My car has several lights on now and has stalled out twice since my battery replacement and I had to have another shop tighten the battery. Josh is rude and does not take accountability for his techs. All I wanted was for him to have someone local to me look at my car and tell me it's safe. Instead I was told if I keep tying up his business lines asking for assistance he would call the police against me for harassment.

Harry saved the day. First time unlocking a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. 10 minutes opened and on the road again. AWESOME JOB. Super kind and considerate too. The world needs more Harry’s.

Do not use their towing service. They take pictures when the car is picked up and then only take pictures of parts of the car they didn’t damage when dropped off. Then they play dumb. Integrity is not in their vocabulary… Edit.. you don’t have record of a Crill Borsby, you are correct. But I only have stated facts. You still could do the right thing… Edit edit… you might as well drop it, you’re not going to win Edit edit edit… if you found out who I was I fear you would physically damage my property or even myself. I’d like to sit safe behind my keyboard. But my statement above is truthful. During transportation of a vehicle it was damaged and your driver hid the damages. Facts

I could not say worse things about this tow company. I tried being nice but they will not take accountability for my bumper that mysteriously disappeared during the tow from my mechanic shop to my dealership. They showed no kind of empathy and I basically had to beg for any kind of help in repairing the bumper. The ended up offering to only put it on for free. But what good does that do me? The number was still going to cost $375. The bumper was on when they picked it up and half of it was missing when dropped off.

I had to use my roadside accents for 2 of my trucks on different days and got denied both times from the garage shop. I'm going to see it personally that no one has to put up with this trash or lack of customer service.

Jason who picked up my car when I was in trouble was really amazing! Fast and great personally who made our experience so much less stressful! Thank you!

I was very pleased by a friend’s recommendation to have my vehicle fixed here. They not only were able to tow my vehicle the same day I called, but also completed the work in short order, and were very affordable.

I hit a shopping cart on the highway at a fast speed, the freak accident had deployed the airbags in my vehicle meaning I needed a tow truck. These guys came to my rescue. From the tow truck driver to the gentle who answered all my call and the lady who guided me too my vehicle to remove all my belongings thank you for your kindness. Grateful for insurance, no human and kindness of strangers. I will miss tha car and remember all the miles we put on. I didn't realize how attached to a vehicle a person can get. Thank you Depot for your kindness.

They charge Dubble of what other towing companies in the area would not recommend I had no choice the sheriff's department called them I'm also comparing the coast to a recent tow on a holiday after hrs tow that was less than half the coast

Had them tow my 1999 Jeep Grand cherokee once. Magically, my brake booster was leaking after picking it up from having the exhaust welded back on. Now the brake pedal hissing loudly, and they just claim it was like that when they got it. Watch out, they don't like being accountable for damage they cause and will blame you or say, "It came in like that. " :) Especially the guy who fixed my crankshaft position sensor one weekend on my saab and they said it was "taking longer than expected" because of a "hose they were trying to fix" then my brake booster on that car didn't work anymore after I got it back and they again "claimed it came in like that" what a joke. These people are crooked and shady and won't take ownership of their mistakes. Keep your exotic cars away from them! Take your car to a more honest mechanic please like Oscar's or something. Save yourself the headache, please.

I had to pull off the road after a loud strange noise in my car. Called and Mike said he could come out pretty quickly as we were out of town. It ended up being a minor problem and we called him back last minute before he arrived to cancel. He didn't charge us for the inconvenience and even called back an hour later to check up on us one more time. So much appreciated . Highly recommend!

Used depo through AAA for a flat tire. Guy was rude right from the start. Right when he got out truck he said if you don't have the tools to get it down I can't do it. Before he even tried said if tire doesn't come down I can't do it. Tire came down but was stuck rusted. Asked if tire would go back up he said no but didn't even try. He left it just like that. Weird because it went right back up when I did it. Horrible experience. Worst attitude I have ever experienced with a tow truck driver. Believe the 1 star reviews. Will also be calling AAA to let them know. Stay away!!!!

Called AAA to change a flat on my truck and got Depot towing as the responder. Turns out the spare tire system was all rusted and seized up and it was looking like it was gonna have to get towed. The driver/tech never gave up. After 30-40 minutes and incredible effort on his part he got the tire free. My spare was caked in rust and he was very diligent in getting what could conventionally be removed. Safety checked my spare, filled it with air and got it on my truck. I rarely give positive reviews as I rarely run into situations where people go above and beyond. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the drivers/techs name but fantastic job!!! Thank you so much

Mike went above and beyond to fix my tire in the short time frame I had until I had to leave town! He worked late into the evening to make sure my tire was fixed. He communicated with me every step of the way. Thank you Mike and thank you Depot for coming through for me! 5+ stars!!

Mike is incredibly friendly and takes pride in his work. He took his time when loading my Corvette on to a flat bed to make sure to use the right tow points, use mini ramps to ensure the front bumper cleared, and even helped me jump start it to roll up the windows.

Communication was awful, and they don't do loaners. I had a transmission replaced here and was told up front that they did not do loaner cars. They were able to get me in sooner than a dealership but had I known the repairs would take 9 business days to do I would not have come here. The price of renting a car alone would have swayed me to a dealership. The roughest part was the phone calls. The transmission came in on a friday and I had asked if there was a eta, thinking it would take a week as I have a compact car, Nissan versa 2014. They were hoping early in the week as in two or three business days. Come Tuesday I start calling at 3pm to check and everyday they are hoping the next day. Had they called me on any of the days that would have gotten them a better review, but it never happened. When I called on Friday at 4, I was told the shop closed at 4, so I check their online hours which quote it was open til 5:30. This is America, you can close your shop as you wish but communicate with your customers. Come Monday of the following week I call at 3 and they say we just need to test drive it, come on in and pick it up. When I arrive at 4:50 I am told to pick it up on the morning as they did not get to test drive it the shop got busy. Once again that is life and it happens but with no communication I now have to change my plans and get a ride. I can't bring myself to take vehicles here again or recommend them.

Can I give negative stars? TERRIBLE company, the worst I've ever dealt with. After picking up the keys for my tow, they said they were going to come back for it and it would be delivered to me no later than the next morning which I was ok with. I had another ride so I wasn't going with the tow. When I called back to get an updated ETA, I was told maybe a week or two and then I was told they didn't have enough staff to do my tow at all. They knew at this point that I was already out of town and had no way to get back (I don't live in the area). They flat out told me to go get the car myself but they had the keys and I had no way of getting back. Completely unsympathetic and rude to boot. They even tried to tell me that they're the only company in the area AAA works with, which AAA confirmed was a flat out lie. Everything they said was a lie. Buyer be ware, go anywhere else if you can, do not waste your time, they tried to steal my car!

Did not need to use their services, however a huge thank you and kudos to the owner for answering my call so late in the night and staying on stand-by for me while I figured out my vehicle problems on the side of the freeway! Very kind customer service and pricing seemed reasonable for the quote he gave me. Seems like a very honest, caring company! Give them a call!

I called Depot on a Saturday morning after waiting almost 2 hours for AAA who never showed up. Depot came in the time frame they told me. Alex even diagnosed the problem knowing I was having the dealership do the repairs. He is knowledgeable, was very careful with my vehicle, and a good conversationalist. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Called at 0730 am for a tow to a dealer to have my car repaired. Was given a 2 hour window for arrival (0930). After multiple calls, the tow did not arrive till 1pm. At 330pm, I called because my car had not arrived at the dealer. Called Depot, and again got sarcasm and attitude that the car will get to the destination today. Absolutely the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. The lack of service, professionalism and integrity of this business can not be understated. Would highly recommend using any other service but this one.

When I got home from picking up my car from being towed over the weekend, I found that there was damage to my front bumper. They asked me to bring my car in to determine whether or not they are at fault for the damage. I literally just bought this car two weeks ago and the damage wasn’t there prior to getting it towed. Super disappointed that this happened on top of everything else. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance company

These folks are great. Up and above customer service- my daughters car broke down on the way from Michigan to Illinois. Tow driver was great -very careful to be sure they were safe. Depot stayed late on Friday and came in on day off Saturday to get them back on road. Very grateful Dad -super people. Highly recommended

Got a flat tire on a Saturday after hours and they were able to patch it for us. Came back Monday with the same tire flat and they did another small repair free of charge. Excellent customer service. Told us what was wrong with the tire and gave some general advice. Would highly recommend for any tire service you need!

I called Depot in the early morning hours and call was answered promptly, information was exchanged pertaining to call. The driver Alex called me immediately when he was dispatched to take the call and verified information he received from dispatch. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of an approximate arrival time which was extremely accurate. He was very knowledgeable and confident not only on the phone but while physically on the call interacting with the caller/customer giving the feeling of comfort and trust. He was very personal and made you feel like you were old friends catching up. Highly recommend and would call again, thanks Alex!!!!!

I've taken both our cars there for several years and it's always been great. They are happy to explain options and make suggestions that are appropriate for the value of the car and the situation. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable too. And I feel like the prices are always fair.
