Terrible business man. Do not do business with him. He is a scammer who puts band-aids on cars to sale them. Engine light, misfiring and my car is shaking it will not pass an inspection. He put a new catalytic converter on it to cover up the oil leak. It had less than a quart of oil in it when I took it to the shop. And he refused to make it right I only had the car 22 days. That’s why he not registered with the BBB. Because he is a scammer!!!!
My dad just bought a car from him. Maybe he is a better mechanic than salesman but he had no key to the gas cap, must have known it because the car was past empty on fuel. Gave my dad the wrong keys for the gas cap. When my dad went back to get the right keys he had none and had to break the gas cap off. Then wouldn't even buy a new one. Drilled a screw in it and put it back on the car. Also added a $300 fee to the price of the car without saying anything as to what it was for and after negotiating price. Would not recommend!
My experience with Lee J Parra has been terrible within the first week my alternator went out. I called him numerous times to see if he would fix it? And he will not bother calling me back to make things right the VSA light is on! He's a rude old man!!!!
Lee has worked on my daughter's truck for the last 5 1/2 years and has always been very efficient on his work and estimates for what needed to be done. When he said the truck would be done it was done sometimes sooner. My daughter will only have Lee work on her truck when sometime goes on her truck.
I enjoy doing business with Lee he is very understanding with working with me as being a single mother and only having one income. He is doesn't go over his estimates when he quotes one price that it is what it is or sometimes cheaper. He is the only one that I have had work on my truck since I have bought it except one time he was full at the time when I need something done on my truck.
I had to have my engine mount replaced, and Lee helped me find an affordable part online. While waiting a few days for the part to arrive, Lee loaned me a car to use until my car was finished. I have had my current vehicle since 2009 and this is the only shop my family will go to. Trustworthy people who do great work and stand behind it.
Bought a car from him and the muffler fell off the next day. Looked under to replace it and it was welded in a horrible spot. Called to ask about it and he cursed at me and was extremely rude. Do not buy from here
Horrible business. answers the phone questioning who is calling him asking for proof and is super rude. cursed at me without even saying more then 2 words. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS. TRIED TO WARN YOU ABOUT WRITING A REVIEW BUT YOU CURSED AT ME AND HUNG UP
