My 5 stars is going to a 1. Twice in 2 months they've dropped the ball. You would think after they destroyed my rear window a few years ago I would have stopped using them. They replaced it & I continued going to Bretts. A few weeks ago I called Austin & asked about getting an automatic lift gate to my suv. He said he'd do some checking & get back to me. I never heard from him. Today I had a 7:30 appt for a tire repair & oil change. I arranged my schedule accordingly. I got there at 7:28 & they were closed. I waited a few minutes & then called. I was told Austin was out on a tow & would be back shortly. Now it's 7:45 & I know it's going to be a minimum of 20-25 minutes before they get started. I am leaving tomorrow morning to go out of town. I called Firestone (down the rd) they got me in immediately. As business owner myself I take reviews very seriously & do not leave a review good or bad without reason. I have not gotten the same service here since Austin took over. Firestone saved the day! Love these guys. Great service & great pricing.

I filled my tires at Kwik Trip, but the last one ended up going flat. I called Brett's Towing. Another customer said HER tire went flat, too. Nick pulled up, but stayed to ensure the new tube would suffice. He got my rear tire fully inflated. AND checked all the remaining 3. ALL had to be done again (he said probably due to a defective compressor). I was SO grateful that he caught it. AND, my back hurts from moving my sister, so he finished all. I asked if I should report the issue to Kwik Trip, but he gratefully said he would? Nice, because he knows all the mechanics, unlike me! Thank you Brett's, AND appreciate your staff Nick!

Had a new battery put in my car. Pretty expensive battery. This is a second car and didn't drive it much. Took it to Green Bay and the hood apparently was not fully closed after the battery was installed. Faint rattle. Opened hood and a small piece of the hood attachment fell out. Just glad the hood didn't fly open on the highway

I had a rough time with one of my vehicles for a period of several weeks, but Bret’s took care of me. It was a frustrating back-and-forth with a difficult issue to diagnose, delayed parts, etc. Austin and his team spent many hours on my car but did not nickel and dime me; I was only charged for initial parts and labor. They even changed my oil, rotated tires, and let me use a loaner car due to how much of a hassle the process was. I very much appreciated their patience, help, and awesome customer service. This is a great business with very knowledgeable, competent, and friendly staff!

Asked to have two brake lights replaced and given an estimate of 130.00 Went to Walmart and it’s 7.50 to replace each bulb plus the cost of the bulb paid 22 dollars I used to go to Bret for repairs but now it seems they’re in the business of ripping people off! They won’t be getting my business anymore

I was camping in the area and getting ready to head home (which is 2 hours away). My van started acting up. Autozone recommended Bret's. They got my van in right away and had the problem solved in a few hours. I am so thankful. They were very friendly and they even let me bring my 2 pet cockatiels in the waiting area. Thank you to everyone at bret's for helping me out.

Me and my family had some cars towed and Jacob was amazing! He's such a friendly guy and did a great job. He made the entire process super easy and was really nice. I recommend this place if you want some quick towing and with some amazing workers! 5/5

Had my truck towed here for new break lines. The truck had a check engine light but otherwise was perfect aside from a few slightly warn suspension parts (normal for a 17 year old truck). They didn't have the keys to the truck because they beat my wife to the vehicle and we're gone fast. They towed my vehicle without keys or battery. When they called with a diagnostic of my truck they told me I needed breaks and lines which I knew I needed. But then they tried to pass something off on me. They claimed the entire power steering system was shot and leaking. I distinctly remember not having any leaks anywhere on this truck before it was towed and afterwards it sprays liquid and drips from a couple spots pretty fast. They said it was $2000+ to fix something they broke while towing without my key. I've called 4 times and left messages with office people "who can't help more than a note for the manager". They are ducking my calls and won't call me back. They 100% destroyed my truck and will not even pick up the phone to talk about what we can do to make this right. I need this truck for work and now I have zero power steering. It worked fine for 2 years with zero leaks and the day I pick it up from them it doesn't work at all. 1/10 don't go here until they treat customers better. They lost my business the moment they dodged my calls. They know they damaged my truck and are avoiding even talking to me. I heard they were under new management but it seems dishonest from my first experience with them.

The team is amazing just had to have work done on my truck and Austin P. And the other staff got it done. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Keep up the great work be safe out on the road. Andrea T.

I did lock out myself that my puurse, pnone, car key were inside my car. I had help help from people who called Bret;s Towing & auto Repair service. They did responded right way , and they are very friendly and very proffeional manner to handled business. I will be happy to refer to their service to anyone and they do a great service. Thank you

I had a great experience with Brett's Towing. They were quick to respond, professional, and got my car to the repair shop without any issues. Chris was friendly and knew his what he was doing.

Very fast to respond to tow our car after hitting a deer BUT horrible service for allowing us to get everything from the car we wanted. Did not allow us to take items that were our property or were going to gouge us $500 to tow the car elsewhere. Horrible integrity and management. Taking advantage of people after an accident is disgusting. I will never use this biz again and highly recommend that you get details before you have them tow for you because odds are, you will lose all rights to your property the second they lay hands on it. I’m disgusted and feel completely ripped off.

I ran into the the ditch durring the snow storm and whiteout conditions. I scheduled a tow but later canceled therefore never used their services. My buddy was able to pull me out before they came out. They were extremely busy and quite a delay before they could get to me. They were very pleasant on the phone and from that experience alone I would call them if I needed them in the future.

I think with an older vehicle, they were not certain what condition the car would be in. The owner saw that something was overlooked, so he took care of that and took some money off my bill. The car still runs great like always and they got it done quickly. The owner was very polite, understanding and definitely made sure that were were satisfied with the work and outcome.

Bret's towing has been a Sheboygan staple in our community. Most recently I had my car towed from the south side Walmart. The driver was very considerate of my car, needs and wants of what shop to bring it to. Hats off to all the employees and owners. A job well done!

They did a great job at replacing my transmission cooling fans and were great about answering my questions. They ordered the parts and fixed the car in just a day. I just moved out here and I will most likely be making them my mechanic while I am here and driving this car. I'm very impressed!

Driving up from Chicago to green bay we got a flat on my trailer - happen to find this place, very nice friendly people 630 for us within 10 minutes - thank you !

This place saved my weekend! We broke down on Friday morning on the side of the freeway. I called for a tow, which arrived within a half hour, and only cost about 150$ to bring it from the freeway north of Sheboygan back to their shop. They looked at it and quickly found the problem, which was a broken front axle. They were also able to find a rear caliper stuck, and to fix everything, including the tow was under $800. Not only was this about half of what the dealership quoted, but they were also able to fix it by the end of the day! And on a Friday! They saved our weekend plans of going to Wisconsin Dells and I could not thank them more! THANK YOU BRET’S AUTO! I will definitely be back for all my future repairs needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I'm fairly new to town, was lucky enough to find them when I needed help. Kelly was so nice thru all of it, she really knows her stuff. They were very understanding and went out of their way because of my disability. Very affordable too. Highly recommend.

I’m very grateful for the quick and helpful response. My tire went completely flat in the country side of Sheboygan Falls while it was raining and snowing. The farmer told me the tow company may have a hard time finding them, because GPS doesn’t work out there most of the time. Within 20min Bret’s towing was there! The driver was professional and kind. He loaded my car with ease. The price for my tow was reasonable.

My car stalled and shut itself down on hwy 43 at 3am on a Monday morning. I made the call to brets since I've seen their trucks all over town. A nice lady took my call , asked where I was and got ahold of one of her guys , Nick . Nick said he'd be there in 20 minutes, he was there in 10. The tow was 10 miles total back to my house for a very reasonable 150$ plus tax. I even got a lift back with him. Great service, professional and prompt. What more can you ask for , especially at 330 am. Had a nice chat with him on the way to my place about our common interests in motorcycles. I absolutely recommend their services.

Called on a beautiful, 80 degree Sunday afternoon in July for a tow after AAA Motor Club failed to provide the service they’re paid for in a timely manner (the second and last time they’ve done that to me). Bret’s truck showed up within 30 minutes of our calling them (I wish I had called them 1st). The driver was personable with a great attitude even though he had to navigate a very busy Kwik Trip parking lot with a large, flat bed truck. The car was brought to their shop where they fixed the very minor problem right away on Monday morning, calling me as soon as the repair was completed and the price was perfectly reasonable. Good service does still exist in the world! Call this company with confidence.

They replaced my front wheel bearing on my truck. Excellent work. Reasonable price. Friendly. Quick. Very impressed! UPDATE: Same wheel bearing went out again. I thought it was a different one They were extremely honest, and let me know it was the same one. Didn't charge me for the repair. (They covered it under warranty). Extremely wonderful people and very trustworthy!
