I was here for 07.00 appointment. Overnight parking ok, and a good gentleman knocked my door by 0545 and put me in a door. There been a truck a head of me, I was empty by 0754. Kyle receiving is a Superman. Kudos my good people. I won't mind delivering here again. Drivers forget about the negative reviews. Even after getting empty, I was able to finish my break in their yard.
Worst place ever!!! Got here at 8 a.m. it’s now 11:30 and they’re still not even halfway done with my trailer!!! Will never come here again, and I recommend no one else does either
Awesome place to make quick unloading..Absolutely great team work .. got in 7:30 out 8 am.. even apt was at 8 am.. no waste of time.. good job and keep up good work.

Didn't see any handicap parking. This place handles electronic recycling. If it's a old tv you will have to pay extra. Took my pc laptop for free. Receptionist at desk was friendly. Closes at 330pm.
Arrived @7:45 for 8am appointment checked in guy was very rude told me I needed a Pur# Broker says he has been sending loads here for over 2yrs never needing any #. Get into dock @9:30 12:30 still in dock they have not even begun unloading me. This is causing me to be late for my next shipper. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!
Good luck getting unloaded in less than 2 hours. Average time is 3-5 hours and that's if you're the only truck in the dock. One of the worse places I've ever delivered to.
Super freindly and accommodating. I missed my appointment by 4 hours and they worked me in to get me unloaded. Shout out to Laura for rescheduling me and a shout out to all the friendly employees that unloaded me super fast. I would gladly deliver here again!❤🚛💨😎👍
This recycling company is very professional in their approach to servicing the community, and is a great work environment for the associates that work there... Easy drop off, and reasonable ewaste disposal prices... Located on Beoit Ave in Janesville, WI two blocks north of HWY 11 with the 39/90 HWY Located less than 3 miles away...
Got help from two really nice staff during this COVID-19 situation. I was so afraid no one would bother to help but I was wrong. Everything was solved very fast. Thank you Jim and Gary so so much!!!!
I waited here to get unloaded for 6 hours. They let everyone go in front of me and I asked why he never gave a reason. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. i am a local truck driver. I have never experienced anyone this outrageously rude to their cumstomers. Highly recommend that dispatch never send any drivers here. The warehouse is extremely unorganized and when you go inside to look for a worker you have to hunt them down. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
Dispatchers, don't send your drivers here. Drivers, don't let your dispatch send you here. Unorganized, rude, unprofessional...and SLOW. Dockman was alright, and obviously put in this mess against his will.
Don't buy from them on eBay. I won an eBay auction on a HP Elitebook laptop and they cancelled it, stating it was "oversold". They listed the reason for cancelling fraudulently as "buyer requested cancellation". They do not sell their laptops with batteries or power adapters and I had already purchased both of these items from other sellers.
No offer to cover the cost of the battery or power adapter. I filed a complaint with eBay which stated it would reduce their seller rating as they do not take kindly to sellers posting items they do not have in stock.
Dropped off a TV to be recycled. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and made the process easy. AND, it only cost $10, much less than other options. I would highly recommend these folks.
