I could not say enough good things about penny. I was in an accident with my 2 young children in the car 2 hours away from home heading to my great grandmothers funeral. State patrol called to get us towed out of the ditch on the interstate. Obviously being scared after getting hit by a semi truck, penny and (I don’t know his name) made sure that the kids and I safely got out of that situation. With my car being totaled penny found us a safe place to keep warm while we waited for family to come get us. Weeks after the accident penny had reached out and asked if I had made it to the funeral safely and that everyone was good. ( that made me tear up that she even remembered that we were heading there) Penny gave me lots of words of encouragement while dealing with insurance and was so understanding of everything. I am truly blessed that she was the angel that helped save me and my kids from that bad situation.
I had got into an accident and the officer highly recommended "Savior Towing and Auto Salvage in Janesville". I figured if an Officer recommended them they would have to be good.
When the tow truck arrived the driver got out and introduced himself. His name was Brody. Brody saw that I was upset and said everything is going to be "ok, I got you". He even opened the truck door for me to get in. What a gentleman.
He got my car loaded so quick and where the accident was, it was in a heavy traffic lane. He manipulated that truck so quick and easily we were out of the jam in a second.
On the way to his business he told me that his family is there and their "huggers". I chuckled. When I walked in it was true, I was hugged. These people couldn't have made me feel more relieved because I knew I was in good hands. He mentioned that him and his wife knew each other in 8th grade and have been together since then and married.
Just when I thought the people couldn't make me feel any better, it got better. Brody got on the phone with my insurance company and Melissa started taking pictures of my car to send to them. They took the bull by the horns. I couldn't help but laugh when he was talking with the insurance company he corrected them when they tried to charge me one to many deductibles. The next day Brody towed my car to the body shop and they even mentioned to me how nice and professional they were.
They took care of every thing that needed to be done INCLUDING Melissa driving me back to Lake Geneva.
This is family owned business and all of them are truly special people and definitely a blessing to me. Thanks everyone for making a bad so much better.
Could not recommend a better company. They picked up our call right away on New Year’s Eve when our engine started smoking on the side of the highway. We were on our way for an over-night trip with our puppy and they picked the 3 of us up in record time and made us comfortable while we waited for a part to get put on our truck. They really turned around our day, we could not be more grateful!
After I had a horrible accident, they were contacted to tow my car. They reached out to me to let me know that I could come and get my belongings out of the vehicle. I asked them if someone would be available to help lift some of the heavier items because i was injured and they quickly agreed. When I was running late, they stayed until I arrived. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and respectful of my property. I had forgotten to grab my license plates and called them the next day. They went out and removed them and had them waiting for me when I arrived. It was an extremely pleasant experience in the middle of an incredibly difficult time for me. I appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you again guys!

Savior Towing was called to tow my mother in laws car by Orfordville PD. At first my mother in law and I had wonderful interaction with the owner during our stressful time. However because my husband left a bad review over what he read to be unfair and illegal charges and refused to remove it, the relationship quickly soured. We were contacted several times about it.Luckily we had recovered the vehicle beforehand. Although while we were picking up the car we were asked again if the review taken down and when we said no the son demand we be charged:full price, no breaks!" To date, one of the owners even called my mother in law after 9pm to yell and cuss about my husband. We have now needed to contact the police.
It was a bit difficult to locate the correct blue building. Once I did locate it, the employees were very helpful in locating the parts that I needed with the vehicle they were parting out. He went above and beyond today and I thank both employees that I dealt with. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely go there again for parts that I may need.

I can’t thank Savior Towing enough for helping us in multiple ways when we had a tire blowout that ended in a medical emergency last week. Chad went above and beyond with his kindness, professionalism and follow through. With his help, my husband was able to get our car where it needed to be while also helping my husband find a way to make it to the ER to be with me. What could have been a disaster was made manageable. When we called to thank them, they were so kind and concerned. Thank you!
The cold took a shot at the battery in my wife's car while we were in a parking lot. I called Savior Towing since they gave me great service in the past. Brody came out and got us going again. Five minutes of standing out of the garage and the car refused to fire. As I mentioned earlier, Chad and his crew has provided towing service for us in the past and will in the future.
Had two separate issues with each of my vehicles this week.
1. Coming around the roundabout, hit some ice and blew a tire & cracked rim. They were busy on the highway with several calls but took the time to recommended another company close by that was able to get my vehicle safely towed off the roadway within 20 mins of my call.
2. (Wisconsin weather is bipolar) my locks froze and I called for them to break and enter since my key wasn’t working. 10 mins later they had me back to being mechanically aligned with driving needs.

this place deserves no stars. I was left in a ditch for almost 2 hours yesterday. they pulled up and said they couldn’t help me cause they were in a different county. mind you we are in the middle of nowhere out here… and when all I needed was help they basically refused. I had another tow company came out 5 minutes after they did from roadside assistance and the drivers for Savior towing got into an altercation with the other guy, fighting over who was going to pull me out of the ditch, and almost hit the other guy(roadside) with there huge truck. the cop had to break up the fight and then Savior towing sped off and screeched their tires and scared the hell out of me. i was alone, afraid, and it was after 10pm. they prevented me from getting home sooner and caused more trauma than I had already.
-10/10 for these guys. completely unprofessional and only worried about if they were getting paid. this happened outside of albany wisconsin on 104. still shocked and in disbelief they caused this to be worse than it already was.
I highly recommend Savior Towing services. You won't be disappointed, very respectful and quick service. My mom who has Alzheimers accidentally locked the door getting out and I didn't know it. I went to get into my car to go park after dropping her off by the doors, and it was locked and running. Savior came right away and the guy was so nice. Thank you Savior Towing, your the best.
Very little professionalism, I was given the rate for my car to be towed when I had brought it to the shop. When confronted the response was “I don’t recall”. So they shorted my my money and when prompted to get my tires back they took 3 months and no response or call.
I just had a great towing experience with Savior Towing and Auto Salvage. Our car died in the Woodman’s parking lot so we called them and Brody met me there right on time and towed our vehicle to the dealer nearby. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get it done! I highly recommend Savior Towing!

I was involved in a hit-and-run accident yesterday and Brody showed up and took great care of not only my vehicle, but myself and my family. The folks at Savior Towing, well what can I say, They really live up to the name! The tow companies contacted by my insurance kind of left me high n dry. Savior was contacted by the State Troopers, and they were out to my location fast. If I ever need tow services again, I wont be dealing with my insurance, I'll just be calling Savior straight off. Thank you all, You helped lift my spirits after a real crap night, and it really makes a difference!
Brody did a great job of getting our boat and trailer on his flatbed, not an easy job! He was very polite and professional and I realty appreciated him taking care to not damage anything. While I hope to never see him again, if I ever need towing in the area, I'm calling Savior!
They held my car after it was totalled and let me get everything out before it was truly gone. It was a little over $400 I think to get it towed from across town, held over the weekend and picked up on monday.
My sons car was struck and totalled New Years Eve 2021-2022. Savior was so responsive and kind. They even met us at their lot to let us get all my sons belongs out of the car at almost 1 am. This is a wonderful family owned company with empathy seldom seen today. Please support them when you can.
I've never encountered a business with a more perfect name. Savior Towing was my first result when I Googled for a tow truck-- after I calmed down after sliding all over the road and coming to rest in a ditch for the first time in my life. My personal savior arrived quickly and was friendly, patient, and professional despite the freezing weather and his phone ringing constantly. I'd call them in a heartbeat if I ever need help again.
