I guess you can’t come in to check a rim out that they don’t even know is cracked or not and want payment over the phone smells like a scam especially when it’s a 425$ rim not just a cheap rim crazy lost me as a costumer

I've been doing business with them for over 10 years, I personally made a huge mistake and gave someone else's transmission back as a core, I went through three days of begging and asking not everyone was very nice, like you can expect with any group of people , but in the end Nathan Logan sales rep, and the amazing driver Darrell got it back to me, Darrell was so kind and understanding, I can't thank them.enough. Just goes to show that there are still good people every where even lkq and those that were are amazing, thank you again guys for fixing my big mistake and it wasn't even there mistake, I'll be back and tell everyone that if you get a bad rep.just call back and talk to someone else, thank you again and again!

I had a great experience. I'd been on the hunt for a rear seat for my Forester. Most places I reached out to never even got back to me. Rick at LKQ was great to deal with. He was prompt and friendly. I was able to pay for the part over the phone and it was ready in a couple of days. Picking it up at the shop was quick and painless.

I just tried to buy a frame but was told flat out, that no, he couldn't help me because it takes a semi trailer to haul one, and that he couldn't even move them between stores. Lame. Maybe we'll move the rest of our sales elsewhere too.

Very friendly and helpful bunch here! Alicia was amazing to work with and made the whole experience very seamless. Would come back just for her customer service alone, but also prices are unbeatable and they offer full warranties on any item so you can feel confident in what you’re buying from them. LKQ has been one of my favorite places to buy used OEM parts from for quite a while, but I think this location just might be my favorite!

Would never do business here. Seen multiple cars run the red light right in front of traffic. Had one crappy black truck run the light and go to McDonald's and when I said something to him he just flipped me off. If they can't abide by the laws what makes me think they will abide by the rules? No thank you.

It's a salvage yard, but you don't go pull your own parts. They don't keep all parts. But let me tell you what, I needed an alternator. A refurbished one was going to cost me almost $600. I got one here for like $85. And the guy at the counter was decent.

I manage an Automotive Repair shop and we use LKQ all the time for engine, transmission and hard to find parts. Our sales rep is Alicia and she is the best rep i have worked with, always answers her phone, if not she calls back with in 5 minutes. She is super knowledge and friendly. Anything we buy we always make sure to buy the 12 month, warranty since we understand anything can happen with a used part. We had an engine fail and she took care of everything, got us another engine and paid for the install labor also. We highly recommend LKQ and if you can get a hold of Alicia please do and you will not be disappointed.

These people DO NOT like to answer the phone. Friday May 24th 2024 I called at 4:50 PM I was hung up on 8 fricking times. Why, well let's see...It's Friday, it's a holiday weekend, oh right, instead of doing their job UNTIL 5PM they hang up on you multiple times. Don't waste your time or money people.

It says 8am-5pm but they stop attending clients at 4pm…… they say they are closing but there is still an hour left …? Not professional. And front desk also not professional…. And prices are high! Cheaper to get parts at auto zone or any where else with longer warranty on them.. would not recommend going here.

Attention truckers!!! delivering Auto Parts LKQ backup to any doc from 10 to 23 then walk inside the door next to dock 10 and go straight back and there's a window on the left hand side that is where you check in. I hope this helps somebody

A great place to find parts for your car. I called ahead and order the part and it was waiting for me. They are remodeling the building, so you have to look for the customers entrance sign. Small parking lot, because of the remodeling. Customers service was great. The part came fast, and they called me right away.

Waited hold for nearly 30 minutes with no answer. Called back and got an operator who sent us to someone's voice-mail! Can't give a good rating when you can't even get anyone on the line.

Called about a radio for my car that bf had just called about and the guy was beyond rude. No customer service at all. Didn't put the right year in and then kept screaming that the number had to start with f or b. All attitude. I have worked with plenty or farmers and mechanics and this was not just shop attitude. I'd rather drive in silence the rest of my life then give that guy any money.

Hard to get parts and hard to get service the place used to be running a lot better they will always be my last choice for auto parts last time I went I got a steering box that was so Rusty I didn't even want to use it

Had the greatest customer service today from a very helpful and patient gentleman! Best part is that the part is being delivered to me the next day! Sure I waited on hold for 20 minutes but it saved me hundreds of dollars. good service means customers are coming back so I don't mind the wait, when it was my turn it certainly paid off! You well definitely retain my business. Thank you

Even if they don’t tell you that there is a core charge assume there is. Drove all the way here to be hit with a $25 core charge and the guy even said “ oh yea did I mention the core on the phone?” Conveniently not enough to be worth the gas to come all the way back down.

I'm located an hour away, so I called to verify that they had the part I needed before heading out. After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes (not exaggerating), I get transfered to voicemail. I just hung up and bought the part elsewhere on eBay. This place won't get a penny of the thousands of dollars a year I spend on auto parts.

I run a small independent shop in Chicago, we have used this place several times over the years with good results until recently. I bought a rebuilt engine and a rebuilt transmission both of which were terrible quality. The company has yet to reimburse us the labor claims though the paperwork and approval were done on the day of swapping out defects for new. This company owes me over a thousand dollars which I seriously believe I will never see at this point. Expensive prices and poor quality, that's what they stand for. Do yourself a favor buy from somewhere else.

Unbelievably rude. I had made a simple call asking for a few body panels, and was greeted by a very irritated employee to no fault of my own. I felt completely uncomfortable with retaining a conversation over the phone due to this man's attitude. Most definitely will not be returning to them with my business after this fiasco. This was also after being stuck on hold for over 5 minutes. Unbelievable.

I bought something on ebay and opted out for the shipping, decided to get it myself and save the $100+ shipping fee ( yikes ). I honestly did not know what to expect due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they had. So i took the 2 hour trip and when i arrived was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk employee. He greeted us and let us know where to go. When I got to the receiving building i was once again greeted by an employee washing auto parts. It took them 20 minutes or so to bring out my order and release it to me. The guy even helped me load it up and when i was just about to drive away one guy chased us down and gave me my I.D that had fallen out. Great experience, great staff. Thanks for everything guys!
