If you are heading to the dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Keoni. Buying a car can usually feel like a high-pressure situation, but Keoni completely flipped the script. He was incredibly polite, professional, and respectful of my time and budget from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was his honesty. You don't always find that in this industry, but he was transparent about every detail and was clearly willing to work with me to ensure I got the best deal possible. He didn't just try to sell me a car; he made sure I was comfortable with the investment. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a stress-free, fair, and honest car-buying experience!

If I could give them a "0" I would. Whenever I take my truck in it's 2 weeks and they don't call you with an update! Very irritating! Dpf issues still not fixed and had it in like 5 or 6 times still can't figure it out..still regens every 50 to 100 miles

Bill and the service department at 5 Corners was great to work with. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee which is smarter then me. They were great at setting up & figure out the electronics.

Never followed up with warranty paperwork. I spent 2700 on a warranty for these guys to not follow thru. Was denied a claim on my jeep I purchase from these guys as they could not verify which warranty (warrantech) it was. I followed up multiple times and the BBB is next. I need a complete refund -email me a refund i have been waiting and that is all I need, a refund or partial refund invoice. Good day

I just had a great new car purchase experience working with Spike and the staff at 5 Corners RAM. This is the easiest auto transaction I have ever done. No pressure and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very disappointed in their service division. I’ve had them replace my engine in my truck which isn’t cheap. WhenI had no heat on my driver side they said it was my heating core. I believed them, they said they fixed the problem but they didn’t. I had to get the warranty the next winter of 2024. Now no heat for the third time and when I went in to bring this to their attention, the person at the counter said “at least it made it year “ . I couldn’t believe that ,because I’m trusting them to fix the problem not the one year fix. Will never recommend them I believe If you treat me right I’ll treat you right. Would have bought my next truck from them but after this it seams like they don’t care about young customers that could have made them money.

I found a truck online and Jim Haas was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everyone at 5 corners was extremely friendly and helpful. No one was pushy and are very open to help you. Couldn’t thank Everyone there enough.

I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. Derek from service was polite & kept me in the loop about the progress. My service tech Nick was outstanding, efficient & knowledgeable. I'll be going back!

I purchased my used truck from 5 Corners almost a year ago and had an amazing experience. I am a young single female which this was my first vehicle buying myself. I was very cautious looking at dealerships in fear they would try to take advantage of me. I had poor experiences at other dealerships looking but at 5 Corners they were nothing but amazing. I ended up having a headlight wording issue they I used another dealership closer to me and had such an awful experience when my headlight was flickering recently I spent the hour drive back to 5Corners and they were so easy to deal with. I won’t use another dealership anymore and will happily make the drive when ever I need something!

Great service department. Very helpful and communication is outstanding. Technicians are very good at solving difficult issues. Been a customer for 15 years because of their incredible service.

I always have a great experience with the service department at 5 Corners. I appreciate their honesty and even more so that when they make recommendations they aren’t pushy! The evening and Saturday hours are also so helpful. Even more so, they are always so friendly, even when they’re swamped!

Bought a Grand wagoneer which is very very nice, brought it in for service for the first time oil change and a few items that needed to be addressed that were taken care of. Fabulous service department, Derek my service advisor spot on guy seems to know The details of my vehicle. I want to say the entire staff seems to be pretty knowledgeable and very customer orientated All the way to the cashiers. I like the idea they don't charge a credit card fee. I think that is the biggest turnoff to ask a customer to pay those fees. Hats off to five corners Dodge Jeep. Pretty impressed for a small town dealership. Keep up the good work!

It was busy when we got to service but was helped after a small wait. We waited for our car to be serviced. Didn’t have to wait very long. Service personnel were very polite and explained every thing they did. Get service to work with. 10 out of 10.

Gentleman in service was fine but my vehicles warranty work was not repaired properly and I have to go back. They also said on the phone the work would take approximately 2 hours. When I dropped off the vehicle they said 2.5 hours. It actually took over 7 hours(although he did discount the bill). I need a loaner for repair from the first repair so we’ll see how that goes…

Bill was right at the door ready to assist us when we walked in. He listened as we explained why we were looking for a new vehicle and exactly what we were looking for. He showed us at least 3 models and explained the features on each. He was not pushy in the least. We chose the vehicle that was inside. I had an amazing experience with them! Small electrical charging issue and they found an update that needed to be done, fixed our issue. Scheduling was a breeze and my service advisor was incredible.

I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and was sent home without being seen. When I brought my car back they said that it would be done in 2-3 days, that ended up being 2 weeks. The only contact I received was when I called them (they did call to say it was done). When I get home my engine began smoking, when I opened the hood I noticed that the cap for the coolant was not put back on and was now spilling all over my engine, luckily I just filled it up and it’s been fine. They were however extremely helpful and took care of contacting and dealing with my warranty company, this saved me a big headache and is the reason that I would consider going back for another major repair.

I was in a postion of needing a new truck and the guys over at 5 corners were amazing! They didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want. Then when we found a truck that worked for me they worked with me ( within their abilities) to make the payment where I needed it. Shout out to Jim Haas who was absolutely incredible to work with, as well as the finance manager Dan Schnapp who worked hard for me and with me the entire process! I will be a returning customer when the time comes again!

5 Corners Dodge is very professional, patient and most important extremely knowledgeable of there products. The staff was so helpful they made my experience enjoyable. The salesman Mason was so great to work with. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. He let there awesome products do all the selling. Mason was there to answer any and all questions I had. I drove over an hour to buy from them. To be honest I would have drove 10 times that distance to deal with 5 Corners Dodge in Cedarburg. Believe me guys it's worth it. You guys gotta check this place out.
