I always have a wonderful experience here. They only thing I wish they would do is take their special for oil changes to 6 quarts as the discount is for five quarts. I always get the tire rotation with the oil change.

Realized I had a screw in my rear tire. Stopped in and they took me in right away to repair the tire. Found out the other rear tire had s small rim leak. Fixed that as well! The staff is extremely polite and focused on the customer. Highly reccomend!

Great and honest car shop. Never felt they tried to oversell services or parts but were always honest about what the car needs. They usually arrange for a loaner if we request it. Service is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone need car repairs

I love the staff at Auto Safety. I know that when I go there for car repairs that the staff will be honest (most important to me) about the repairs that are needed. Plus they are very helpful eg they found me a service to jump my battery so that I could drive it in for service. Then they shuttled me home. Just an A-1 car repair service that I recommend to everyone.

After simply stopping in at Auto Safety Center to have my emissions test done I immediately knew it was a place I'd go to again. I was warmly met with curtesy and respect. I recently took my truck in for all four new tires, balance and alignment, and oil change. The level of professionalism I experienced was unmatched. I found my new go-to location for auto repair. 100% recommend.

Auto Safety serviced my vehicle over the summer and when my car broke down was the first place I thought of to take it. They had supported to identify a fix for the issue and helped with the tow. Appreciate all the help they have provided

I went in thinking I needed a new car battery. Turns out my key fob only needed a new battery. They quickly replaced it for me AT NO CHARGE. So professional and courteous. I highly recommend and will support them in the future.

Very nice environment. Everyone was very pleasant and kind. Thought the wait for an oil change was a little long -appt. @11am - out just after 12pm. Overall I will come again. Close to our home and overall good experience. Would recommend. Loved the fact they told me about coupons before my appointment- that was appreciated SO much !!!!!

Chris at Auto Safety Center - Cedarburg checked with Subaru regarding the required oil filter and type of oil required to maintain the warranty on my 2025 Ascent prior to my oil change appointment. Per Subaru's warranty for work performed outside a dealership, I was provided with photos of the Subaru oil filter and label from the Mobil One oil used. It cost a more than their advertised oil change coupon price, but it provided piece of mind, convenience, saved me a trip to a dealership, and still provided me with significant savings from dealership prices.

I needed work done the same day. Auto Safety Center was accommodating so the work could be completed based on my schedule. This is so appreciated.

I had a set of tires put on my Jeep, they do and excellent job. I bought the tires online called for a quote and to setup a date to have the work done quote was accurate and they got the job done on time. I’ve had other work done from Auto Safety Center and there really isn’t a place I’d think about taking one of my vehicles to. They are honest, fair, extremely competent and timely. They’re the best.

Love this place and the staff! Very professional service and ease of making repair appointments. Had my vehicle here last month for an oil change and overall safety inspection. Then had it towed in for a coolant leak this week and had nothing hit the BEST treatment. Loaner car made it easy to get to work, while the technicians diagnosed the issue with my thermostat housing. Replaced and fixed all in 1 day! Definitely making this my new GO- TO service center for all car maintenance needs. I cannot express how much I appreciate Kris and his service team for all of their assistance, professionalism and top-notch work. I was given communication every step of the way and advised of an error on the part I replaced over the weekend. Will be coming back for the foreseeable future and referring people to this location and beyond! Great work!

Prompt service. Did a safety check on all the mechanicals and recommended services to be done on a used car purchase. Did not mention that the battery was 6 years old

Service and pricing with auto safety has always been excellent! I get my oil changed every 5000 miles and have always had my tires rotated, in the past at my cost. I purchased tires from auto safety knowing that my tire rotations would be complementary. But I find that they don’t rotate them When asked even though the quote says that the tires come with a free rotation every 5000 to 7000 miles. I was disappointed, they did not rotate them, states on the invoice wasn’t needed. I’ve never seen that note on an invoice when I was paying for the rotation.

Prompt excellent work on routine LOF for my Mustang GT. Balance was off a bit on new tires that Auto Safety installed two months ago. They willingly rebalanced. Courteous desk staff.

the guys at auto safety center are the best (especially michael). they are so honest and fair in their pricing. i drive from milwaukee just to take my car here because i trust their opinion the most! their service is fast, and honestly they are just such kind people that i always want to give them my business.

I researched the price for parts and labor for alternator & serpentine belt-this garage charged on the high end of the range, but I did appreciate them seeing me the same day. I have had my car here before and they do good work.

You know that feeling u get when you are going about your day like u usually do and u r about to leave for work at the break of dawn and u go to start your car……and get nothing? Well this is the place that I called and I am so relieved I did. They took care of everything. Their knowledgeable technicians worked on my BMW (some places won’t do BMW) and believe me there was an entire list of repairs needed. They have a finance program if needed and their service manager is amazing and they go above and beyond to get your vehicle working again. I don’t think I will ever use another repair service again. Auto Safety Center took really good care of my "new to me" machine. I bought a used Toyota and was told by the dealer after they inspected it that I needed new front brakes. I took it to Auto Safety and they did a WAY more thorough inspection and found that I needed not only front AND rear brakes but also that my radiator was leaking. Auto Safety put me in a loaner car right away and fixed the problems that the dealer missed. I was very grateful for the service that I received from Dan and the crew at Auto Safety. My vehicle was returned as promised and is much safer to drive now thanks to them. They have a loyal customer now. Thanks Auto Safety Center.

This a great place to go for service on your car! They are honest, timely, excellent communicators, and have the expertise to diagnose and fix your car when needed. Above all they have compassion and care for their customers. My folks are 98 & 90 & my mom still drives. She comes in here to get her oil changed and car fixed and they are very patient and gentle with her. They explain everything as clear as they can and try to make sure she understands what needs to be done and the potential costs. They even get her a loaner car to use while her car is being fixed. I might just take my car here when the dealer warranty expires even though I live in Milwaukee.

Great service and a very friendly atmosphere….from my perspective, they treat their customers with a lot of respect and my times there have been very efficiently taken care of. I can only speak from getting my oil changed and tires rotated which included a very good inspection. No pressure to do anything unnecessary.

Came in for a second opinion and saved about 400 dollars on a car repair. Super positive interaction! Its feels like they genuinely look forward to helping you. They even took me into the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong. No tricks, and no swindle. They have a fully outfitted lobby for your comfort with free drinks and small foods. If you don’t want to take a loaner but can’t drive home, they will shuttle you there themselves. Overall, pleasantly surprised at their actual value of the customer. Totally recommend.

Have visited for emissions testing and other vehicle maintenance issues. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Waiting room is very clean and welcoming. Techs will show and explain the issue to you. Customer Service like this earns repeat customers.

Took the car in for a oil change and asked about checking exhaust fumes whenever I turned on the fan for cool/heat. Mike was kind telling me I needed a new battery along with an air filter change, and I needed a new set of tires in the very near future. He took the time to explain everything and I really appreciated it. Tony drove me back to my apartment and then when the car was done, he came back and drove me to the Auto center. Tony also did an emissions test for the car. And I received my new license plate. It was a great experience dealing with professionals who were as kind and friendly as one could hope for. I highly recommend that if one needs their car checked for anything, the Auto center is THE only place to go for excellent service and kind people to deal with. I will be back soon to get a set of new tires and for the filter to be changed. Thanks to everyone for making my experience so pleasant and helpful!

Initially, I went into ASC for a vehicle emissions test required for my license renewal. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the customer area and the politeness of the staff, and ended up making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After the oil change, I was given a printout and a verbal explanation of other things that may be needed in the future to keep my car running well, with no high pressure to book these services. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I'll be back!

During my recent visit for a simple tire mounting job for my truck's spare wheel, I was initially quoted an excessive $200, which I contested, suspecting a system error. After my insistence, the staff discovered and rectified the issue. However, the experience took a downturn when, upon picking up the wheel, I noticed some of the wheel weights had fallen off due to inadequate cleaning. Despite addressing this, the service personnel only tended to the specific spot of concern, assuring me the rest were secure. Disappointingly, two weeks later, the same issue recurred. While this place had offered excellent service as Scott's Auto, I left underwhelmed with the service quality under the new management. Beware of their “system errors”
