Went in for work on a warped rotor after a near miss with a turkey. Got it done here as it was local. The service I got done was at the top end of cost, and after it all they tried to upsell me on my front brake hoses needing to be replaced due to "visible bulging", offering to do it for 350$. That quote is also on the high end for the job. I later went to my dealer for other things and asked them to check my brake hoses for me. They saw no damage of note to my brake hoses. This shop tried to scam me and told me if I didn't get it done I risked sudden failure and a need for a tow. Avoid this shop unless you're desperate and know exactly what you need.

Awful customer service. I called to see when i could have an emissions test done and was hung up on by a lady. I called back to try again and the man who answered was very short with me and rude also. Very disappointed because this place has good reviews and it was recommended to me.

Friendly people! Did emissions check quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have been nicer people! Will go back for other auto service work for sure!!!!!

Boss man failed my emissions twice and never told me what I needed to do in order to pass it. Went to another shop the same day after that second failed test, and they passed with no problem.

Do not trust this shop. Even if you ask for a complete quote. They will give you a lower than you expect price. Then "Recommend" double the price in addition to the original quote. If you don't agree then they refuse to do the work. Completely unprofessional.

I came here because I had a flat and needed an emergency replacement. I took my car over there at the end of their work day and they said they'd get back to me the next day with the low down. Less than 24 hours later and my car is DONE. They found a hole in my tire and patched it! The amount of auto shops that would jump on a full tire replacement and try to tell you your other tires should be replaced with it and then try to find other things wrong with your car. Nope they just, "Patched'er up and $25'll do it". Thought I might as well get an oil change while my car was there as well. You guys will get my business in the future for sure.

Came in there with a rush job. He offered to do what he could but our time frame won’t allow it. He did offer other solutions and for that we actually recommend him. It’s obvious he wants to run a successful business.

Brought my truck in for an alignment after other shops told me was wasn't able to be aligned. They did it and it drives great. Only gripe was I told the very nice lady at the front desk that I 2 tires leaking air, that I had bought 2 new ones and hadn't put them on yet, so don't fix them just fill them. When I came to pick it up they had charged me 45 dollars for fixing the tires I asked them not to.

I went in search of this mechanic because of a coupon welcoming me to Grafton. I was able to get a discounted oil change and check out the services of a local vendor. Spending my money in my local community is extremely important to me so I was happy to get a coupon inviting me to seek out this business. Oddly enough, my oil light came on this morning and I had nothing else to do so Sir Buddy and I hiked in the car and went for a little adventure. With the help of the British man in the box, Mr. GPS, I drove right to the shop. It's located in an out of the way place but it's obvious that it's an auto repair shop! From the outside, it looked closed but the door was open and I found nothing but friendliness and professionalism inside!!! They took my car immediately, changed the oil, and sent me and Sir Buddy on our way. Their pricing was fair. The shop was clean and comfortable. The workers were efficient and professional. Best of all, this business is one of the few (in Grafton) that welcomed me to the community and sought out my business. For that, I am grateful. It's hard, when you move to a new community, to find places to get things done. I needed my oil changed and I had no idea where to go in Grafton! I had an appointment with a mechanic in my old neighborhood but I was very happy to find a place in my new community! Spending my money locally is a big priority with me. I want to encourage businesses to build and thrive wherever I live. I don't want to have to drive across town for the things that make my life easy. The only way to make sure I have what I want is to buy things locally! Join me in my crusade! If you live in Grafton, check out this business! They take the time to welcome newcomers and do good work, that kind of business deserves loyalty!

I had trailer tires mounted/balanced. There were no balance weights on one of them and only an old one on other wheel. They said to bring them back and they would check. Of course they hadn’t balanced them. I asked for some compensation for my time and trouble ($20). He said he couldn’t do that. I told him I would not be back and would pass the word to others to not go there. Absolutely ridiculous that a tire/auto place failed to balance.

I was visiting Cedarburg and found a screw in my RF tire. Even though I was from out of town and would likely never return, they still got me in quickly and evaluated if the tire could be repaired. Unfortunately it could not be so they put my spare tire on for me so I could make it home safely. Very friendly people and very reasonable price for the evaluation and service. If you’re local and need something on your car, I think this would be the place to take it.

Excellent super-fast service and very friendly! I had my emissions test completed promptly, which was a genuine surprise based on past experience at other locations. Based on the large number of vehicles in the shop getting worked on they must be a good place for repair services. Nice waiting room with big screen TV. I give them an A+ and will look to Krueger's Auto when I need service on my vehicle.

George is a fair and honest guy. He not only owns the place but works hard everyday side by side with his employees. Every experience my boyfriend and I have had was good. Service, time it took, and fair costs were all above average. I completely trust this shop and I can say I've never felt that way about any other auto shop.

They were able to get me in on short notice and performed the service I needed quickly and it was a great deal as well. I would go back, they also have loaner cars if your job will take long and you need to get back to work.

Didn’t put my new timing chain and all other parts in correctly for my Equinox. Had it corrected at another auto service center. However, they refunded my bill from the other auto center. I was happy they worked with me on that. Was friendly when I went back. I’ll be going back for oil changes.

I have had my vehicle there twice now, and each time a repair that should have taken a day per what they told me took 3 days. I like most people cannot be without my vehicle for extended periods of time and they don't seem to care much about how long it takes to fix things. The work seems to be ok but the speed is less than stellar. They told me a completion time more than once and failed to get it done in that time. In addition to that they dont call to tell you it's an issue, you have to call them to find out it won't be done on time.....again.

Great service and value as always. Great to have a local full service repair shop you can really trust. They have provided excellent service for tires, repairs, diagnostics and regular maintenance on my imports. They have saved me from expensive services that the dealer recommended by providing careful inspection and reassurance as to why the service was not yet needed. No-nonsense trustworthy business that I really feel very comfortable doing business with.

Came in for a flat tire repair. Was said that tire isn't repairable and they already ordered two new tires for me for $324. I refused and when got home, my husband ( not professional auto tech) was able to fix it himself using tire repair kit from O'Railly store( $6) . I do not believe that they are so unprofessional that they could not fix what even a layman could fix. most likely they just wanted to sell me two new tires . Very aggressive and not respectful marketing 😡

Krueger's inspected a vehicle I was considering purchasing, and they were so insightful and thorough in highlighting areas of concern and areas in great shape. I am so glad I found them, very impressed!

I would highly recommend Kruegar's Auto Tech. I have only used them for all my auto services. They are always able to diagnose any issues I am having. They are prompt in getting me in and VERY reasonable. Ryan, their lead tech is amazing.

Krueger's is the only place I trust with my vehicle. They are timely, honest and dependable and I never leave there feeling like I got bamboozled. I refer them to all of my family and friends and they are always grateful I did! All of the mechanics and staff are highly knowledgable and explain things in ways I can actually understand. Ryan is our favorite and we often try and request him!

We took my VW Tiguan over. They told us it was a small $57 part, but it was going to cost us 6 hours of labor to fix the part because they needed to remove the transmission. We told them to just do it. When we picked the car up the told me it was still leaking oil, they still charged us $1,000.00 for the work, and advised we take it to a dealership. The dealership tells us, Krueger's needed a special tool to do this job, and they did not use this special tool, breaking the new part we purchased. Upon trying to just use their own tools they cracked our wheel axle, I called and asked Krueger's to pay us for their mistake they claimed " you cant prove we cracked the axle ". Also, they never did an oil change after removing the transmission. Another $1,500.00 later the dealership had our car running again. Krueger's told us they would refund our credit card, and they never did.

I find Krueger's to be a company of integrity. They've demonstrated to me that they recommend only what is truly needed for repair. They keep tabs on areas of the car that may need repair in the future, but only do it at the time it is actually needed. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled professionals. They have earned my trust.

Take your car nowhere else (unless maybe it is an exotic). These guys and gals are the real deal. Honest, reliable, skilled, efficient. You will get great service and repairs. You will never get swindled, nor pressured into unnecessary or even just optional work. They will even let you supply your own parts.

Will not be coming back to Krueger's, although we have had good experiences in the past. What was supposed to be a simple tire change got dragged out for 5 days due to their lack of organization. They put us through much stress this week and did not even offer us any discount. Extremely disappointed. They have lost our future business.

I went two days in a row and both times was told they could not do my emission test. The first day the excuse was a trailer was parked in front of their equipment so they couldn't access it to run the test, the second day they said the garage door was broken so they couldn't open it. No apology either time. I'm never going back.

I have taken my car here many times and have had consistently great service. If there is a problem with my car, the staff explain the process they use to fix the issue and they give you a fair estimate. (For someone like me who is not the most knowledgeable about cars, this is super helpful!)
