Bought a vehicle from them, owner was driving vehicle for 3,000 miles and sold vehicle to me.
After taking car home next morning car stalled and issue kept repeating every morning or when cold, brought truck to transmission shop and was told there was metal in the valve body and needed a rebuild . Owner purposely never mentioned reoccurring issue and looked me in the eyes and said no issues and a great deal, Would not recommend at all.
Very happy with the service I received at pro car. My spare tire wouldn't come down so they put air in my old one patched it at there shop highly recommend great service highly recommend using them.
Picked up a 2018 F-150 XLT from Procar and couldn’t be happier. The truck looked great and was spotless when I came to test drive it. Everyone at this dealer/shop was very friendly, easygoing, casual and just made the whole process super comfortable and enjoyable. The shop was clean and welcoming too. You can tell they care about their line of work and most importantly, their customers. Great experience all around!
Procar is my go to for any of my mechanical vehicle needs. When I call there, Cole or Collin are always helpful and get my vehicles in quick and their mechanics get my vehicles fixed quick and to my satisfaction. They always quote me what is wrong and hold true to that price or less. They also let me know what may need attention in the future and are never pushy to make me do unnecessary repairs at any time. They also acquired Larry’s towing which I also just used and that experience was great as well. This is your one stop shop for anything your vehicle may need. I have not purchased a car from them yet, but I will definitely keep them in mind when I am looking because my experiences have been great with them. Amazing service! That handsome young man Colin was so polite and friendly, he did very well explaining what was going on with my car. I LOVED how i got a free courtesy inspection with my oil change. PROCAR does quality work, and at a competitive price too!! I will be a customer for life

We recently had two tires blow and additional damage to car while driving to Appleton. PROCAR went above and beyond in helping us with the situation. We were on our way to fly out and they helped us still get to the airport and fixed our car while we were gone. PROCAR has a dedicated staff that performs high quality work. We sure appreciated their help in a very stressful situation. We definitely recommend their service!!
Customer service is Amazing each time I go there. Colin (at the counter) is so polite, helpful, accommodating and willing go above and beyond to make you feel extremely comfortable. The price is very fair each time I go here and their work is “Top Notch”. You can trust them.
We can't thank Procar in Oconto Falls enough for their excellent customer service and quick response in repairing our F450. We were traveling thru with our 4 dogs pulling our 5th wheel when we broke down. We called and they said they could at least take a look at it to see what the issue was. When we got there, Colin was great; they had a place to drop our 5th wheel; and we set up 'camp' with our dogs while they figured out the issue. They found the issue, got the part, and repaired the truck and we were on our way in less than 3 hours. Thanks again so much for your excellent service and great customer service so we weren't left broke down on the road.
They were able to get us in right away and even offered a same day fix for all of our vehicle issues. Will definitely be using them for all of our vehicles in the future because of their communication, availability and affordability!
Took my car there to have my headlight bulb changed. They were very thorough on trying to figure out what was going on with my electrical issue and they got the job done in the estimated time at a descent price!!!
Great small business, great selection of clean nice vehicles. Seems they do a very good job picking vehicles that aren’t rusted or beat up. Got a nice pickup that was abnormally clean inside and out for the year and mileage. Would recommend and will do business with in the future when needed. Thanks!

Ao far so good found truck online got agreement to purchase but 500 down truck was everything the pics said it was and Clint was amazing to work with even knocked few hundred off for the tires being 7 years old
Saw a vehicle for sale, took granddaughter to check it out. Clint was super helpful and answered her questions. Even checked the front end out when she mentioned a vibration and made sure it was fixed before she paid for it and drove off lot. Would definitely recommend Procar to anyone to either have work done or buy a vehicle!
Great service from Clint and the service writers got new Firestone weathergrip tires put on only reason for 4 star took over an hr after I got there and they forgot to put my summer tires in my car my and i had to come back to get them
I bought a 91 GMC pickup that needed work. Sterling and his staff brought the truck back up to standard and kept me informed every step of the way. Extremely professional and courteous. Sterling went above and beyond. Fantastic experience everytime I go to PROCAR.

I contacted Procar on a Friday night 9pm (via FB) about a Range Rover they had for sale. I didn’t know they were not open on a a Saturday and asked if they could meet me there tomorrow. The responded within minutes and said the would meet me there at 9am. The owners were very Professional and and great to work with, lots of experience in the car industry. I drove it home off the lot today and they let me keep my truck there until someone brought me back to get it. The prices were right in line. Great service. Yesterday we purchased a Jeep from Joe and Clint, the car buying process was the best and easiest I have ever dealt with by far. Awesome place to have work done or buy a vehicle, the staff treats you like family and genuinely cares. Clint has years of experience and won't push you into work that is not needed. If you are looking for an honest mechanic or used car dealer this is it. WORTH THE DRIVE!
