Payton was so helpful. I will be coming back more often to Carquest knowing that I’ll get service like Payton gave me. Incredible service and very friendly and helpful. Give that man a raise for the Oconto Falls store because he’s making money for the company with his great personality. So impressed!!
Excellent auto parts store, very knowledgeable. Jim fixed me up with the Hydraulic hose I needed and the proper fittings. Sure is nice to be able to get what you need when you need it.
Love the service here. Everyone is very helpful and will even explain the things you don't understand. Not to mention I had my hands full one say and one of the men that work there took it upon himself to put it in my car. You don't see this kind of service anymore. You know, the above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend coming here.
We were traveling to the UP when the wheel bearing broke on our boat trailer. Eric was incredibly helpful and offered very useful suggestions on how to solve the problem. Hope we don’t have to go back under those circumstances but I highly recommend this place!
