We got shorted 2lbs of copper and they did an estimated weight on some of the other scrap we had rather than taking and putting it on the scale. We didn't get a receipt with what we were paid, even though it states on the sign that if you receive over $50, you get one. Super shady practice, it's very unfortunate because the people we interacted with were really friendly.
Always end up with 20 cents less a pound than what their website said. And I'm sure it's " call for current price " but according to other reviews they still do it.
Called the place, got a price per pound for cans. Went there 20 minutes after I called, cashed in my cans. Got a check from them did the math after I left, and they gave me less money then they said over the phone. What the hell???
Website needs to be updated it says open drove here from Mountain and they are not open on a Monday even though the website said open, should be 0 Stars!!!
Brought a washer and dryer in for scrap. Never weighed it or even offered a scrap price. I will continue to go to the Iron Horse in Gillett where they are fair! This is the 3rd time they have not been fair, which was the last 3 times I went there.
