These guys are amazing, they came in a timely manner, handled the truck with care when they hooked it up, and made the overall experience pain free from Tiffany who answered the phone, to Brian the tow driver. Would recommend to anybody needing a tow.
They lost my key and fab, had unknowingly towed my car into the wrong lot (which I had called to confirm location of vehicle prior to arrival), then made me uber 20 mins to the lot they eventually found the vehicle in. All of which I had to pay for - on top of an extra $175 day of storage since they are closed on sundays. And they blamed the service callers (their clients!) the entire time they were flapping their wings while trying to figure out their unorganized mess. Should not be an OPG. Nor should they be used for any towing services if your company wants to avoid a headache coming back to your end.
Kind an courteous, blessing when it's so likely that they're dealing with people after what could be some bad vehicle events. Helped us remove license plates and easy access to retrieve personal effects from car.
My vehicle was hit and totaled, and the police towed it to this lot. Lady was rude the entire time I was forced to go through with their service. Wouldn’t let me near the car to grab sentimental items and had an attitude like I just killed her dog. Don’t go here if you can help it. They’ll make the worst time of your life worse.
Called them and they came in less then 15 minutes,they got my door open after i locked my keys inside my car Super fast, alittle pricey but we'll worth it
I love N&S towing, their staff and crew is super nice and helped me understand the process of the tow and billing. West Allis police department referred them and the response time was impeccable. In addition to the service they gave me a recommendation for a body shop, which they transported my vehicle to, for no additional charge. I highly recommend N&S
They always seem to have an add on charge. When the state statute rate was 25 they'd charge me 50. And they'd charge for days they were closed! Charged for straps to tow my motorcycle, charged for winching from an empty parking lot, charged for skis when I could see all 4 tires rolling on my security camera. There's no contesting any charges they add onto your bill. I've heard them adding up a bill on the phone and heard the guy "say 80 dollar paperwork fee" I had a vehicle towed from an accident scene a vw Trike. The drunk that hit me snapped it in half. When u went to pick it up it was in a pile with the motor on top forks bent new motor mounts ripped in half... Basically they turned a 1/2 hour welding repair into a totaled vehicle. I had an unsigned title in my truck and they found it, took it and stole the truck. They even refused to let me even get my tools and legal documents out of it. If they towed you in sorry. These people are the devil!
N&S Towing provided an extremely poor experience. They were careless with my vehicle during the tow and caused damage, showing a complete lack of concern for the condition of the car. There was no accountability or professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.
Call your local Snapchat tow they can do better!
Gave me an attitude as soon as I walked in and made my pregnant girlfriend walk around the parking lot by herself in the snow instead of letting me grab her belongings next time I see any of you workers you’re getting beat on.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in an accident and the police arranged the tow for me. I went to the lot the next day to pick up my belongings and they were absolutely rude when I asked them to explain a few things to me because I had never been in this situation before. My insurance was going to pick up my car and when they got there the tow company told them they didn’t have the car, and they gave my insurance a hard time. I had to call and sort everything out. Was yelled at on the phone multiple times for no reason. Absolutely terrible service. Not who you want to deal with on the worst day of your life.
Car broke down. They towed it before the service I called could get there. Charged me for it then charged me again to have it taken to my mechanic. I had no phone to call a ride so they made me walk home in the rain.
It was nightmare towing experience, bad customer service, wasted your time and expensive, the vehicle was stayed only two days in the parking lot charged for $530 , for my suggestion never call that towing company, you might be regret for that!
If I could give zero stars, I would. After my accident, this tow company took both cars without telling us where they were going and left us stranded at the scene. The driver gave no explanation and no help. Thankfully, the police officer was still there to tell us where our cars went and even gave us a ride. Completely unprofessional.
As a small business independent shop we used this company for over a year and a half. In the beginning they were very affordable. After moving 15 min away they started price gouging. Claimed it was farther away from their home base. The math wasn’t mathing. 8 days after the extremely large bill came due the first week of the month they called and started threatening us to pay now OR ELSE. SUPER RUDE, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Use another company at all cost. These guys are sharks. We went from average price of $125 for a tow to over $200. And they never told me the rate before the tow and always had some excuse to add up the extras.
Absolutely terrible experience. My sister was driving my elderly, handicapped mother’s car when she got into an accident that was 100% not her fault. West Allis PD had N&S tow the vehicle less than 2 miles to their shop. They charged over $400 for that short tow.
It gets worse: they refused to let my elderly mother pay over the phone (even though she no longer had a vehicle at this point). I live out of state and couldn’t be there to help, so they made her physically come down in person before even telling her where the car was located. That meant she couldn’t even arrange for AAA to tow it.
They treated an old woman like a criminal—completely unnecessary and unacceptable. The lack of compassion and customer service was beyond ridiculous.
Absolutely the WORST PEOPLE EVER! LIARS AND DISRESPECTFUL. MADE ME GET CASH CAUSE THEOR DRIVER LIED AND TOLD ME $250 FOR THE TOW AND 75 A DAY FOR STORAGE. I HAD MY CAR THERE 2 DAYS AND PAID MY OWN TOW DRIVER TO GET IT OUT. MADE ME BRING CASH CAUSE I SAID THEY ARE SCAMMERS. $635 FOR THEM TO TOW TO ANOTHER LOT, WAS NOT IMPOUND AND DAMAGED MY PROPERTY. GARBAGE SERVICE AND GARBAGE PEOPLE. STAY AWAY!
Not good at all. My battery was dead when I went to go get my car and it had a flat tire and the lady working there told me she couldn't help me and to drive my car with a flat tire to the gas station down the road. I was shocked to say the least. I went next door to the car shop and they helped me and put air in my tire and got my car going. Buyer beware. You will wish you went somewhere else. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
I thought I was parking in the lot of business A….turns out I was parking in the space of business B — then car was gone when I got out. $330 later I get my car back with a $35 “after hours fee.” Just slimy stuff. I get that “someone’s going to do it if they don’t,” but they jumped into a shady line of work by choice; there are a million other ways to make a buck. These guys make money by holding cars hostage for top dollar when people make a mistake. Yuck.
Had a tow to their lot and then a tow to repair shop. Both tows were probably 5 miles each. Storage fee $80...Sunday till Monday noon. Bill was $455. When at office needed to use restroom. (I'M 74 with kidney stone issues ) Guy said we have no restroom. Find that especially hard to believe since there are also females working there. His answer was go outside and pee between the cars! I did but wish I would have just gone in corner of office. Nice way to run a business!
The price is ridiculous. 575 dollars, not even 2 days later. It was a motorcycle accident, and the bike was salvageable, and the excuse they had is that it wouldn't go up the ramp without skis. Don't recommend it! They also charged me to use the skiis and the winch.
Phone answered by Denise who was helpful walking me through the simple process to get my car towed to dealer for repairs. Setup appointment for after 9AM. Called around 9AM spoke with Dani to give more precise directions and location of car in large business complex parking lot. She gave update on the time explaining 2 more customers ahead but tow would arrive before noon and asked if that was ok. Was fine on our end and tow arrived (JJ) at 11:15AM. JJ friendly, fast and experienced hookup and putting on flatbed. Was confident car was in good hands.
Will use again if needed (hopefully not!).

I had such a great experience working with Stephanie when stuck on an off ramp in busy traffic. She was able to get a tow truck to me ASAP and gave me clear instructions as this was my first time being towed. She was also very cautious of me being pregnant and making sure I had a ride. Aaron was the tow truck driver and was extremely patient and kind. He showed up and hooked my car up in minutes. I had to change the location of the tow last minute and they were able to accommodate the switch. I would definitely use them again! Thanks, Stephanie and Aaron!
Wouldn’t use this company if it was my last option. I was forced to use this company after my accident and they didn’t make it any easier. When you call their number it goes straight to voicemail and they won’t bother to call back. After asking for a copy of a tow bill they won’t give you one. They treat you like you’re stupid all around and anywhere I looked they had nothing but bad reviews. I’m not sure why the Franklin police department use them and I know other nearby counties do too.
My keys and toddler were locked in my vehicle in the freezing cold.
They sent a guy within 10 minutes and opened my vehicle quickly.

Busy and crazy there but they took good care of me. my car was towed to their lot and they were able to haul it to the Caliber Collision. Talked to the manager Charlie is the manager there and was greatly helpful, he was going to do something and took care of it and followed up in a reasonable amount of time. They are good about picking up the phone to help get questions answered as well. Appreciate your help through this process
