You never want to be calling for a tow. But Speedy Peedy has never let's us down or disappointed on the handful of occasions we needed help over the past 7 or 8 years. For the rare tire blow outs, dead battery or fried engine computer we've had, Speedy Peedy has answered the phone all time of day, they speak clearly on the phone, get the information needed quickly and accurately, and driver keeps you updated if an emergency call pushes you back in line. Last night Mellissa answered the phone, got us connected with Sean who showed up on time at a different location to pick us up, took us over to our car, loaded it and drove us out to the dealership. Fast an easy. Tow truck cab was clean, Sean good conversation, safe driver and knew the back way when two car crashes along our route closed lanes or road completely. Hope never again to us them, but if we need a tow, they are the ones to call!

Second time I needed a tow and exactly the same great experience. Ball joint snapped on my passenger side, While I was sliding on my broken tire I already knew who to call and had them on the line before I stopped. If you want excellent service and a great time please call speedy peedy towing and ask for Sean Hougue!! Last time I got Gary Grace I asked for him again because I knew the service would be stellar but it seems like every tow driver they employ here at Speedy Peedy is 5 star and on the ball! James was prompt, efficient and very kind as he hooked up and towed my car. It was an exceptionally hot day and he offered his air conditioned cab for me to sit in while I waited. The office help was also very efficient, polite and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. They made a bad situation a easier for me.

So I have lowered Mustang and I blew my charge pipe off my supercharger and was stranded. Not one towing company would touch my car but SPEEDY. The driver took his time, had race ramps to avoid scraping. The meticulous amount of time spent to avoid any damage on a car he knows I spent on so much money on speaks volumes of this company. I have them saved in my phone now but hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does, I know I can trust them!!!

I have used Speedy Peedy on many occasions. They’re always prompt on their replies and get whatever I need done in a timely manner. Even when it have to be hauled 3+ hours away and many hours of strapping down the load to be hauled.

From Henry Rahr Green Bay WI I was broken down with a sheared ball joint and blocking others from leaving. I called Midcoast auto to help with repair, they recommended Speedy Peedy whom they trusted. I was able to contact James immediately at Speedy Peedy. He knew the emergency situation and proceeded to come to my rescue. Arriving before the estimated time, James went to work fast. He hooked up my vehicle with the greatest of care, with his experience, James applied the best way to transport. I was also invited to go with my vehicle. I was not from the area with a broken down vehicle and to find an excellent towing service and driver, James, was like a miracle. Their price to tow was lower than expected and service higher than expected. I also want to thank MidCoast Auto for their recommendation plus their outstanding service to get me back on the road to Green Bay. Both of these companies are above standard and can be highly trusted.

I received a tow from Matt the driver. He was extremely kind and very helpful. He even helped me identify the problem with my vehicle saving me hundreds of dollars in service fees. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for a tow.

I would 10 out of 10 recommend! Alan/Allen blessed me today with a quick, fast, and reasonable tow off a busy highway after my alternator went out at 6:30am. The sheriff was ready to push me off the road due to slippery roads and for safety purposes. I called Alan/Allen back and he was there in about 20 minutes and got my van off the road and everyone was in a safe position!!! I am from out of town and this was my first experience I must say it was beyond GREAT ? Thank you so much Alan/Allen ??

Called to set up a tow ahead of time. They were very polite on the phone. They gave me a very reasonable quote (I called a total of 8 places). They showed up on time to tow my vehicle. The driver was so nice (Alan) and offered to try to jump the vehicle first. He did that and got the vehicle running. He waited to make sure the vehicle continued to run before leaving. A very good experience. I will be using them again.

Best towing service I've experienced to date. They are highly responsive and quick to action! They communicate every step of the way and even go to the lengths of providing pictures of the car if you're not present for towing! Needed the invoice changed a couple times to meet insurance requirements and they had it changed instantly! Definitely customer focus. Super thrilled and happy with their service!

I cannot say enough about Speedy Peedy! They are so personable and responsive. The 1st time they were able to respond immediately and were able to help get my car started to be able to drive to the dealership. He went above and followed me to make sure I arrived safely. I recently had to call again and they made sure I was safe and had a ride. They kept me informed of my car being towed through their text service and even sent a picture of it at the dealership. Speedy Peedy has been a great community partner for our local schools! He donated his time and equipment to deliver a playhouse that the high schoolers built to our elementary school free of charge!

My Roadglide needed a tow to dealership from a minor accident. Kyle came with flatbed and knowledge of towing high value vehicles. He loaded and strapped her down for the journey.
