I recently went to Martins for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. I appreciated their transparency regarding pricing and the services included with the oil change.
The wait time was minimal, and I was impressed with how clean and organized the shop was. They did not try to upsell me on any unneeded/unnecessary items.
Brought the truck in for a preventative alignment check and wheel balance. Quick turn around, spot on adjustments and silky smooth balance. As a bonus the wheel weights were matched to the wheel color. Thanks Vhad, Tom and the Techs.
Took my car in for issues overheating. Only shop I could get in other booked up. Water pump replaced. Had to take back a week later with same issues and now spark plugs not working. More money invested and now sitting in a different shop with same issues. To much coolant was added and sprayed everywhere. Spark plugs bad again and still overheating.
Amazing service, car trouble in Wausau and no one willing to help. Tom at Martin's Auto Repair in Mosinee told us to bring it in and they would check it out. They checked it out and had it repaired in less then a half hour. I would highly recommend Martin's Auto Repair.
Very impressed with this place! My friend took her car in to get her breaks fixed, they inspected her car, and wouldn't fix her breaks. Because her frame and axil was cracked and was unsafe! They didn't charge her for their time with the car. Honest place!
This is the best place to take you vehicle in all of North Carolina, great customer service, amazing results, and very speedy, #1 auto repair establishment in my book!
I have been taking my vehicles to Martins for 20 years. They used to do the jobs I couldn’t handle myself (transmissions) and after seeing there service and value I started taking every job I had to them. Now they are an invaluable part of my network. I would be lost with out them.
I have bought a couple new cars over the years and took them to the dealership for service while under warranty and I can tell you that the dealerships can’t compete with the service or the prices of Martins auto repair .
Appreciated the fast service didn't appreciate the 100 dollar mark up on the alternator they got next door at advanced auto parts i guess they have to mark it up but 100 bucks!!??
At first I gave a 5 star review because everything seemed fine and working great after my repair. Drove 600 miles back home and check engine light came on. Took it into another shop to have everything checked out and the same issues were there. I paid $1000 to have it fixed the first time and now had to pay more money to have what they said they fixed, fixed by someone else. Called and talked to the manager to see what we can resolve and he hung up on me. I was being very civil and calm despite the situation. I would not recommend this shop to anyone that cares about their vehicle.
Have been to Martin auto for a number of different things between my husbands vehicle and mine and have never had a bad experience. Always a joy to work with! Highly recommend.
