I was stranded last week - my car had died at the airport after being gone on a long trip. The starter had an issue that took the battery with it. Matt, the store manager, went way out of his way to help me get the car running and back on the road again! He made phone calls and got parts, he connected me with an excellent tow company, and scored a starter from someone he's knows, and within a few hours, I was happily on my way. Thanks, Matt - you won a customer for life!
This location is great. The tech Wes was very helpful with our purchase and even offered to install both our tail lights four us! Definitely coming back

Had to stop at this store far away from my local store in Eagle River while on a trip to Madison and back Monday. Picked up something on the highway in the LR tire and was losing air. Had stopped a couple times to air it up but decided to see if it was able to be plugged so we could keep our otherwise indestructible 2005 Lincoln Town Car on the road without having to keep stopping. Found a tire plug kit on isle three after I asked the big fellow with back reflective lenses where I could find one. Also purchased a decent needle nose pliers to extract whatever was in the tire. Turned out to be a gigantic 16 penny framing nail. Went over to KT with free air and performed the tire plugging procedure. Worked great for several miles until it began leaking from a different spot on our way back. This time it was the sidewall, probably from driving on it under inflated. Took the tire right off and shoved a plug in the sidewall of the same tire, a Michelin Defender. Had bought them new in 2017 and the car hasn't been driven much so they were still in great shape. That repair lasted several more miles until the tire simply gave up and had to put the space saver spare on for the rest of the way back. Would've used a full size spare but it was already on the RR. They were the only auto parts store anywhere near where we were when we stopped to get gas and breakfast.
In today’s market people are so quick to get you in and out of your stores. After quite a few calls and a lot of their time the Mosinee Wi did an amazing job helping me with my large purchase. They were professional, respectable, and most importantly humble. I was treated as I was the most important person and they made me know why I was buying each part. Wes, Matt, Harley, and Ryan were absolutely outstanding and you are lucky to have them at this location. This is by far the best ran since this building has been put up. Kuddos to that whole team and thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Great service. Stopped in tonight for replacement headlights for my vehicle. Harley did an amazing job selling them to me and installing them for my while it was snowing outside. Thank you!
Have gone to this location a couple times for help with certain items/parts for my truck. Harley is always open and available to not only help answer any questions or give his personal opinion on chemicals/cleaning supplies/ maintenance chemicals, but he will gladly walk out to your vehicle and look at it if not help you get the parts installed by giving you a hand. Great customer service from Harley
One of my catalytic converters forced a knock sensor to cause my vehicle ( 300k mi 2003 Toyota Sequoia) to start stuttering, and this was on the highway doing about 70. I pulled off and pulled into this location and requested a code reading a young gentleman by the name of Manpreet assisted me, was super calm, and walked me through my next steps. He actually got down on his hands and knees to look under my vehicle at my catalytic converter’s and noticed that one was actually very overheated. He advised me to get things taken care of quickly and had several options that I could choose from, and said that the mile drive home would be safe if I was slow and careful. Not only that, but he had to retrieve the codes a half an hour later once I had gotten home and realized I hadn’t written them down, in my distress. I’ve been to this location a few times and have not had anything but Exceptional service from a team that has never failed to put me at ease with my vehicle. I am incredibly grateful for establishments run like this, with great people who are not only understanding, empathetic, but are knowledgeable enough to truly help someone even if they are in a panic.
We needed a part for my hubby's work truck. The muffler blew up on his truck making it incredibly loud. (hubby didn't want to drive like that, taking a chance on getting pulled over & catch a ticket for noise pollution, costing us more money). We called all salvage yards in the area, believe it or not, they all said the same thing.. They didn't save mufflers off their salvaged vehicles. We also called AutoZone, Napa and Advanced Auto parts.. None had what we needed on have, but could order the piece, but would take a few days.. We Also have a car, but that's my car that I use for work and other purposes in which I needed mine.. Last call was to O'Reilly's and they had it and were honest with my hubby about the part. They had 2 in stock, 1 was more costly and the other less. The man attending my husband was honest she told him they're really wasn't a difference in the 2 other than the brand and appearance. Hubby got the cheaper part thanks to the man's honesty..., & in less than 10 minutes his truck was fixed & quiet again. My husband does almost repairs to our vehicles, as well as our families & friends. He used to be a mechanic. Long story short, 5 stars for excellent service but most of all, honesty.
Great service the battery died in my motorcycle called them they brought one to me on the side of the road helped me change it and mare sure the bike started before then left
My new Craftsman riding lawnmower's battery wouldn't start the 4th time I wanted to mow my lawn with it. I tried to charge it myself, with no results. I took it to O'Reilly Auto Parts for a quick charge. I went outside to my truck to wait. The guy who waited on me approached me. He told my battery was shot. $37 later, I was able to mow my lawn. This was important because we were hosting my nephew's 3rd birthday tomorrow!
Very friendly and knowledgable parts people and awsome customer service usually have what u need and if not can order it in fairly fast go and check the store out you will not be disappointed.
Thought I would check this place out as it just opened a few days ago. I needed a light bulb for my vehicle anyway. The store is set up just like all other O’Reilly Auto parts stores and everything is easy to find. The customer service was exceptional and professional.
