Used the app to order some stuff for pickup. Waited two days for them to get my order ready for pick up, never received a confirmation that it was ready. I had to call the store and make sure they received my order and asked if it was ready. The guy Tim was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault because i ordered after business hours. The feature is there for people to use if it was an issue the pickup order option would be disabled after hours.
Excellent service, my windshield wipers were not working at all, which you never realize until it's pouring. We purchased new blades but didn't know how to install them, thankfully the customer service was great and he installed them for us in the rain, in record time.
Advanced Autoparts advertises on their website that they will help install a battery with the purchase of a battery. The guy that was helping me was very rude when I asked if he could install the battery for me. I was highly unaware that the particular location did not install batteries. With that being said I drove down the street and went to O’Reilys where they were more than happy to help.
Service was fast and amazing! Had the fuse I needed in less than 10 seconds of walking into the store. The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and nice and had me in and out very fast would recommend to anyone that needs to get parts quick and easy!
Very nice guy who helped us he even showed me how to put my new gas cap on jkjk they were nice and we joked around and had a good experience dont be afraid to try this store they will answer any auto motive question or atleast for me they do
