To all the ladies out their looking for a mechanic… this is the shop… This shop is honest… They truly look out for you. I was told by the dealership that I bought my car from that I needed a new windshield wiper motor…. Of course just out of warranty and crazy expensive…
I brought it into FIREHOUSE to check their pricing on the new windshield wiper motor and this amazing shop with their honest mechanics found it to be only a fuse.. Cost me $50 instead of the 495 I was quoted by the dealership that I will never go back to.
I dropped off a couple of very expensive motorcycle wheels for new tires. The tires were installed in the amount of time that was specified for the price that was specified. Everything was excellent, and there was no damage to the wheels!

Excellent service, was patient and discussed what parts would work best and those that don’t. Great communication and very happy with the final results. They got my bike running after sitting due to medical reasons. Then I had them upgrade the suspension and do a Stage 1 & 2. Along with new grips. This was my dad’s bike and I will never sell it.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Firehouse for over 10 years. During a recent visit, my nephew came in from Florida and wanted to ride my bike. Upon inspection, he noticed the tires needed to be replaced. I called Firehouse, and they quickly checked their inventory and asked if I could be there within 30 minutes.
They were able to fit me in the same day and not only replaced the tires, but also identified and fixed worn wheel bearings. The service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely continue doing business with them.

Mark and the team were awesome. I was driving home from Work in Racine to Lake Villa, IL and my charging station light went on. I noticed a flapping sound when I pulled over assuming it was a belt. I was on hwy E at 5pm with not many options at the time. I looked up shops with tow trucks. Low and behold, these guys happened to be open until 7, was out to tow my car within the hour and even ordered my part that night! Not only did they come through at the 11th hour, they were honest and fast to get the job done! I'm beyond happy, the car runs great and I had it back the next day👍🏼. They noticed my tires can use replacement which I knew. I told them I had a place that I go to but because of their over the top service and honestly, I'll be going back to buy them there. I highly recommend these guys.

Called today, needing new brakes and rotors for my car. Mark said they could give me an inspection and estimate same day. The price was more than fair, and it was handled the same day. My car is in great shape afterward as well. Definitely recommend for anyone needing fair priced and professional service.

Had a great first experience with firehouse. Mark was easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Had carb work done on my bike and it was a smooth and painless process. Very reasonable price as well. Definitely beats the gouging from the dealer. I will definitely be going back for more services.

My car wouldn’t start after a workout at the Y. I called Firehouse and Ronnie was there to tow me to the shop in less than 30 minutes. I was thrilled to ride in the gigantic tow truck! In less than an hour, my battery was replaced and I was on my way ! I have to give a shout out to the great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and able to ally the concerns of septuagenarians! A special skill in these days. A++ rating.
We had a blowout on our way through Kenosha on Sunday evening. The tire wrapped around the axle damaging the break line and causing us to be unable to remove the wheel. Sammy was there quickly, cut away the tire, clamped the break line and led us safely off the interstate. He is kind, knowledgeable and we are very thankful he was there. Highly recommend!
