We called around the towns (Jefferson, Lake Mills, Johnson Creek, Watertown) but Andy's was able to squeeze us in within 2 days of the day we called, they towed the car from where it broke down, repaired the car aaaaaaaand gave discounts without us even asking! They're 20 minutes away from us but we won't be taking our cars anywhere else!!
Excellent service. Called for a long tow because I thought the car had serious issue. As Andy was hooking the vehicle up, he suspected something else and offered to tow to his shop to check. Long story short: he was right. Car repaired and running great 10 days later. Excellent service. Couldn't be happier.
Andy, Nick an Karen are awesome!! I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles an you shouldn't either! They're blunt but honest! I moved to a different town an I still won't trust anyone else to give it to me straight when it comes to my vehicles!!
Called for service and 6 hr wait. Instead Andy came right out and within two hours I was on the road again at minimal cost to me. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
1 day before Christmas and a long trip up North and they squeeze me in to check my car out. A quick scan and clearance of code and I'm sent on my way with a Merry Christmas and the assurance that it is gtg. They were very busy but still made time. It is nice to know that the customer still comes first in some places. I will definitely use them in the future.
I am from out of town and I broke down about 10 miles outside of Watertown and the weather was bitterly cold. And he was there within 15 minutes even though the shop would soon be closing in since I had passengers KAREN also came along to give us a ride back into town. We had great service and Andy worked late to get us back on the road that night. Great service! Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Andy's!
The place is a scam. I took my car in because I had an engine light on and erratic idling . They couldn't fix any of the problems but they did manage to extort $60 cash from me and then voided out the $120 bogus invoice before handing my keys over. My car runs worse than when I took it in and I'm out 60 bucks. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to a professional. Here's a few you can TRUST. It seems more than just coincidence that two of the other positive reviews were written on the exact same day.
My water pump went out on rt.26 Andy towed us to a hotel and worked on the truck 1st think in the morning. I was 86 miles from home. Him and his employees are great people . Thanks again Andy
The people in here were so incredibly rude. I had my car towed to the shop and never recieved any type of notice about it. Called multiple times just to find out the price for the tow and all i got was an extremely rude woman yelling at me that they dont know because they've been so busy. Will not he returning here. Mels in watertown is 1000x better.
I have had nothing but bad service from andy' auto. Get something fixed and pay for it only to have something else wrong that didnt need fixing. Will never bring my cars there again.
