Gaven is our travel angel! We are on a big road trip across country and got a bad flat. We are so grateful we landed on his garage shop! He was so sweet, so helpful and had us back on the road with a new tire in no time! Thanks Gaven!
These people are horrible, they charged me 185$ for some work that I could get it done for like 60$ my vehicle just got stuck on wet grass and they showed up and they took just like 5 min getting my car away from the wet grass and they over charged me for 185$ , the funny thing is that one of the dudes told me that my vehicle wasn’t good to drive just to get more money out of my pocket, I was like dude “I am not an idiot” but then when I paid then I thought “ yes I am an idiot paying them for real” I should call the cops on them , they are nasty given messed up prices for the piece of S job that they do , I AM WARNING YOU GUYS THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE EVER
I really wish I had gone somewhere other than Automotion. I took my car there because it was running super rough and was leaking oil into the spark plug wells. This could have been a intake gasket or major engine problems. I took it there and explained to Jake that the car wasn’t worth much but that I had a wheel bearing that needed replacement as well and the decision whether or not to fix either problem hinges on how much my engine problems would cost. He called me the morning after I dropped the car off and said he’d fixed the wheel bearing and asked if he ought to go ahead with the engine. Since I was already in a couple hundred, I had no choice but to continue even though I told him I wasn’t sure the car was worth putting money into. He then replaced the intake gasket, plugs, and coil packs. My bill was just under $1,000. The car ran rough immediately after picking up, but it was better than how it was before I took it in. The next morning it was running so bad it was undrivable. Jake said he’d look at it and called me with the bad news….”There’s no compression in cylinder 2. You need a new engine. Man, I wish I’d done a diagnostic check”. Yeah, Jake, I wish you had too! Isn’t that your job? I got to junk my car out but I got to spend $1,000 on it right beforehand because of Jake’s poor decision making. He could have at least cut me a break on some of the bill, but nope. Nothing. Everyone makes mistakes, but you could have done something to ease the pain.
When I was having issues with my Jeep, Automotion offered to give me a ride where I needed to go & go pick up my vehicle for me. Luckily, I have a second vehicle... so I was able to get to work, but it was great that they offered! I have also had my oil changed here. They were super fast and friendly!
My wife & i met keith through a family members co worker from a long distance away, he helped us to the "T" & really saved our lives. Great Shop Great People Great Town. I feel like im on vacation every time i visit Kieler.Thank You Keith!! May Your Business Swell!!
Jake at automotion was very helpful when we needed help with fixing a truck after an accident. We had received an offer from the insurance company and it seemed like it was a pretty low offer. He gave me an estimate of repair that was reasonable to help work it out with the insurance company. When it was time to fix it he exceeded my expectations with getting parts in and fixing the vehicle. Thanks again.
