I absolutely love the kill O’Reilly and the staff there within they always go above and beyond to help me find the cheapest prices rather that be through them or other areas super responsive, friendly they make you feel like you’re part of their family by far the best O’Reilly that I’ve ever been in and dealt with I was a long time Napa guy nothing against Napa, but not anymore if you want a great experience, this is the place to go. Michelle the store manager is tremendously awesome and she is always on point and extremely smart. I am grateful to know that people still take pride and the work that they set out to do especially in customer service big shout out to all you guys. Thank you.
I had such a great experience at the store. Landon And Sammy both helped me amazingly. I came in not knowing what part I needed. They both used there heads together and realized I needed a starter. I had my dad put the part in and realized it was the starter. I’m so happy they had helped me, because there could have been a chance of me not being able to figure it out.
Very clean and nicely stocked shelves. Very knowledgeable employees and respectful. Everyone there goes above and beyond to find the parts that I need.
First off everything I needed said it was in stock. Ben was doing his best to help me with what I needed. but even the manager couldn’t find what I was looking for. Then she tried talking to me like I have no idea what I’m shopping for when I knew exactly what I came in for. Then she starts disrespecting my car outside saying she “does not like Acura drivers because one rear ended me” I tried explaining that accidents happen and it’s not all Acura drivers. She replies “no it’s just Acura drivers and I do not like them”. This was very disrespectful. They could not even find my parts that were in stock so I told them I will be taking my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed. I don’t care if you don’t like Chevy, ford, jeep, or dodge. You treat your customers with respect. I spend lots of money there and will now be taking it all to another business. The managers name was Alexis.
Wally has helped me out on numerous occasions with fixing vehicles. He is a patient and extremely knowledgeable person to talk to. Definitely an asset to their team.
