As an owner-operator, it’s a relief to find an honest recovery company. I got my semi (loaded at 76k lbs) buried in soft dirt due to snow melt. Guy’s Truck and Tractor sent out a heavy-duty wrecker and handled the pull with extreme care and professionalism. After being burned in the past with a $6,000 bill for a short tow in NY, I was wary—but Guy’s pricing was incredibly fair. It’s good to know there are still pros out there who won't take advantage of a driver in a bind.
All the guys were great.They got my truck running after it jelled up. Except for Aaron (which is the older guy at the counter) rotten attitude wasn't willing to listen to suggestions & things he is god's gift to the repair business. Furthermore, with my engine being as cold as it was, they refused to put a salamander heater blowing on the block to warm it up.
I drove a UB (Snopper) truck all the way from VA. It's a cab over Mack, sort of a rare bird. I broke down after normal business hours at a Kwik Trip on Sunday, blocking their diesel truck pump. Googled, first place I called didn't want to deal with it. He referred me to these guys. Lucky me. Family place, guy on the phone was one of the owners and the guy he sent was his nephew. They got there fast, in the time he said he would, even dropped me off at a hotel and picked me back up the next day. They had to order parts from 2 different places and had me fixed the next day. I only lost 1 day. My in house shop in VA wouldn't have fixed it that fast. Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Kept me informed throughout the process as well. Great communication. Top notch.
Had a broken exhaust pipe on 28/05/25 19:00. Guys got me right in with no delay. Fixed within one hour. Very reasonable price and service was fantastic. Clean shop and clean cut mechanics. Definitely going in my arsenal for reputable and quality work.
These guys are great! My loaded down Chevy Silverado blew a tire while on my way back home to Iowa from Milwaukee. I was in a dangerous situation on the highway. The 911 operator contacted this company and help was there within 25 minutes. Max was the tow truck driver and was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We were towed to their shop and they had us fixed and back on the road in under an hour.
Great service. Quick and amazing to work with. Couldn't have found a better shop to do business with, has been an amazing experience. These guys here actually listen to you and your wants and gets the job done.
No other shop was willing to work on my wrecker.
I need it the whole under lift manufactured and Aron did an amazing job. I can’t thank them enough. It was worth the drive about 500 miles from Michigan. Fair prices and amazing work .
Charged minimum 2 hrs for a service that took less than 20 mins; and wasn't an actual repair OR replacement. Guy came out and literally duct taped the passenger side mirror arm. The MOST expensive 9 inches of tape I've ever seen, the tape job wasn't a smooth application either. For THAT amount perhaps the roll of tape could have been left with me.
These guys are the exact definition of highway robbery.All I asked them to do was change a fuel filter they ended up short-circuiting my whole truck and making me tow it to their yard where they ripped me off for thousands of dollars, I should have listened to the other reviews but unfortunately I didn't.If you like to keep your money in your pocket stay away from these guys!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE guys. There’s another shop just literally around the block from them called kieler service center where the people are friendlier the mechanics are professional and the prices are a thousand dollars less than what you will pay at guys shop. The mechanics over at guys truck and trailer curses a lot when doing repairs on your truck and I don’t think anyone would want them type of mechanics working on their truck that uses profanity doing the course of the so called repairs their making on your truck. To make a long story short, anyone that uses guy’s truck and tractor services will be taking their vehicle over to kieler service center to have them fix what guy’s truck and tractor messed up. I repeat STAY AWAY FROM THESE guy’s.
Giving one star, took them forever to get to where I was , and added time so they could charge me extra.
Service was good tho, guy who helped me was nice and efficient, but he is not the one that writes the bill.
My truck went down in the area, right before Thanksgiving. Not only were they the only shop in the area that agreed to work on it, but the owner personally came to pick me up from the hotel, take me to enterprise to get a rental, and picked me back up from enterprise when I got back into town after the repair. They made sure to keep me updated on nearly a daily basis as to what was going on with my truck. Yes, it was a very costly repair, but I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Big thank you to Guy and Cody, for making a very stressful situation much more manageable.
I blew a antifreeze line so limped it too there shop which I never knew they where there loaded with livestock 90 degrees out had a guy working on it soon as I got there took him about 45 minutes total time on it

We found ourselves stranded with a bad fuel pump on our pickup leaving a local campground on a Friday morning. The truck had a slide in camper to complicate matters but Guys was able to get us on a flat bed and get us back on the road by 5 the same day without having to remove the camper. Their prices were very fair and I very much appreciated them prioritizing our repair on such short notice and even letting us use a loaner car for the day. They turned what could have been a vacation ruining problem into a “bump in the road”
Great affordable roadside service. State of the art service trucks loaded with tools, parts, welder, etc. 75 bucks per hour road call at 3am.... that's a bargain. Extremely professional.
