The folks here are very helpful and always polite. I'm not a mechanic, so this is a great help to me. I'll keep going back for batteries, wiper blades, headlamps, etc.

Guys went above and beyond to help me in an urgent manner regarding my truck. They came out, ran thier diagnostics in -20°F temps, and proceeded to make phone calls to local shops to help me get the problem resolved ASAP. Thank you Phil and crew!

OMG!! What can I say? I am a travel healthcare professional and have been in so many different states. I have come across many different people in my life but I think the employees that work here will always standout. Being 18 hours away from home and having car troubles can be very scary but when you have Shaelee, Amias, and Reuben that is not the case. I swear they alleviated any amount of stress I had. I literally walked in crying, in shambles and I left smiling and laughing. From them doing every single thing in their power to help me. God was really looking out for me when I ran across each one of those three amazing people. Not one complaint. Not to mention it was FREEZING outside and neither one of them minded coming help me. I would recommend this location a thousand times over. Thanks again so much Shaelee, Amias, and Reuben. You all are truly heaven sent.

My fiance has a commercial account, so we frequent here alot! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere and the feeling of being comfortable in a store. When you can joke around with the Auto Zone staff and share a laugh...you know you're in the rite place! Thank you Beaver Dam Auto Zone for going above and beyond!! You rock!!!

Had to stop here for some radiator stop leak and antifreeze. Found everything I needed quickly. The gentleman at the register was professional and courteous, and the store was organized and clean.

They had the powersport NGK sparkplug i needed in a pinch when Fleet Farm which usually has them was picked over and shopped out of them. Autozone was a little higher in price for this item but in-stock and ready to go is a convenience worth paying for sometimes. The staff I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly.

All thumbs up. Autozone people going the extra mile and then some. Staying late with no overtime pay. Installing a new car battery outside in subzero temps ... to get my vehicle family safe....if I had the money I would have left a $500 tip...not joking

Very impressive service from Collin. Managed to find me a serpentine belt for my 2002 Mercedes S600 that no longer had the correct belt pattern due to a seized abc pump. Thanks again!

I am beyond how amazing the people are that work here especially Robert!!! I needed a new battery for my car didn’t have the money came in and found out I won a new battery! Can believe how shocked I was I never seem to win anything. Their customer service was excellent Robert put my new battery in right away. I will never go anywhere else! Ask for Robert he’s a great guy and so helpful.

Two workers tapping their fingers on the counter bored with no other customers there were not willing to help me figure out which part I needed for my car. Drove next door to O'Reily's where three sweet men jumped at the chance to assist me. Will not be going back to this place.

Ive never had luck getting parts from here but if you wanna detail the car or make a mod this is the place. I went in to find a tool and they didnt have it. Not a huge problem but I'll still need to get it online either way.

Love this location and the staff here!! They're always beyond helpful and never annoyed at multiple questions that are valid. They have the parts I need & get them in quickly if they don't have it on hand that day. Great store so keep up the great work there!!

Terrible service. The women that "helped" me said that I needed to figure out where to find the part I needed by myself. She told me she had no idea what part fit my vehicle and was unwilling to look it up on her computer. She was also very rude to other customers in the store as well.

I went into AutoZone needing brake pads and roters. The gentleman told me there were two choices of clips for the brake pads and i needed to know which ones. So i went home, took them off and headed back to AutoZone. Now the young man that helped me earlier was no longer there so i gave the clips to the woman behind the counter and explained the situation. She told me she understood and would get me the right parts. Knowing that i went there for the certainty of getting the parts i needed opposed to buying them off rockauto.com, i headed home. Now its past close and i have the wrong parts with my truck ripped apart and work in the morning. This kind of service is not customer service, its negligence.

Very helpful staff that one tall dude with a goatee knows what hes talking about. He gave us a in depth report on what was wrong with our vehicle. Also a caucasian short girl with reddish hair, super helpful and friendly. (Sorry about my description I'm terrible with names)

I normally go through autozone and every time I've had to order parts, I've been asked if it's an American made or foreign made. There is a difference. I ordered parts and made sure before picking up that they were in fact the correct parts. Ok so now I've taken my car apart to find that they gave me the wrong part. Called to let them know it was wrong and was met with the rudest woman saying that I should've asked for the specific parts (when I had done so when ordering) I did not need the attitude or condescending tone. Thanks to your 'intelligent' staff I am stuck at home with no way to get the parts I need or a way to get to work. Never again.

Got stuck at an autozone in Beaver Dam Wisconsin, Patrick an employee clocked in and asked how he could assist me... he helped diagnose multiple problems and get my car back on the road. I was very impressed with his customer service and attitude! Outstanding employee, willing to go above and beyond! Thanks Patrick!!!

Bought a head light bulb for Chevy hhr 6 months ago, and had the employee change it for me, I was very happy with that... bought bulb for other side tonight, and employee could not figure it out, she then asked another employee, and he said it was way too complicated... well I guess next time I try Napa or orieley... sad ?

Called them up looking for a specific tool, said the had it in stock, even quoted a price. Went to the store and they said they didn't have any. I said I just called and was told they had what I needed, even gave me a price. The guy just shrugged his shoulders. Thanks for nothing.
