Would not tow from randolph to waupun area even tho they say they tow to “randolph and surrounding areas”. If you are outside of beaver dam, i wouldn’t even bother.
Very reliable place to call to get your car towed in a bind! A guy named Russell who towed my vehicle gave courtesy calls to give times and updates of arrival and also asked if I was somewhere safe and cool because the day of me needing my car towed was a very hot day. That right there was A+ customer service in my book!
I cannot thank the guys at Precision Towing enough! Unmasked Expressive Therapies struggled for over a year with disrespectful people parking illegally in our parking lot. Since hiring Precision Towing, clients and staff are finally assured of accessible parking when they arrive at our studio. My van broke down in Beaver Dam, and was more than halfway between home(Milwaukee) and my destination. Precision was FAST! We called and got a quote and called right back and they got the ball rolling fast. I was on the side of an on ramp, dead alternator, late night, no lights at all. I called dispatch back and expressed that I was scared and alone in the dark and the owner had someone come and pick me and my car up within 10mins to get me off the hwy. I believe his name was Russell, so very nice, he took me back to their shop to be safe. Someone from another location came all the way out and picked up me and my van again to take me to my destination. King was amazing!! Not just amazing at his job, but an awesome person too! It’s not the tow drivers job to therapize, and he assured me everything was going to be alright!
Precision - THANK YOU! Coming from the city, there aren’t too many friendly drivers, and everyone I came into contact with, were so beyond helpful.

I highly recommend this company! I have used this company two different times now. Once to remove a vehicle off of my property and a second time for a service call on my vehicle. Dispatch has been amazing and extremely helpful every time I have called them, friendly drivers and they have always come spot on for their Estimated time of arrival, they are also VERY affordable for a tow company and upfront about all fees!! Not much more you can ask for and I will absolutely be using them again! Thank you for all your help!
Van quit on hwy a. Came out and promptly towed me into town. Pulled it into the shop then got me on the road with in a few hours. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recomend. Saved my butt big!!!!
