Very predatory towing company. For all your towing needs please utilize another company who isn’t predatory. They patrol lots at 7 AM on a Tuesday with 17 open spaces and tow cars. Terrible company. Mother of my children were at my home picking up my kids less than 25 minutes, the company towed their car, leaving her and my 2 kids under 4 completely stranded. The tow company was predatory in sitting there watching, She also had a sticker, Was not "parked" illegally. The review is accurate, this company is predatory and ran as such. Beware people.
Kiak was absolutely amazing! He was just finishing up his day at Road America when they contacted him to see if he could help me out. He was extremely helpful in getting things taken care of quickly and explained everything thoroughly to make sure there were no surprises!
Needed my car towed from Madison to eastern iowa. AAA contracted me with Finish Line. Demetrius was my driver and was OUTSTANDING. He was super professional, skilled, easy to work with, positive attitude, friendly, etc. Took this 240 round trip job on a Sunday and did it all with incredible customer service. Such a great experience.
