Very predatory towing company. For all your towing needs please utilize another company who isn’t predatory. They patrol lots at 7 AM on a Tuesday with 17 open spaces and tow cars. Terrible company. Mother of my children were at my home picking up my kids less than 25 minutes, the company towed their car, leaving her and my 2 kids under 4 completely stranded. The tow company was predatory in sitting there watching, She also had a sticker, Was not "parked" illegally. The review is accurate, this company is predatory and ran as such. Beware people.

The tow truck driver was great. He was very knowledgeable and overall a great guy to talk to. However, the dispatch people don’t seem to actually listen to anything you say. My vehicle was parked in an underground parking lot. I told them it was parked there and the height might be an issue as my vehicle has less than a foot of clearance. I specifically told them not to bring a flat bed because it won’t fit in the parking garage. I brought it up more than once and asked if it was going to be an issue. About 10 minutes later, a flat bed shows up and he knew right away he wasn’t going to fit. We then had to get a AAA van to tow it out from underground to get it on the flatbed. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I was charged for their mistake since they had to send another vehicle. My insurance will be covering it but for those of you who DON’T have roadside assistance, BEWARE. Even if you tell them all the information multiple times, the dispatcher will not listen (at least for this case) and you will have to pay for the dispatchers mistake. Overall, the truck driver gets an A+++. I wish I could rate the drivers individually. He was super friendly and nice to talk to. The dispatcher gets a C-. At the end of the day, she was nice. However, if she would have listened from the beginning, we wouldn’t have been in that predicament. I don’t know what their policies exactly are but you shouldn’t have to pay for a companies mistake. Again, the driver and the service was wonderful. I would definitely use this company again even with the dispatchers mistake.

Needed my car towed from Madison to eastern iowa. AAA contracted me with Finish Line. Demetrius was my driver and was OUTSTANDING. He was super professional, skilled, easy to work with, positive attitude, friendly, etc. Took this 240 round trip job on a Sunday and did it all with incredible customer service. Such a great experience.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Horrific and unprofessional customer service rep with zero common sense, and a very poor attitude. Also, the attendant that serviced my vehicle did not provide good advice or service. Context: I have AAA and unfortunately finish line is one of the companies they contract with. (I will be contacting AAA to report this as well.) Background: I had a battery issue today. AAA sent Finish line towing. When the attendant arrived I specifically asked him if my battery needed to be switched out. He could not give me a definitive answer after testing the battery. Instead he said: drive around for 45 minutes, charge it up, if it turns off again—just call us back up and we will come out and then you’ll know that you need to get a new one. Sure enough later today we were out running an errand and the battery would not start, AGAIN. So instead of using AAA (which would count against my finite service calls through my membership) I called Finish Line, just like their technician told me to. I was completely calm at first thinking I wouldn’t have any issue, they would totally understand. Unfortunately after explaining my situation to the dispatcher that answered the phone she immediately with a monotone, annoyed voice said: “ma’am you just need to call AAA.” So I tried explaining myself again. Calmly I explained that if I did that it would count against my number of service calls, and I did try to avoid this earlier when their technician came out, in fact the technician suggested I call them back. She proceeded to get an attitude, spoke to be like I was a child and told me: “I already had my answer…” So I hung up, used my AAA app to request service, then I tried to call AAA directly to ask for a different company, but they were closed. Meanwhile Finish line gets the AAA service call, so they call back. I get the same woman on the line. At this point I am noticeably upset, and once again she speaks to me in the most condescending tone. She attempts to gaslight me and tell me that I was screaming at her (I absolutely did not scream at her), that I never let her finish her sentence, etc. and then she proceeds to tell me the same thing 3 to 4 more times, in the same condescending tone. So recognizing where this was going. I calmly waited for her to finish. I said, okay, I have listened to you repeat the same thing now four times. Can I speak? She tried to cut me off again by saying: no, I was not listening to her. I then cut in and said, “I have listened to you, and all I am asking is can Finish Line come back out to service my car directly (bypassing AAA), as a courtesy, since their technician said he would. She then proceeded to call me a liar and said the technician never said that. And since I won’t listen she is going to cancel the service call. l did in fact lose it at that point. Long story short—the absolute worst company to call when you are in need. I am going to contact AAA and ensure they never dispatch them to me again. And if I ever should need a towing service I would NEVER use this company.

My car got towed due to a bad choice of my own however the staff has been utterly disrespectful towards me with both slandering me and posting details of the situation that led me to have my car towed publicly due to them being upset about a review that was not made my me . The friend that was assisting me was the one who spoke to the staff. I cannot control what comes out of someone else mouth nor should I be punished for it . The only point in time I interacted with staff was at pickup which at no point did I say or do anything disrespectful to the woman who released vehicle or the man who opened the gate. In addition to the slandering and posting of my situations personal details which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful as hell , I was never offered a receipt. In the comment that you directly posted in the review my friend made you specifically stated that “ a receipt was offered but I didn’t hear because I was too busy screaming over you “. That’s a bold face lie being as the other individual stayed in the car at time of pick up and never interacted with your staff at all that day . And not once during the day of pickup did I yell or mistreat any of the staff I interacted with, same goes for the previous day . Might want to get your facts straight before you slander people . Outside of the above mentioned complaints , Night of tow the gentleman who released my keys to my home for me stated he was able to look up what the total amount of vehicle release for me would be if picked up next day which was around 350. Due to us showing up late Thursday we had to wait till Friday , there is no way that it’s 300 for 1 additional night which is probably because it was a scam which would make perfect sense as to why I was denied a receipt .
