I was about to travel 3+ hours home after a long weekend in Madison when I saw there was a screw in my tire. Tony's Auto Repair & Towing was open and available on a Sunday afternoon to help me get home safely. Winter is around the corner! I went back to my Tony's Auto Repair and had them mount 4 new Toyo tires and complete a brake inspection on my other car, the Rav. They gave me the best customer service and their prices were great! I highly recommend this auto service shop.
Outstanding customer service! I am from out of town and sustained serious damage to one of my rear tires while driving on the beltway. Tony’s service person met me at my friend’s house and out in the spare. The next, Saturday, Labor Day weekend I was able to get all new tires put on. Rate was extremely reasonable. Staff were so polite and friendly. Can’t say enough about the young man that handled all of this for me.

Had my vehicle unexpectedly towed and the gentlemen at Tony’s Auto were calm, kind and understanding of my situation, as they were only doing their job. While in a bundle, the gentlemen I spoke to must have gave my information off to the owner (Tony) and I received a personal call from Tony himself with his concern on my situation. He was willing to work with me on getting my vehicle out ASAP. When I came to pick up my vehicle, my open window was open and they had covered up my window to ensure there was no rain damage/flooding in the vehicle. I must say, I was not the happiest customer to start and ended up as one of the happiest customers! Thank you to all 3 gentlemen I worked with at Tony’s Auto!
Tony's Auto is one of those rare gems of a business that really shines. They've taken care of two of my car issues, and one of the best parts about it is they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need, even went so far as to try and save me money instead by educating me on things that aren't essential to address right away, as well as how to monitor my car for signs that those parts might need replacing. In today's economy, this is a blessing from an auto dealer. Far too many of them in Madison are after everything in your wallet and will use every excuse under the sun to goad you into fixing every single tiny issue. Tony's doesn't do this. They have morals.
They also were able to fit my friend in last-minute and get her car fixed, which ended up fixing a lot of other issues she was having, and they only charged what they quoted her ahead of time.
I highly, highly, highly recommend Tony's Auto Repair & Towing. They're the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop.

This is a couple of weeks overdue but I’ve never been more impressed with a business! The guys who came with the tow truck for my boyfriend’s car were super helpful, informative, and kind. They looked for a tire and rim for the vehicle and communicated efficiently throughout the whole process. They were willing to work with our schedules especially with him living 2 hours away. Very fair and honest prices and will definitely be using their services in the future if needed. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!
Lovely, calm, attentive. Took extra time to try flipping my tire with me before actually towing my car. Called me to let me know my car was safely at the shop. Explained things in a very nonjudgmental well. Would hire again!!

I brought my minivan in for new tires and the guys were all professional and friendly. I initially spoke with Chris on the phone and he was able to get me a quote within my budget in less time than most of the other shops I called. My time spent waiting at the shop for the tire change breezed by. My kiddos especially enjoyed playing with the toys that Jake had set up in the waiting room to help children pass the time.
After the service was complete, Tony talked with me about some of the other things I wanted him to check on and we discussed setting up a time to get those things looked at. During our conversation I felt heard and respected. Tony asked questions to make sure he understood my concerns and he answered all my questions thoroughly.
I'm happy with my experience and I have confidence that I can trust these men with my car care.

I didn’t like my initial experience, as I felt I was overcharged based on the estimate originally given. They did however do a good job. Tires were changed and my car rides smoother now that the donut is off. In the future I hope things go differently, and I’m told in total what costs will be with alllll taxes, labor fees etc. this way I know exactly what I’m paying as I like to budget properly and am aware of what I can expect to be charged for.
They did work diligently and quickly so I’d like to utilize their services in the future, the quote vs. the actual payment was my only issue here.
