  John and his guys were super friendly and helpful. They unloaded for me and due to the size of aluminum pipes were so long it took a little longer. They continued to apologize for the time but it truly was quick. Then Lauren who helped check out at the end was absolutely wonderful as well! I definitely will come here again such a wonderful experience.

  Highly recommend it you need to have an old appliance recycled! The entire experience, from my initial call for information to dropping off a couple of non-functional dehumidifiers, was absolutely 5 STAR. Very helpful, friendly (and funny) staff and super reasonable pricing. An absolute YES to the whole experience.

  I am an electrical contractor, who has been bringing my scrap copper to this place for 15 years. A few trips ago, I thought that the price I was getting was a bit low so I did some checking and it was. This week they gave me less than half of what I would have received at another company. When I asked why, they said my copper was classified differently. Not sure why, as this was the same type copper I have been bringing there all this time. Sadly, they have lost my buisness.

  The workers will help unload your metal, TV's or whatever you have. They are always friendly and helpful. The office people are very nice as well. Their fees are in line with any other scrap recycle company. I have had to request some information for a DNR recycle grant and they gave me the information within 1 hour of asking for it. Great job Resource Solutions!
