This is one of the places I've always loved to go over the last 27 years they have a salvage yard in the back & a good stock of parts from motorcycles to atv to snowmobiles and race fuel ready to go for racing + a dyno for tuning up your projects to make them faster !!!!!

Brought an ATV to have a stater replaced, took them only 9 weeks. Apparently they don't like being asked when it will be done. You will get a different answer every week. Yeah, not thrilled with their shop. I will not be using them again.
I had them install some tires that I supplied on my Harley. I needed this done asap and fast and they did just that. Got me in right away and got them done next morning for me! Price was right and they were easy to deal with! I will be returning here for more work in the future!
Ken the harley mechanic got my 07 heritage in and out in 5 days. In addition to the paid work They rekeyed my ignition, cleaned the melted rubber off of the exhaust for free. Highly recommend. I received a small discount for paying cash.
Went there looking for parts for a project bike I picked up. The only reason they get two stars is because of the selection of parts they have. I genuinely think they have plenty to offer. I wasn’t able to find many of the parts I needed, but the parts were relatively uncommon. However, the reason for the poor review was the service and the cost. Thought that I could get some cheap parts and avoid having to wait for items from eBay, but they were going to charge me double what I could’ve gotten of eBay brand new. When I mentioned this to one of the guys there he took the parts out of my hands and told me to leave before I could even finish my sentence. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I recommend anyone else to find somewhere else and only use this place in a last case scenario.
Brought these guys an old cb750 for dyno tune and jet because they are supposed to know what they are doing. They returned it running on 3 cylinders and charged me $1600. After digging into it myself, I found the carb sync screws loose. They also slopped rtv all over the vacuum ports like a bunch of rookies. Not impressed.
TLDR: overcharge for garbage work. Be warned.
Wouldn't recommend doing business with. Bought some parts and they were wrong. All in all it was over 2 months. Relieved a partial refund and still have wrong parts. Gave up as time and communication was not worth the effort. Lesson learned the hard way
this shop will sell you incorrect parts for your powersports products on line and not answer phone calls or return on line messages. i heavily do not recommend using any of their services or parts
They charged me $300 to fix my carburetor, they called me and said they couldn’t fix it and if I didn’t want to pay the 300$ they would keep my scooter. I picked up my scooter immediately and I pointed out MANY screws missing, plastic parts on my handlebars were broken , I complained right on the spot and they zip tied the part back together. What really got me was the mechanic asked me if I knew what part was leaking. I’ve kept my scooter in the garage ever since and I won’t get it fixed up til I find a competent shop
Recommended by my brother in law but they overcharged me for a tire after saying the tire I brought wasn't worth putting on. Looked everything up after I left and realized that I should have done the research before I got there. Definitely not going there again.
If I could give them, zero stars, I would. They did not fix my moped at all. In fact, they made it worse. I asked them if they could clean my carburetor and get it running right they did not fix the issue at all. They made it worse. They said they fixed my brakes. My brakes worked perfectly fine when I brought it there and when I brought it home, my brakes did not work at all and then on top of that when I had called them to ask if they could fix it the one guy there got really angry at me and started mouthing off to me, they are very much disorganized and the way they do their work I would not recommend bringing anything here
No complaints. Steve and his staff have always been great to work with. Fun to see the salvage yard too. My son loves coming here. They do get busy so be patient and plan for it.
I took my motorcycle here for new tire and a repair to the clutch. They did an awesome job and I thought it was reasonably priced. I'd recommend to anyone.
Dont know if I should reveal how good it is to work with a small family owned business. The quality of parts and Ben... Ben, helpful beyond my one purchase, with other issues had with ATV. I hate waiting inline to ask questions or make a purchase. Think I blew it!

I highly recommend Suter's Speed Shop. They did an excellent job repairing and fairly pricing the work on my 2012 Lancer Cyle/Scooter that runs great! Professional and kind. Communicated throughout the process. I will use them again and refer others.
Brought my bike into get fixed and a tune up after if they could fix the problem it had. They had it for a month called me said they tuned it up and said to me that it was 300 bucks. I asked if they fixed the problem they said no..... I asked why would you do a tune up before the problem was fixed...they didn't have and answer. i said please fix the problem another 300 bucks later the bike still doesn't work but at least i have new oil and a greased up chain so yeah... i called about 10 times to have the owner call me to resolve this issue. im waiting now for another month to get a phone call and no one has reached out to me once......
Brought my bike and tires I purchased in to have new tires put on. They called me back about 4 days later saying it's ready to pick up. They did a good job in a resonable amount of time and the cost was resonable too! Highly recommend.
This place is a J O K E. Junk piled everywhere. No organization. Anything I found was in worse condition and well overpriced compared to what one would find online. Junk Side plates for a Honda XL for $75. A carburetor tagged for $150 and when I brought it to the counter the d bag old man wanted to charge me $300 claiming the price tag was “20 years old.” The side plates for the Honda I found in better condition for $50 on eBay and the carburetor for $115 on eBay. Avoid this place at all costs. Just a typical seedy chop shop.
Oh my goodness, five-star is not high enough. I got there had a flat tire on my trailer. They came out with an air tank trying to put air in it it, wouldn't hold air, they brought a jack out came out took the tire off, I want to get a new tire they came back out and put the timer on for me also no, I can't believe some place still has such wonderful customer service like this. My go-to place for repair/replacement parts- motorcycle, snowmobile, scooter stuff- new, old and everything in-between-- helmets, tires, accessories galore! Steve and staff the best- knowledge, fair price, helpful, professional.
Talk to them first- They'll run 'n' fetchit in nothin' flat (or point you to the spot to find what you need in one of their vast [nothing half-vassed there!] warehouses of used parts). You'll probably save time and $$- I did !
I dropped my motorcycle off for a tire change. They failed to balance the tires, there was no effort made the properly put counterweights anywhere on the wheels. They also put the front tire on backwards and failed to notice two very badly leaking vale stems. It is standard to replace the valve stems on motorcycle tires.
They also told me that the tire job would be $200 less than they charged me.
If you value your safety, I would avoid Suter's Speed shop.
Took my bike there around January of this year in order to get my bike summer ready. I went in for a jetting and carb rebuild that ended up costing my over $1k. After picking up my bike I found out they never did the jetting on the bike and it won’t turn on now… I dropped it off again in order to get the work I paid for and it’s been sitting there for over 3 months now after I kept calling asking for a update and they would always say “there is 3 bikes ahead of yours” I’m sorry but if 3 bikes take that long to build that is absolutely B’s. I highly recommend people to stay away because these guys do not know what they are doing!!!
Took my motor in for rebuild and the Mechanic said 200.00 just to look at it and then give me an estimate. Left the motor there and 3 days later I called to see what it would cost said 5000.00. ok so you looked at the motor and another 200.00 well not really I'm not gonna charge you the 200.00 go pick up my motor cause I'm not spending 5000.00 when I can buy a new one. Charged me a 100.00 after I was told no charge. NEVER WILL I GO BACK
Went in to get tires mounted, and they forgot to give the sprocket part of my wheel back, I live 45 miles away, had to wait until Monday to go and get it back. Didnt bother to much. The next time I tried to buy some mirrors and the said here you go. I told him they look different and showed him the differences as he was ringing up my card. He didnt really say much of anything. And said here's your receipt. And now one mirror works and the other does not. So I have to return one and make them order another. This is bull. The guy checking me out didnt seem to care much at all about what I wanted. He just seemed to want me out the door. Also no one had a mask on during dane counties mandatory mask order.
Took my bike there for steering head bearings and it took way too long and no communication. Also the issue that I told them about was not resolved and they scratched my gauge in the process. I would suggest taking it somewhere else.
