I would say it is a highly questionable place. Continues to post auctions of vehicles that are NOT going to be in auction. Months go by and nothing changes. They say waiting on DMV, but they don't take 6 months to clear. High fees and no results. Desk people don't care to help, busy doing other things. Corporate Copart does not care. Go some where else.
I went to pick up a car and this place was the faster Copart I seen ever. I made appointment when I arrived I click arrived and guy with forklift show up after 10 seconds. Thanks
I payed for and picked up a Polaris ranger here, paperwork was super smooth and in 10 minutes it was turned over to the loader guy he brought it out in the smoothest careful manner I've ever witnessed at a copart lot. I wish I wudnt got his name, it was a younger fellow. Keep it up!
Terrible ridiculous fees-my vehicles were run and drive good running cars that we drove there and were misrepresented as mechanical issues and when they were finally listed properly it was too late they were now tainted and would not sell then we were charged hundreds of dollars in fees
This is/was my 1st time dealing with coparts I had a limited knowledge of how everything worked and it was a lil frustrating figuring it all out and the secretary wasnt really informative..research b4 ya go otherwise a1!!
Copart Continues to sell vehicles and then unwilling to load them so you can be stuck hiring someone capable of loading vehicles. Some Locations will help but more often than not they are not willing to help. Then they will charge you storage until you can figure out how to deal with their short comings. They should not be selling product they can not handle.
Nice people in the office but very high fees. Also when they say Runs & Drives it is not true at all. Some vehicles described as such have broken engines and/or transmissions. Been there, done that and had to threaten legal action because of the misrepresentation. Stay away unless U can inspect before purchase
Don't let your insurance work with auto thieves. Copart had no authorization to remove the car and basically should be charged with Grand theft Auto as they had no permission or signatures to move the car.
