Tyrese not only towed my car but also fixed it at the shop within 3 days! Was super happy about that considering every mechanic in the area couldn’t get me in for about 2 weeks. Everyone here is super kind here, definitely my go to place!
Maurice towed my car and gave me a ride after my car decided to break down. He diagnosed the issue immediately upon arriving. Great experience for a bad situation - would use Maurice again but hopefully I don’t need to.
I had an excellent experience with this repair shop. They got my car up and running quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. The quality of the repair work was outstanding, and the service throughout the process was clear, respectful, and reliable. It’s not often you find a team that combines efficiency with genuine customer service, but they did exactly that. I truly appreciate their work and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of dependable auto repair.
They service suck.They’re very rude and they just be having people in there sitting around and also the workers he have in there. Don’t even know how to speak proper English and you can hardly understand them. Then didn’t plug my tire right and when I told the owner, he insisted that it was done correctly so I went to another shop and they told me that it was not done properly. They recommended a new tire. Mind you I pacifically told the owner that I just got all four of my tires brand new… I Had several incidents with them being very unprofessional and rude and trying to over charge me…
Quick response time, quick loading time, and quick drop off time at the repair shop to get me out of a bad situation with a flat tire. Thanks for the help today! If you need a tow these guys are a great option and respond very quickly!
Maurice totally bailed me out on a Sunday being the only tow company in Madison that would take me to MKE that day. He is kind and helpful and an all around good guy. Very happy with the service and the price.
Maurice & Sons provided excellent, prompt & well-priced service in my emergency situation while we were out of town in Madison. Maurice was friendly and was so kind to prioritize our repair so that we could get back home without needing to stay an extra night at a hotel.
These gentlemen took care of fixing a tire that I had a puncture on this evening. They were out on a call but when they got back they had me fixed up in like 15 minutes. I appreciate your time and would recommend their service.
Stopped by around 8:30 pm. Lights off, door locked, tv blasting— had to call at the door to get the attention of the person inside. Got a flat tire hours ago and this was the only 24 hour service place. Was driving on a spare and thought we finally found help, just to be told keep calling places and “good-luck”
I would have give zero start If I have the chance. I was on the way to madison and my car started misfire, I called Maurice and he asked me to bring it in, so I took risk and drive 100 miles more to bring my car at his shop. He changed 4 spark plug and one cylinder coil however couldn’t able to fix the oil leakage and didn’t let me know that I would need to change engine cover gasket as well before the service done. He assure me than I can get back home safely which is 300 miles away dorm madison but after drive 60 miles it’s again misfire and I was in a very risky situation in Chicago freeway. My money and time is totally waste. I even call him today but he even didn’t talk with me properly. Avoid this place.
I don’t always leave reviews. But when I do, it’s for reason. Maurice deserves to be commanded for his timeliness, attitude, and efficiency. It was such a relief to have such a great guy help out in a challenging situation. He was there in 15 minutes. On a 95° day when the other guys all told me two hours. And those were the ones that answered the phone. There’s no need to call anybody else. Support your local businesses. Especially ones that have an owner who cares.
I’m so happy with this place and the integrity of the people I got help from. I was really in a pinch and my car wasn’t starting. The night before I had it towed Friday night but to a place that didn’t open up till Monday. As I needed it sooner this was the only place that could help me same day. He helped me get to my car and we figured it needed a new battery. He was willing to make my experience as cheap for me as possible and I was able to fix the rest myself. He was a true hero and I was lucky to have been helped by them and that it wasn’t a worse issue. Truly kind people and very thankful - I would really recommend!
Highly recommend! We were in town for the weekend and our car battery died. They came out immediately and were fast, professional and got us back on the road. On a Sunday too!
They charged me 1200 to fix a problem that didn’t exit, didn’t fix anything. They Recommend me to go to Nissan to find the problem that was wrong so I did and paid 200 to get my car diagnosed and they than tried to charge me 400 to fix the problem after me giving them 1200. DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!
These guys are just awesome. They have towed me twice in the last few years and are professional and very helpful,even gave me a ride back home. Good service,pick these guys anyday! Just great all around! Edit 4 years later 3/7/25 called in for a tow and Noone showed up and then no answer by phone,I got ghosted and have no idea why,still on-site and can't find a tow anywhere,3 hours after I called.disappointed,I don't know what happened but not cool
Out shopping and got a flat. Called a place and they called them third party. It took about five minutes once he got there. Such a nice gentleman!! Would definitely call again. Would’ve called direct had I known. Definitely mark their number for future use.
Replaced car starter here a year ago and the starter goes bad again. Warranty period was 6 months only, but the receptionist told me that they will still warranty regardless. Mr. Maurice later told me that the receptionist was mistaken and they cannot warranty the repair but he wrote off the tow and the part and gave me a discount on the labor and they were fast on the repair. Mr. Maurice also gave me lifetime warranty on the starter (the part only) if it goes bad again. So I left a good review here because they owned up to their mistake.
I'm leaving 4 stars rather than 5, because there were couple of minor problems. They ripped two of the front wheel well liners (I brought this up with them and they gave me $25 discount because of that). I also noticed a small deep gouge on the front bumper (I didn't bring this up with them). Since the truck is old (almost 20 years old & 300k miles), I don't care about these minor things too much but it would've been better if they told me about these rather than me having to find out.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this service, especially if it’s an emergency. My tire popped while I was driving on the interstate. This place was my last hope because no one else had my tire size, they were closed or they were booked up until Tuesday(by the way this was a Saturday). This company told me there would be someone to me. I waited 1hr for the driver. No one EVER showed, then he stopped answering the phone, just went ghost. This company is VERY unprofessional and honestly don’t need to be in business if you’re NOT going to do the work or DONT want to do the work.
Great customer service! Honest, respectable, and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his business.. towing is a necessity with winter coming. He's one of the best, friendly yet professionals I've had the pleasure to work with. Definitely recommended this company.
Called around 7pm for a tow and was told 30-45 minutes. Gave over an hour due to possible traffic, called back and was advised they had an emergency tow to handle first which was understandable. Was told it would be another hour. Three hours later at 10:30, still no update and no call. When I tried to call back, nobody would answer or return the phone call.
The least somebody could do is communicate changes. We had to call another company since we never got any updated information.
I love this company they are fast Polite and very safe with your vehicle. The customer service is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. I felt safe and confident having my truck towed by Maurice &sons ,They come through in a pinch.
Great service and quality work! We had a flat tire and no spare on a Sunday. When most places are closed we called Maurice and Sons and they took care of us. They replaced our tire quickly and for a great price. Highly recommend.
It was the middle of the night and me and my family was in the middle of no we’re .I called this company and they located us and was there in less then 5/10 minutes and got me and my family to a safe location. My vehicle was towed at a very reasonable price and was fixed at a price we couldn’t believe. Thank you Maurice and son for all that you all do on a daily. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Maurice and Sons, specifically Darnell. I had a flat tire that I could not get off of my car, and Darnell handled it with easy. Everyone was so professional. Darnell let me know when he would arrive, was timely, personable, and efficient. They were willing to drive farther out of Madison to help me in Belleville, and the price was still right where I would expect it to be. I would gladly use Maurice and Sons anytime!
The owner was very accommodating, The service Was fast and personable. I felt like the mechanic was working just for me, and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle the entire time. Found out he has many other services besides Auto repair. He pretty much had you cover on your Towing, roadside assist, body work, and Vehicles for purchase etc. Pricing is very reasonable. Both the gentlemen I spoke with were very polite and super helpful. The price for towing my car was reasonable, and they were very effective at communicating times. All around a good experience, and I would definitely call Maurice And Sons if I ever need another tow.
Great service & friendly highly skilled staff. They helped me get my roommate’s car towed at $85 when a different towing company was trying to charge me $170-$180 claiming that the car being an SUV and not having a key will cost me more. Thank you guys!
Tonight I locked my keys in my car. I googled Roadside Assistance near me and Maurice and Sons popped up so I called. The service was AMAZING! The person I spoke with said they would come in about 25 to 30 minutes. Mark, the Service Tech, was there in 20 minutes! It took him about 2 minutes to open my door. In addition to being extremely fast and friendly, he was funny! The cost was very reasonable too! I will now be a loyal customer and I will tell my friends and family about them too! Kudos to Mark!
