Finish Line Towing provided exceptional service. They offered a one-hour service window and arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Niel demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the interaction. I highly recommend their towing service.
Great service, I had a tougher towing situation in an alley and they were very fast. The man who hooked up my car was very respectful and helped out a lot.
Twice now Finishline has showed up and refused service of replacing my car battery. They (BRIAN) said it's "too cold" to replace at 0 degrees.
I'm also going through AAA. Finishline is scummy enough to accept every service call but refuse any actual services during arrival to pocket your money.
I look forward to AAA dropping this poorly ran business going around for a quick buck.
EDIT: After 3 service calls to AAA, a person named Bob with Finish Line came and installed the new battery under 5 min and I was good to go. +1 star for Bob who deserves a raise.

Polite, professional, and informative. I would give Finish Line Towing 500 stars if I could. If you need a tow, call them!!!!!
Called roadside requesting the vehicle to be towed to dealer. Driver comes after 2 hours which is fine since it was late at night but he jumps the vehicle and tells us that it’s cold outside so just let it run for 20 minutes and then leaves. Never towed the vehicle. It’s suppose to be -9 the next day. If it didn’t start at 26 degrees after driving why it start again? Called roadside and they are disappointed as well it was placed for a tow.
Yesterday my car fell into a pothole and two tow trucks came. It's impossible to charge $800; you're practically ripping people off. Don't overcharge. They said it would be more reasonable when we spoke on the phone.
Wow! Lightning fast speed! On a cold January day, they showed up super fast. It was much quicker than taking it to a service station. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.They will have my business in the future! Call them, you won’t regret it!
Do yourself a favor when you have to call for a tow on your own they’re at least two better outfits in the area that do better pricing than this company. Cause finish line will overcharge you, but what do you expect from a AAA company . Just price around before you use them all I’m saying .
Neil with Finish Line Towing was great! I contacted my roadside assistance through my car insurance and they contacted Finish line Towing who sent Neil. Neil was very prompt coming out to fix my flat tire and in not so great weather conditions. Snow had fallen during the night temperature was 20 degrees! My tire was actually just low. Neil aired tire up to correct pressure. Then called with an update to let me know didn’t see anything in the tire but still advised to get tire checked ASAP! Would highly recommend Neil at Finish Line Towing in Milwaukee,Wi.
Jake is a good guy. Super friendly and understanding. Takes his job seriously. Saw him rush to an emergency accident and he still came back and got my car. Dispatch is super nice, but obviously super busy, I think it was just one nice lady working on the phone seemed overworked but handling super well and handling multiple calls at the same time. Would use again. Pricing is best in town
I’m still with State Farm because the Roadside Assistance with this outfit is so excellent. Recently my rates doubled and this is the only thing keeping me with the company! I am not a dangerous driver in the slightest. The only thing that happens is that I leave my lights on accidentally and need jumpstarts.
I hope there isn’t some kind of limit. If so I’ll just buy the jumpstart machine myself and get a new insurance company!

I used to own a repair shop a while back and have worked with a great deal of towing companies. This my friends is a real keeper. Their tow drivers are so kind and patient and really understand the you are probably having a rough day since you called them. They get 10 stars out of 5. The scheduling phone staff is exactly the same way. I am able to get an update on their trucks ETA at any time. This company is truly a blessing to wayward travelers. I highly recommend using them especially if you want your day to brighten.

I want to qualify this review with the man that fixed my car was very nice. I have no issue with him as a person. Now I woke up in the morning Sun Prairie Wisconsin, I'm not from here, and my car battery was dead. So I called AAA. Actually my phone was dead as well so I had to use my spare phone. The man came out told me that a cell on my battery was bad. I needed a new battery. $247.99. and I don't get to keep the battery. Now my problem with that is I'm giving up my battery that I don't have any proof that the battery cell was bad. I have no proof that I wasn't just scammed into buying a new battery for $247.99. when I could have gone to any of the auto parts stores and gotten one for $125. But I'm a woman and I really think that I was taken advantage of. So he drives off everything was fine except things on my car didn't work. My lift gate didn't work. So I went to two independent car places. Both of them told me that when the man changed the battery he cracked the part that gets put on the battery, I think it's called a terminal. Some kind of unit thing. I never said I was a car genius by the way. So I called AAA back and I filed a complaint. They told me it was going to take up to 10 days. I said it's not going to take up to 10 days because it didn't take up to 10 days for me to pay my membership fee or for me to pay $247.99 for the battery. The next morning I got a text from the tow company that "fixed the car" and the tone of the text was that it wasn't the guy that did it, it was because of time and blah blah blah. I said you're not going to put me off on this you're going to fix it and you're going to pay for it. So out I go to the business and it did get fixed and I did not pay for it. Now all of this being said even the young man that fixed the car battery connecty thing was very nice. But tow companies have a reputation for being scammers and I'm not sure that this tow company isn't tipping that list. 247.99 for a battery. Advance Auto parts has a battery for $125 that is equal to the one that I got. Walmart has them for $98. O'Reilly 127.

I'm being generous with the three stars because both men were nice. But $247.99 for a battery is scamming robbery. And after seeing some of the other reviews being aware of so many other people being told they need a new battery I'm very skeptical of this business. And anyone else should be as well.
Edit*** I received a text I'm assuming from the owner. He made it sound like he did me a favor by fixing what his person broke. Asked me to change my negative review. It's a review. First of all I didn't give a negative review. I gave the facts in chronological order. If that is taken as a negative review that is not my problem. Second of all it's pretty bold to ask somebody to change their thinking and their feeling and the evidence and the actions that occurred. I didn't say anything that didn't happen and I didn't make anything that did happen sound like it didn't happen. As I said two independent businesses told me the same thing and neither one of them knew I went to the other. I think it's pretty bold and ridiculous to ask someone who explained every event as it happened to change a " review." And as a matter of fact I even said that the man that changed the battery was very nice and the young man who fixed it was very nice. And yes you do have an obligation to fix something that you or your representative of your company broke.
Such a disgusting company. If any business deserves to go out of business is this one. They over charge and steal from people and they get away with it. Why the hell should anyone have to pay nearly $400 to get their car back. A car they only had less than 24 hrs. What type of scamming nonsense is this. They claim is equipment fees what special equipment do they use that makes them better than every other company. I don’t wish nothing good for this company at all. I pray they go bankrupt with nothing. This kind of behavior should be illegal.your company is disgusting just like your employees. If you smart enough please don’t do any business with this company.
I needed my battery replaced, so contacted AAA and got Frank as my technician. He was probably the friendliest, most efficient, hard working individual that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! He got to me within 15 minutes of my request and even called me ahead of time to let me know he was a few minutes away. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel assured that I was receiving the best care possible. If Frank is your future technician, you’re in great hands!
Not sure if it was this location but AAA sent them to help start my dead battery. Xavier arrived quickly and explained why I might need to get a new battery. He was thoughtful & kind. Like other mechanics who arrived from Finish Line (over the years they've jumped my car & towed it to my mechanic's garage), he was efficient, yet pleasant .
Awesome service. Very friendly and helpful employees. The first gentleman dispatched was 5 minutes away before he was rerouted to an accident. He called to let me know, totally understandable as they knew I was in a safe spot. They had a new driver routed to me very shortly after who was only 15 minutes away. Very helpful. Got my car moved into a tight spot.
What a great company with such friendly employees! My family attended the Touch a Truck event and stopped by their truck. The kids got stickers and I got a fridge magnet! Little did I know, I would need their services shortly after! The tow operator was so friendly and helped me find a place to repair my damaged car. Thank you, Finish Line Towing!
The driver was very respectful, knowledgeable, competent, good at troubleshooting & making decisions. After negotiations with plows, he safely rescued my car. I’m very satisfied.
