I had a U-Haul break down and Liberty towing was amazing. The dispatcher kept my updated on dealing with the HORRIBLE customer service at U-Haul and they worked quickly and effective. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Dennis was awesome - knowledgeable about the area and knew the best places to go depending on your situation. I had a flat tire with no spare (on a Saturday) he picked me up and dropped me off at Discount tire and I was back driving again in an hour. 10/10 experience
Called in the middle of a blizzard, it was a 1+ hour wait but given the circumstances no complaints. I just needed to be pulled out of a snowbank but dude was quick and easy to interact with, and put up with my multiple phone calls.

We got a flat tire in Verona, WI while we were here for a lacrosse tournament & getting ready to head home to Indiana. They immediately returned our call & had us back on the road very quickly! They were polite & professional & fast!
I called D&D about a tow from the Northeast side to the Westside and Dennis was polite and accommodating. In the end, we ended up not needing the tow and, when I called to cancel, he was just as polite and accommodating as he'd been originally. If I need a tow in the future, this will be the company I will use!
They were great! I had to leave my car and they were able to tow it to a repair shop without me even being there. Really good communication, fast service. Would definitely use again!
