I was an idiot and locked my keys in a Ford Escape BORROWED CAR (I recently totaled mine in a deer hit, having lots of luck these days)and called the police for advice, they recommended Milo's. I was stuck at Aldi, they were there in 5 min flat and had my door open in 2 more !! Guy was real nice. Highly recommend!

My car broke down in prairie du chein a year ago. It was still drivable for short distance so I drove it to his shop and a day later he told me it wasn’t repairable and would be junked and was worth 100 dollars. In a weird coincidence i just ran into the new owner driving my unrepairable car. The new owner told me he paid 4,500 dollars for the car. He let me look the car over so I am 100% sure it was my supposed unrepairable junked car that is being driven everyday. I feel i was taken advantage of.
Highly recommend this shop. They were able to fit me in last minute for a truck service while my family and I were on a camping trip in the area. They went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you!
Y’all! I got so stuck in the middle of a field in 3 feet of snow and Milo’s Towing came and legit saved the day! I was so stuck we didn’t think there was anyway they could get us out, but they did and we are so grateful. Then they helped me add air to the tire in subzero temps for our ride home! Best service we could have asked for, thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about Milo's. We blew two tires on hwy 76, just north of Marquette, on our way to visit family for Christmas. Not only did Milo come and towed our van but he brought it back to his shop with the intent to bring it to Walmart in the morning. He figured out that he could fix the dent in our rim and then searched up the tires we needed. He found them and took care of it all saving us an extra trip and more time.
He came and changed a tire. I had an RV and I couldn't jack it up. I was with Good Sam's club they were able to get this guy out here. Triple-A couldn't get anybody and it was going to take another 2 hours. I may stop going to AAA and only go with good Sam
Called for a jump start at 2 AM. And he was there to help in less than 15 minutes. Never dealt with a more professional towing and roadside assistance service.

Excellent customer service. Even suggested another business to do the fix on my vehicle as he was booked out on repairs for awhile. Gave me a ride to a place to get some dinner while I awaited my ride. Was very pleased with my experience, except for the fact my car crapped out of course 😆
Milo took care to haul my brothers GTO from Garnavillo to Prairie to get 8 years of “barn storage” corrected at the mechanic / tire shop. Excellent service on a Saturday afternoon!
Milo, the head man, is an absolute unit, great service from him. On the other hand, his son Blaine is a different specimen and needs to take a boater safety class. All jokes aside he is a great driver.
Had a surprise car issue while traveling 3 hours away from home. Milo went out of his way to get parts that night at 11 PM and had my car ready the next morning. Milo's towed us off the road early on a Friday night. He took us back to the shop, where he dropped existing work to repair a broken transmission line. 2 plus hours later it was determined that the transmission was junk. Milo's helped me work with AAA to arrange a 200 mile tow back to my home for the next morning. They drove us to our hotel and picked us back up in the morning. The new driver was pleasant and the ride passed quickly. When I was presented with the repair bill I was pleased at how reasonable it was. Milo and his crew were by far the best service experience I've had in 40 years of driving. I can honestly say that once we got picked up we we weren't able to be frustrated by the breakdown. Place is trash dented my rim in my car n said they didnt do it hasnt benn drove since except to my moms called said not there problem charge 389.00 i would rather junk a new car yhe. Have them tow it
They did a jump start my truck. I was half mile away from their shop. They charge me $185 just to connect the cables in less the 2 minutes. I think it was a little expensive 🤷🏻♂️
Got a flat tire in the cold and snow. Blaine was great and was right out to help me get it changed and on my way. Very helpful and nice. Definently will use them again and will recommend to others!
Excellent customer service and professional towing. Milo is very respectful of your property and of the situation. Clearly a small businessman that wants to help the customers and not just make a million dollars off you in your time of desperation. There are other establishments that do the same work locally but this is one you can trust.
We were from out of town and had a wreck. Milo's was more than helpful with finding the best and closest place to find a rental car. They kept our wrecked car secure until we were able to retrieve our things. Fast and extremely friendly service. Thank you for being there for us!
We had a flat tire on our motorcycle at 6:00pm July 6th while staying at Prairie du Chien. Got it to Milo's and he had us back on the road by 10:00am the next morning. He even came to our hotel to get me when it was done! Great job. Great guy! You can't go wrong.
